Apres quelques recherches sur google, VF et autres sites, je n'ai trouvé aucune discussion qui réponde exactement à mes demandes. Alors je vais tout formuler ici!
Je viens de passer un an à bosser aux USA, et avant de rentrer en université américaine en septembre '08 j'aimerais aller bosser en Espagne pendant 7 mois. J'apprends vite, je suis débrouillard et je m'adapte rapidement et sans problème, donc n'importe quel boulot fera l'affaire (pour commencer!).
Mes questions sont plus d'ordre administratif.
Je crois que pour obtenir un boulot légalement il faut avoir un NIF (numero identificacion fiscal), ce qui permet d'avoir une couverture a la Sécurité Sociale Espagnole. Mais j'ai lu que les délais sont très longs (2 mois). J'ai également lu que je pouvais demander en France une carte d'assurance santé "Européene" qui me permettrait d'utiliser la SQ de n'importe quel pays de l'union. Quid???
Puis-je trouver un boulot sans NIF? Si non, je devrais donc aller en Espagne et attendre 2 mois pour avoir ce numéro???
Question plus générale: quels sont les meilleurs quartiers/villes pour trouver du boulot? Une capitale (Madrid, Barcelone)? Ou une ville plus modeste et donc moins "sollicitée" (Salamanque, Seville etc...)?
Oui il y a bien une carte européenne de santé, elle te permet d'aller gratuitement chez le médecin. Pour les médicaments ce n'est en revanche pas gratuit mais tu as une réduction qui permet d'acheter ce que le médecin te prescrit à moindre coût. J'aurais une question, dans quel cadre est tu parti travailler aux etats unis?
Pour répondre à ta question sur la ville à choisir pour trouver un boulot en espagne, il n'y a pas vraiment de répondre car Barcelone ou Séville sont toutes 2 de grandes villes, mais Barcelone semble la ville la plus propice (au dire de mon conjoint qui est espagnol région de Valence).
Pour ton numéro d'indentifant fiscal renseigne toi au Consul Espagnol de Paris,

Mais si tu ne parles pas catalan tu vas pas mal galérer les premiers mois à Barcelone
Mais bon comme tu parles déjà francais et anglais, et un peu ou beaucoup d'espagnol je suppose (car tu es francais), c'est déjà un bon bagage. Le francais est très sollicité.
Néanmoins trouver un job a barcelone sans catalan, ca doit être galère.
Sinon quand je cherche dans les bourses d'emploi, la majorité des offertes sont encore à Madrid (mais peronellement cette ville ne m'attire pas)
Pour l'administration : il faut tout d'abord le NIE (número d'identificación d'extranjeros) qui s'obtient dans un différent endroit dans chaque ville...
A Valencia c'est a la 'delegación del gobierno en la c.a. valenciana - secretaria general oficina de extranjeros'
et quand tu sais directement où tu dois aller dans une certaine ville tu peux l'obtenir en 15 jours (a valencia du moins)
moi ca m'a pris 2 mois car on m'a fait visiter toute le réseau administratif de Valence
Il y a des ville ou il faut aller au comissariat général, il y en a d'autres où il faut aller à la délégation du gouvernement - service étrangers ... et comme le NIE est nouveau en espagne (pour les communautaires il se présente autrement depuis quelques mois) je suppose qu'il y a eu des changements dans l'organisation, ce qui expliquerait le chaos. ou bien simplement parce que c'est l'espagne :)
ensuite, armé de ton NIE, tu peux aller demander un numéro de sécurité social dans n'importe quelle tesoreria de la seguridad social
ca prend 5 min, mais il faut le savoir :)
j'ai déjà effectué quelques petits boulots et je n'ai encore jamais entendu parler du NIF.
pour la couverture a la sécu en effet si tu ne restes que 7 mois mieux vaut passer par la France
Ton assurance te donnera cette world assistance card pour les cas d'urgence
Sinon pour les visites chez le médecin je crois qu'il faut demander une assurance spéciale pour quand tu es à l'étranger et que ca passe encore avec la carte que tu utilises en france (en belgique ca s'appelle la carte SIS...)
Mais bon côté assurance je suis encore un peu enmêlée... il paraît que je suis encore sur l'assurance étudiants (qui se renouvelle tt les 3 mois quand tu es à l'étranger) parce que ni mon assurance en belgique ni les instances a Valence sont bien au courant de ce qu'ils doivent faire... Enfin je suis couverte pour un tarif moins cher alors je laisse couler ^^
et puis avec un temps pareil comment peut-on tomber malade?

Je parle anglais francais et un peu d'hindi. Mon espagnol est au niveau d'un etudiant de terminale qui n'a pas parlé espagnol depuis 3 ans... Donc pas top, mais ca reviendra vite!
donc pour le numero, je vais aller le demander dès mon arrivée et en attendant je ferais des petits boulots à la dure (prof de francais? baby sitting? vendeur dans une librairie? photographe? correcteur de textes de francais pour les etudiants? street marketing? je suis certain que je trouverai!)
bon tu n obtiendras pas le NIF mais etant etranger le NIE. Pour cela il faut en effet pas mal de temps ...c est la carte de resident...le numero tu l obtiens assez rapidement, ce qui est long c est la convocation pour recuperer la carte. D ailleurs tu n as pas besoin de la carte de resident pour travailler, tu peux egalement obtenir ton numero de secu directement a la securite sociale de la bas...suffit de se deplacer avec son passeport et de s inscrire...par contre pour avoir la secu espagnole il faut avoir cotisé´...normal...donc tu n auras qu a te faire faire en France un E111 qui te permet de te faire soigner a l etranger gratuitement...c est ta carte de secu europenne (en faire la demande a la secu si je me souviens bien). La carte de resident n est vraiment interessante que si tu veux y rester y vivre ... cela aide considerablement....
par contre un petit paradoxe espagnol..il te faudra faire un papier au commisariat comme quoi tu es non resident pour pouvoir ouvrir un compte dans une banque (et toucher ton salaire héhé)
Madrid et Barcelone sont les 2 villes ou il y a le plus d emploi. Attention Barcelone, il faut souvent etre billingue castillan catalan...a bon entendeur...
Si tu est Français, tu n'aura pas problème en Espagne pour obtenir le NIE!!!!!! La Police te le donne au même temps que tu fait le demande (excuse-moi mais français est intermediaire).

Je me permet de m'introduire dans votre discussion car j'ai du effectuer les démarches de demande de NIE pour mon stage à Valencia (en 2005), en soit ce n'est pas si long si ce n'est qu'ils te balladent d'1 bout a l 'autre de la ville pour reunir tous les papiers et les faire valider... par contre comme toute bonne personne organisée.. j'ai perdu le papier indiquant l'identifiant NIE 😕 .. Est ce que quelqu un sait combien de temps c'est valable? Si la (apres + de 2 ans) je repars sur Barcelone est ce qu'une institution peut retrouver mon NIE si je le demande ou est ce que je dois refaire toute les demarches?

Je crois que votre NIE en Espagne est "unique", c'est a dire que si vous l'avez "perdu", vous pouvez demander une "copie". Je peux demander une amie qui travail dans un commissariat.

Je veux fire que en Catalogne la langue propre est le catalan mais elle est langue officielle avec l'espagnol.
Il ya beaucoup des ressemblances au Français et au Espagnol.
C'est vrai qu'il y a beaucoup d'offres que on demande le catalan, l'espagnol et autre langue: anglais, français, etc. mais il y d'autres que seulement l'espagnol. L'indispensable est l'espagnol. J'ai demandé a ma fille sur la question de votre NIE et ell m'a dit que si tu n'as fait pas la renovation ( après un annéé la première fois, la première fois et après deux année la deuxième fois) tu dois faire la tramitation d'un de nouveau à la commissariat de la ville où tu habites.
Je suis dslée de te répondre si tard, j'étais assez occupée ces derniers temps, en tout cas je te remercie pour les informations... Je me suis renseignée de mon côté aussi et il me parait assez évident qu'il faut que je refasse une nouvelle demande de NIE dès mon arrivée sur Barcelone.
Tout comme me renseigner sur la sécurité sociale.
