Ton projet de monter une maison d'hôtes à Cotonou et Grand-Popo sera la bienvenue au Bénin, et pourquoi par au Nord du Bénin aussi....Pour répondre à ta question, c'est vrai que le tourisme au Bénin n'est pas assez développé, mais avec le nouveau gouvernement on a de l'espoirs. La preuve le dimanche passé, le Bénin a eu la visite de 528 touristes américains à bord d'un bateau. Donc pas de soucis..........

L'idée n'est pas mal, mais il faut avoir beaucoup de patience et aussi beaucoup des moyens! Le Bénin n'est pas assez bon marché que le Cameroun.
Je te propose de venir d'abord au Bénin pour voir combien des établissements de différentes qualités existe déjà et comment ils marchent.
A l'ouest de Cotonou tu trouveras : La Pirogue, existante depuis très longtemps. Route des Pêcheurs km 1. Auberge Au Large, depuis quatre ans. Route des Pêcheurs km 4. Café Cauris, une Allemande depuis très longtemps. Route des Pêcheurs km 6. Au Jardin Helvetia, des Suisses, depuis cinq ans. Route des Pêcheurs km 11. Le Jardin du Brésil depuis quelques années. Route des Pêcheurs km 32 (à Ouidah).
Entre ceux, tu trouveras des petits auberges, des auberges abandonnées, commencé un peut et ne jamais terminé. Il faut se demander pourquoi....
Un peut loin, à Grand-Popo (vers la frontière du Togo) tu trouveras aussi : L'auberge de Grand Popo Hôtel Awalé Plusieurs petits Hôtels

Si vous voulez, vous finissez la maison et vous allez habiter en crontrat bail.
