Une fois que tu as tous tes papiers envoyés et que tu obtiens une réponse positive, tu pourras te préparer pour un rdv à l'embassade des US pour obtenir un visa Etudiant.

Il est TRES rare que cette exemption doit donnée à des étudiants de community college, sachant qu'après tu dois rentrer en France pendant 2 ans. Evidemment, qui ne risque rien n'a rien.
Tu vas devoir énormément bosser ton anglais (en bac pro ça signifie que pour avoir le niveau de TOEFL demandé, tu dois avoir autour de 18 en anglais - ce n'est pas infaisable mais il faut bosser seul, regarder des séries en VO, lire des magazines...)

J'étudie à Palm beach stage collège depuis 2 ans. D'abord le TOEFL n'est pas obligatoire, moi je ne l'ai pas passé comme j'étais déjà aux USA au moment de l'inscription. Sinon, concernant l'exemption des frais de scolarité, je ne sais pas si tu parles du florida France linkage Institute mais si c'est le cas, tu dois quand même payer. Mais tu paies in-state tuition au lieu de out-of-state. En gros $5000/an au lieu de $10000. Si tu étudies 2 semestres par an, si tu étudies 3 semestres, c'est plus cher. À la fin de tes études tu dois en effet rentrer dans ton pays d'origine mais on m'a dit qu'ils ne vérifiaient pas... À voir. Dans tous les cas, la première année tu paies plein tarif, ensuite tu peux envoyer ton dossier pour payer in-state.
Concernant le visa, il n'est pas très cher, $300 je dirai, à peu près. Mais pour pouvoir t'inscrire à l'école il faut prouver que tu as assez d'argent pour vivre sans travailler. Soit le prix total d'un an d'études, à peu près $20000 en CC. Il faut les avoir sur ton compte (ou celui de tes parents, ou un ami, membre de ta famille...) avant de t'inscrire.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
