J'ai lu beaucoup sur les exigences pour avoir cet emploi, mais qu'est-ce qui est le plus important pour une compagnie aérienne (sur quoi misent-ils le plus pour engager quelqu'un?)?
J'aimerais savoir aussi quels sont les horaires de travail, si on a quand même un peu le temps de profiter de la destination, quels sont les tâches exactement, etc.
J'avais lu sur une autre discussion que quelqu'un avait eu un emploi comme représentant à destination pour Vacances Maestro.J'aimerais beaucoup avoir exactement le même emploi puisque c'est une des seules compagnie dont j'ai trouvé des emplois disponible dans la ville de Québec. J'aimerais bien si cette personne pourrait me donner son "feedback" sur l'entrevue et l'emploi qu'elle occupe maintenant!

Je peux te renseigner un peu, etant tres proche de quelques personnes travaillant ou ayant travaillees dans ce domaine. Une semaine de travail "normale" est de 6jours/semaine, la 7e servant a de l'administration (preparer les arrivees/sorties de la semaine qui s'en vient, factures d'excursion), laver/repasser ses vetements de travail. Tres souvent, la cie te fournira un cellulaire pour que tu sois 24h/24h/7jours/7jours en contact avec les clients (tu dois porter aide a tes clients en tout temps). Les salaires sont TRES variable!! Pour la RD, j'ai vu des salaires allant de 3 500pesos/mois a 30 000pesos/mois. En fait, tout depend si c'est le TO qui t'engage vraiment, ou une cie en sous-traitance. Le logement, une chambre en tout-inclut peut t'etre offerte (donc encore plus en contact avec les clients en tout temps) ou tu dois te trouver une location proche (preferable d'avoir un salaire ok a ce moment-la!!!!!) Les excursions, la visite de la place, heuuu je veux pas te decourager, mais ca tient de la GRANDE chance si tu peux en faire!! Tu en feras avec certains TO, car ils vont t'obliger a en faire 1-2 par semaine AVEC les clients pour verifier la qualite des excursions et t'aider augmenter tes vendre par la suite. Mais pour visiter l'hotel qui te sera assigner, ou les hotels (charge qui s'aditionne alors 🏴☠️), ca oui!! Comme un representant me disait en blague, il connaissait chaque grains de sable de son hotel attitre depuis 2 ans *rire*
Cote clients, c'est comme tout metier avec le public, il y en a des chiants et des adorables!!
Nos TO quebecois poussent BEAUCOUP sur la vente d'excursions... s'y prenant une marge de profit non-negligeable, quitte a reduire ridiculement les salaires et conditions de leurs representants a destination. C'est ce qui peut faire la difference entre avoir un revenu ok et un revenu ou tu apprecieras beaucoup les cafeterias des hotels. Il y a biensur des trucs, comme te mettre avec un restau de l'endroit qui te donnerait une bonne commission en echange de lui envoyer de tes clients... toujours moyen de barguiner de quoi 😉
Sinon, le gout de l'aventure, etre a bien a l'aise avec les langues, le bilinguisme est primordial + connaissance de l'espagnol (pour les postes dans le sud). Bonne entregent, aucune peur de travailler a toute heure du jour ou de la nuit (les nuits blanches ne sont pas rare, surtout s'il y a des arrivees/departs de prevues de nuit). Supporter le gros stress (le client a TOUJOURS raison + pression pour la vente d'excursions (1 ou 2 ti-mensonges aux clients aident beaucoup 😉)), travail d'equipe (surtout pour les navettes entre aeroports/hotels), travail solitaire (a l'hotel meme), et sourire en tout temps. Biensur, etre bien de sa personne, aimer porter des habits de circonstance, et enfin, aimer travailler avec des gens de toutes cultures.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
