Voilà, je n'ai aucune qualification particulière (juste mon bac...) et j'ai pris la décision de faire une pause dans mes études l'année prochaine et de partir 10 mois en Inde afin de donner un peu de mon temps...
Maintenant plus je me renseigne, plus je croule sous les informations que je n'arrive pas à trier... Je voulais donc savoir si quelqu'un pouvait me conseiller sur les différentes possibilités dans ce pays : vaut-il mieux que je parte juste avec mon sac et que j'essaie de trouver là bas, auquel cas quel budget dois-je prévoir? Sinon, quel organisme contacter avant le départ en ayant des chances d'être accepté sans qualification? Quel est le secteur qui nécessite le plus de volontaires? Je suis ouvert et n'ai pas de préférences, ni sur le lieu (j'ai déjà fait un voyage au Kerala que j'ai beaucoup apprécié, mais je sais que c'est un pays très vaste et varié) ni sur l'activité...
Je pense, pour commencer, à contacter l'association "first light", est-ce que quelqu'un connaît?
Je voudrais vraiment que ce voyage serve à quelque chose et donc le préparer dans les meilleures conditions, avec votre aide...
Je suis preneur de toutes les informations et de toutes les expériences...
Je suis un peu dans le même cas que toi. J'ai 17 ans et j'aimerais faire un break d'un an dans mes études et partir en Inde après mon BAC, donc l'année prochaine, sans aucune qualification. J'ai appelé l'ambassade française à New-Delhi ce matin, afin de savoir s'il y avait des associations ou des ONG qui acceptent des personnes sans qualification. On m'a parlé de la Croix Rouge, de Handicap International, mais je ne sais pas du tout si ces asso' acceptent des personnes ayant uniquement un bac sur leur CV.
Sinon il y a Les missionaires de la Charité (soeur Térésa), je suis en train de me renseigner.
Sinon à l'ambassade, ils ont beaucoup insisté sur le fait que je ne soit pas un homme "l'Inde est un pays dangereux pour les femmes".
Donc pareil, j'aimerais bien savoir si certaines assoc' prennent sans qualification.
Comment se passe les séjours en Inde pour les femmes (n'y étant encore jamais allé, je ne sais pas du tout à quoi m'attendre) ?

c'est à calcutta que tu trouveras le plus de volontariat. prévoi un budget si tu vx!
à savoir que pour un mois, c'est 400e voir moins pour lhébergement et ta nourriture. (1e=62roupis)

As tu trouvé une asso pour faire du benevolat? Sinon, nous avons une asso qui intervient aupres des enfants dans le Nord del'inde, nous avons ouvert une école et acceptons les personnes meme sans qualification

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
