Au niveau fiscalité comment organiser cette affaire (domicilier la pension de mon épouse au Bresil? conséquences? laisser sa pension en France? avec quel régime fiscal? ...) 🤪🤪🤪

au Brésil, les revenus du couple ne sont pas cumulés...chacun doit faire sa propre déclaration 😠.....l'histoire des "parts" n'existe pas sauf quand le conjoint ne travail pas et n'a pas de revenu salariaux ou de retraite ce qui n'est pas votre cas....
donc : pour Monsieur qui va recevoir des revenus au Brésil, déclaration de ceux ci au Brésil, taux d'imposition de 18% si les revenus mensuels sont supérieur à 3200 € net ou 8000 R$.....🏴☠️
et pour Madame, déclaration de ses revenus de retraite (perçu en France, mais non taxé en France) auprès des impôts Brésilien à titre individuel 😠
entre temps, avant de partir Monsieur et madame devront demander un quitus fiscal à l'administration des impôts Français, c'est à dire régler d'avance les impôts que vous auriez à payer en 2012 pour l'année 2011 (arrêté au 30 juin 2011, si départ en juillet) que ce soit sur les salaires, taxe d'habitation, taxe foncière etc....Le quitus est un document qui confirme que vous ne devez plus rien à la France en terme d'impôt...
la déclaration d'impôt auprès de la Receita Féderal se fait soit par internet soit par renseignement d'un document écrit entre le 1 mars et le 30 avril de chaque année et chaque individu est fiché fiscalement par l'obtention d'un n° CPF (cadastro pessoa phisico) délivré par la Receita Féderal....La Receita Féderal vous contrôle tout au long de l'année, car chaque fois que vous achetez quelque chose (voiture, maison, micro onde, billet d'avion, TV, meubles etc....), on vous demande votre n° CPF 🏴☠️ et cela lui permet de vérifier que vos dépenses sont en rapport à ce que vous gagnez... On se plaint de la France, mais de ce côté là on est encore libre 😉
Quel est le niveau de taxation au Bresil pour une pension de 1350€ mensuel ?
Est il envisageable (sans divorcer🏴☠️🤪) de déclarer cette pension en France tout en ayant les revenus de Monsieur déclarés au Bresil? Compliquée l'affaire!😠

Vous ne demandez pas de quitus fiscal en France.....en 2012 vous déclarez vos revenus en France comme si vous êtes toujours en France. Par contre Monsieur devra faire une déclaration au Brésil pour les revenus perçu, avec madame en rattachement sans source de revenu ....tout est possible...
Si votre salaire est de 1350 € net au Brésil.....c'est pas le "grand luxe"....sauf si on vous paye la location, fournit un véhicule, l'assurance médicale et si vous avez des enfants, les frais de scolarité....le coût de la vie au Brésil est presque identique à celui de la France !!!😠 mais je suppose que cela concernait la retraite de Madame 😄
pour 1350€ le taux est de 5.65% pour 3200€ net mensuel le taux est 18,60%

le mieux vraiment désolé de cette réponse laconique c'est de demander aux services fiscaux.
Il faut savoir que si on réside plus de 6 mois en dehors de la France on ne paie pas d'impôts en France on fait partie du Service des Non Résidents du Fisc ( ce qui est mon cas)😉
chacun choisi son statut, on peut vivre plus de 6 mois en dehors de France tout en refusant le statut de non-résident....rien n'est obligatoire, personne ne vous oblige à vous inscrire dans un consulat de France comme non-résident parce que vous habitez 6 mois et 1 jour à 100 mètres de la frontière Française ni de demander votre quitus fiscal....donc on peut donc très bien concevoir l'idée par exemple que Monsieur continuera a être résident en France et Madame aussi, c'est pas interdit.... que monsieur et madame continuent de remplir leur feuille d'impôt en France (s'ils conservent une adresse, celle de leur parent par exemple, il suffira simplement dans informer au fisc le changement de domicile etc...) qui a terme fera qu'ils seront en dessous du seuil d'imposition, Monsieur n'ayant plus de revenus, donc impôt = 0...
et que Monsieur et Madame(sans revenu) remplisse une déclaration au Brésil pour les revenus perçus par monsieur sur place, et ceci pour des raisons de simplicité évidente question administration ....
Bonjour, fais le calcul combien ta femme paiera d'impot avec sa pension, a 1350 euros cela ne devrait pas etre très élevé. Dans ce cas tu peux toujours
garder et déclarer tes revenus au Brésil , et ta femme continuer a recevoir sa pension en France et rester fiscalement en France, avec l'avantage que coté
sécurité sociale etc... rien ne change pour elle.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
