Je viens vous embêter encore au sujet de Mayotte, mais promis, j'ai fais une recherche avant ;)
Alors voilà, nous allons déménager à Mayotte cet été.
Par soucis d'équité, je vais passer le concours d'intitutrice là bas, afin de vraiment m'integrer, et de pouvoir avoir la même formation et le même parcours que les mahorais profs, car je ne veux pas arriver là bas et postuler pour un poste de prof obtenu grâce (ou à cause😕 ) de ma couleur de peau, au delà de mon diplôme.
Mes questions sont plutôt les suivantes :
Comment louer un logement (mahorais s'entend, pas de parquage entre blancs) avec le petit salaire de prof, sachant que nous n'avons plus de contact là bas, et que tout se fait de bouche à oreille?
Ensuite (pour les profs de là bas), l'ambiance est elle bonne entre profs recrutés localement et profs mutés qui gagnent jusque trois fois le salaire? Je sais ça peut paraitre sectaire, mais ça m'hallucine. Aller là bas juste deux trois ans pour gagner plus, je n'aime pas du tout cette mentalité.
Enfin, au bout de combien de temps peut on être considérer non plus comme colonisateur mais faisant disons "partie du cru" (même si je ne sais pas si on arrive jamais à l'être), si on fait l'effort de respecter les mentalités et parler shimahorais?
Voilà, j'espère que vous ne m'en voudrez pas de poser -encore- ce genre de questions qui ont été evoquées (mais pas sous cette forme) sur ce forum.

il me semble que les infos que vous avez sur les salaires des profs ne sont pas exactes
Il n'y a pas de recrutement local por les profs du secondaires, seulement pour les profs d'école. Quant aux prof qui arrivent de metropole ils sont payés au même salaire que ceux de metropole, la différence, c'est la prime qu'ils touchent pendant leur séjour.
maintenant quelque soit l'endroit du monde où l'on s'installe, je pense qu'on est apprécié quand on a fait ses preuves et ce quelque soit la couleur de peau ou de ses origines .

Je ne sais pas si tu es déjà venu à Mayotte, mais je pense que tu te trompes dans tes jugements, et qu'il sont un peu hâtifs.
J'ai bien précisé "je pense", et ne parle donc que de mon expérience "de blanc", donc "colonisateur" pour reprendre tes expressions.
J'avais, avant de venir, un certain nombre d'idées préconçues et voulait moi aussi éviter d'être géthoisé en quartier blanc, de mettre mes enfants en école associative...
Une fois ici, et comme partout ailleurs, tu te rends compte que la réalité est tout autre : tu peux habiter dans une résidence "de Mzungu" et avoir des relations nombreuses avec des Mahorais, et tu peux habiter dans un village et rester enfermé chez toi. Tout dépend de ton comportement.
Si tu fais du sport dans un club local, que tu fais du soutien scolaire, que tu discutes simplement avec les gens du marché, tu auras de grandes satisfactions en vivant ici.
Bien sûr, si tu ne fréquentes que Jumbo Score, que tu passes ton temps au Barfly, que tu ne vas qu'à la plage de Sakouli et que tu parles "petit nègre" à la "bonne" que tu paies au noir, évidemment, l'expérience ne sera pas la même. Mais ces gens là étaient déjà des cons en métropole...
Sur la question des profs (je précise que je ne suis pas prof, et que je n'ai pas de prime) ; tu ne seras pas recruté ici en fonction de ta couleur de peau. Tu peux passer ici le concours de professeur des écoles, mais de toute façon, un concours de PE que tu aurais passé en métropole ne te permettrait pas d'être mutée ici, sauf dans des spécialités particulières (spécialisé, maître formateur...).
L'ambiance entre les profs locaux et les métropolitains est la même que partout ailleurs : bonne entre les gens sympas, mauvaise entre les autres. Mais la couleur de peau et l'origine n'y change rien.
Sur la question d'être considéré comme "colonisateur". Le temps passé ne changera rien à l'affaire. La france et ses ressortissants resteront des colonisateurs. Certains mahorais le vivent bien (la france apportant une amélioration du niveau de vie, même si il reste inégaliatire, une sécurité pour les populations, comparativement aux îles voisines, et des perspectives d'avenir meilleurs par une formation de qualité, des déplacements en métropole ou à la réunion...). D'autres le vivent moins bien, considérant que la colonisation, quelle qu'elle soit, empêche le développement des peuples par eux même, perturbe les traditions ancestrales et sert majoritairement les intérêts de la puissance "coloniale" et des expatriés.
Sincèrement, ce débat n'existe pas vraiment ici, et tu seras intégrée si ton comportement est respectueux de la population locale.
Voilà un point de vue. Ne te prends pas trop la tête avant d'être sur place !

J'ai envie juste d'insister sur le fait que ton comportement fais de toi une personne aimée ou detestée par les gens. ceci est valable en tout cas à mayotte. les gens sont cool mais dès l'instant ou tu te montre bourgeois ou quoi, en te mettant avec les métros vivant dans les ghetos, alors que tu peux bien vivre ek les mahorais, tu vas te faire une sale réputation. C'est bien beau de venir avec des grandes idées de mixité, on ne vit pas dans les mzougous land on vit avec les locaux etc etc.
La réalité est tout autre.
Dabord, êtes vous prêt à faire un bon tout les matins à 4h30 lorsque il y a l'appel de la prière de 5H00.
Ensuite aimez vous la musique à tue tête à longueur de soirée.
Ensuite qu'est ce que cela vous fait de ne pas avoir peur de la police au milieu de gens qui pour une grande partie sont sans papiers.
M^me les mahorais se barricadent et se démarque dès qu'ils le peuvent de la populatin des villages. Aussitôt que les mahorais le peuvent, ils se construisent des maisons hors de la ville. Alors il ne faut pas être plus royaliste que le roi.
S'intégrer ce n'est pas forcément vivre au milieu des gens. S'intégrer, c(ets accepter le rythme de vie, c'est prendre les gens en stop lorsqu'on en voit sur le bord de la route, c'est faire ses courses au marché, bref c'est vivre le plus naturellement du monde.
Acheter son poisson au bord de la route lorsque l'on voit un attroupement (cela veut dire qu'il vient d'arriver et qu'il est frais),
S'intégrer c'est ne pas être condéscendant.
Maintenant, si aller dans les bars type métros c'est votre truc, faites le sans arriere pensée.
