Etant nouveau sur ce forum, je poste une nouvelle discussion en espérant avoir réponse à mes questions 🙂🙂🙂
Etant étudiant en école de commerce, je suis à la recherche d'un emploi saisonnier, de préférence à l'étranger. J'ai postulé pour un poste en tant que vendeur et promoteur de soirées pour une discothèque en Espagne à Lloret del Mar appellée Magic Park.
Aprés divers entretiens téléphoniques, mon interlocuteur m'a annoncé avoir retenu ma candidature. Jusque là tout va bien, je me suis donc renseigné sur différents forums et j'ai eu divers retour négatifs avec des personnes y ayant travaillé l'année derniere.
Notamment:
- Mauvais payeurs (les salaires n'ont apparemment rien à voir à ceux annoncés lors de l'entretien)
- Ambiance detestable
- Pression (allant jusqu'a la violence physique)
Je suis donc trés perturbé et j'aimerais savoir si certaines personnes pourront m'aider à ce sujet.
Quel choc en lisant ce mail et quelle tristesse en même temps 🙁
Je n'ai pas eu d'expérience directe avec Magic park mais ma cousine en a eu une l'été 2012 et oui, ce fut son pire été.
Je te déconseille vivement d'y aller car ma cousine est revenue de là-bas traumatisée.
De plus leur "compagnie" TTparty, il me semble, n'existe même pas.
Il y a plein d'autres opportunités à l'étranger, ne t'inquiète pas....

En effet je confirme à 100% les propos de Daphnée.
Je travaillais pour cette discothèque l'été dernier. Ce fut une catastrophe, la pression était telle que j'avais la boule au ventre des que j'allait travailler. Les logements qu'on nous avait promis étaient insalubres et misérables.
Aujourd'hui je sais que plus jamais je ne partirais à l'étranger sans avoir un minimum d'informations à ce sujet.
Donc en effet Edouard, je te conseille de t'orienter vers autres chose car tu risques de réellement regretter et te retrouver dans un environnement vraiment détestable.
Bah pour repondre a edouardisg, j ai travaille pendant 5 ans au magic park comme vandeuse et j e suis tres satisfaite , j y vais chaque saison et chaque annee
Ca me donne envi d y retourner, alors c tous le contraire de que ces personnes disent:
-tres bonne remuneration
-bonne condition de travail
-et surtout des grosses soirees.

Je te remercie d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à mon message. Le problème est que j'ai reçu de nombreux avis négatifs et assez inquiétants sur les emploi proposés par Magic Park. Egalement, aprés m'être renseigné avec des personnes étant parti à Lloret del Mar, celles-ci m'ont confirmé les propos tenus à ce sujet, à savoir des soirées trés moyenne, des soirées qui finissent parfois en bagarre...
Tous ces avis m'ont aidé dans mon choix ... J'ai déja fait l'expérience d'un stage à 'étranger qui s'est trés mal passé, donc je ne souhaite pas rééditer une seconde fois ce type d'experience...
En tout cas je te remercie encore une fois pour otn message.
Nous sommes un groupes de filles, on est chaque ete a lloret del mar pour faire la fête, on ete invite a la french party au magic park
2 fois le mi aout alors c ete des soirees inoubliables, top dj goldfinger et dj bylka, publique très sèlectionne, tres belle boite , chicha bar et on a meme
Recu plein de cadeau, alors on a pas vu des bagarres et c ete tres securise vu que c ete une soiree prive , j ai meme la video de la soiree si vous voulez.
Moi aussi j'avais remarqué une annonce mentionnant "TTparty" pour travailler avec Magic Park !!!

Si j'ai bien compris, d'après tous les commentaires, tu es vendeuse et non pas "vandeuse" (je te prie de m'excuser, j'ai horreur des fautes d'orthographe...) pour Magic Park depuis 5 longues années...Mais es-tu française ou bien étrangère ?

Et il est mentionné sur le site qu'il ne recrute que des français, ce qui semble logique pour vendre des soirées à des français !

oui moi aussi j'etais très intéressée par ce job avec TTparty mais comme j'ai vu pas mal de mauvais commentaires concernant TTparty, j'ai appelé Magic Park et aucun des responsables m'ont affirmés qu'il connaissait une société TTparty spécialisée dans les "party française" !!!
De plus, je suis retournée sur le site TT party et aucune adresse est mentionnée, pas même une tax number. Rien du tout !
"Pfff Soirées inoubliables ? Plus jamais je ne mettrais les pieds à Magic Park. On nous avait promis une superbe soirée, avec alcool à volonté. Il a fallu attendre vingt minutes à chaque verres, la clientèle était plus que bas de gamme, et la musique de trés mauvais gout.
En tout cas rien à voir avec les soirées au Tropics ou colossos on a passé des soirées exceptionnelles ! "😕🙁
Alors je rectifie, moi j'étais à Lloret l'année dernière pour quelques jours et j'ai été invité à ALCATRAZ et ce fut la meilleure soirée de toutes mes soirées de par non seulement l'ambiance: les personnes pouvant entrer sont bien éduquées et ne sont pas des petites racailles comme certaines boites spécialisées dans "soirées RACAILLES"....
De plus, à l'entrée il y a toujours la sécurité qui demande la carte d'identité donc ce que dit la demoiselle en haut est totalement incohérent !! c'est bizarre quand même que tu dises ça...en plus c'est rare qu'il y ait des français mineurs à Lloret....très incohérent tout ca....
En outre, il n'y a pas un dj mais 2 DJ !!! Il ya tjrs 2 AMBIANCES: house/electro et rap et tout le monde est à chaque fois heureux....
Ça n'etait pas du tout soirée OPEN BAR mais nous avions droit à plusieurs boissons et des cocktails offerts..piña colada, sex on the beach, tequila sunrise.....
Bref la soirée parfaite...
Ca marche tellement bien qu'il font 3 soirées françaises par semaine....
Et toutes les personnes venant à la premiere soirée retourne aux 2 suivantes !!!
Bien evidemment, il y a d'autres boites à LLoret qui, je suppose, essaie lamentablement de recopier ce systeme de soiree française mais n'ont aucune habilité à le faire...et ces soirées deviennent des désatres....
En tout cas superbe experience à ALCATRAZ pour moi et mes amis et toutes les personnes qui y étaient !! je supose car personne ne voulait sortir de la boite ou ne voulait rentrer chez soi comme le montre tes videos !! hahaha trop fort !

Ouiiiiii je me souviens ma cousine m'a bien parlé de cette boîte ALCATRAZ !! Et m'a justement dit que ses "responsables" de Magic Park essayaient de recopier leur système de soirées françaises qui fonctionne très bien...d'ailleurs il lui avait demandé de se faire passer pour une touriste pour allait inspecter les lieux avec d'autres vendeuses !!! Imaginez-vous.....Quelle honte !!!! En tout cas cette boîte ALCATRAZ plait énormément ce qui attire malheureusement également beaucoup de jalousie........

Personnellement, le logement, la pression ne me dérange pas. Je voulais néanmoins savoir si par exemple j'allais récupérer mon cheque de caution a la fin de mon séjour, s'ils me paye bien le billet de retour comme il le dise, et si le salaire réellement misérable ou si ça va quand même.

j´ai travaillée pendant 5 ans avec le Magic park et j ´ai jamais eut de problémes avec eux, tres bonne conditions de travail, j ´ai eut la caution á la fin de la saison et méme le billet de retour .
bref Loola, t´as raison de demander plus d ´informations avant mais je t ´assure qu ils sont trés serieux.
cependant je pense que tous les commentaires sur c forum contre le Magic park sont écrites par des personnes
qui travaillent dans une boite concurrente qui s ´appel ALCATRAZ car ils organisent aussi une soirée francophone.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
