Hi there, We’ll be in Sartène this coming June and will be staying there. We’d love to listen to polyphonic singing. Do you know where that’s possible in Sartène and, if so, when during the first two weeks of June? Thanks for your help.

Maybe at the wine bar Le Divin or in a church (like Sta Maria in Sartè). But you’ll get the latest info on local events in Sartè, Livia, Sta Lucia-di-Talla, or the surrounding area once you're there. I recommend the group Chœur de Sartène, known for their religious polyphonic singing (amazing, even for an atheist like me), or L’Eternu and Vox Corsica. You’ll also find smaller groups with a more modern Corsican repertoire. Or lively evenings where some Corsicans start singing or practicing "Chiama e respondi" (a poetic duel) at the "corner of the bar"...
