J'ai fais un séjour professionnel de plusieurs mois au Gabon, où j'ai rencontré ma fiancée.
J'ai du retourner en France pour le travail.
Nous avions prévu de se revoir pour les vacances etc...
Mais mon métier ne me permet pas de poser mes vacances quand j'en ai envie et quand j'en ai je ne le sais pas forcément longtemps a l'avance.
Nous avions donc en projet, que je la rejoigne définitivement a la fin de mon contrat (dans 1 an et qqes mois) au Gabon.
Seulement depuis peu, j'ai de bonnes opportunités professionnelles et je sais qu'elle préfèrerais venir en France
Nous avons donc changé d'optique et on envisage de la faire expatrier ici.
Seulement nous ne sommes pas mariés, donc regroupement familiale impossible.
Elle est étudiante (niveau BEPC car elle a quitté l'école pendant un temps, classe de 3e en France) et a 19 ans et demi
Sans emploi et n'a pas de compte bancaire.
Et nous n'avons pas forcément envie de se marier dans les mois suivant son arrivée.
Je m'adresse donc a vous chers voyageurs pour savoir quel type de visa (long séjour) doit-elle demander ?
Le visa "en vue de se marier" doit-il forcement etre suivit d'un mariage dans les quelques mois a suivre (il me semble qu'il faut deja fournir la date du mariage pour celui-ci) ?
Sa mère habite en Finlande, est-il possible qu'elle envisage un "regroupement familial" et venir directement s'installer avec moi (avec les accords Schengen) sans transiter par la Finlande ?
Et si quelqu'un pourrait me donner la liste des docs a fournir pour faire un passeport au Gabon, car au cédoc ils lui ont dit qu'il fallait un certificat d’hébergement, hors c'est pour le visa... Donc leurs renseignements ne sont pas au top.
Pour savoir ce qu'il en est, il faut contacter les autorités, à savoir la préfecture en France (service des étrangers) et/ou le consulat de France au Gabon.
Pour ce qui est de l'espace Schengen, cela ne concerne que les citoyens de ces pays alors les Gabonais ne sont pas concernés et donc inutile de passer via la Finlande.
Contacte l'administration française et tu sauras quoi faire.

Le regroupement familial est une très bonne idée, une fois qu'elle obtient sa carte de séjour finlandaise, elle peut circuler librement au sein de l'espace Schengen, mais elle ne peut résider en France que 90 jours maxi, et doit retourner en Finlande.
A part cette solution, le visa pour mariage n'est jamais accordé, ni un visa de tourisme, puisqu'elle n'a pas d'attaches au Gabon, càd études, emploi, salaire, etc...
@Fayd : Elle a une attache au Gabon, elle est étudiante. Mais le visa tourisme (3 mois max) ne nous intéresse pas. L'idée étant qu'elle puisse rester en France pour quelques années après quoi nous retournerons au Gabon.
Pour le regroupement familiale dans ce cas, elle serait donc obligé d'habiter en Finlande, et avec mon taf je ne pourrais pas y vivre...
D'après ma belle-mère (Brésilienne) la seule solution est le mariage, ce qu'elle a fait avec son ex-mari il y a bientôt 20 ans.

Idealement, il faut s'y presenter tres tot le matin genre a 7h et qu'elle s'attende a y passer la journee, on peut remplir le formulaire sur place.
Pis s'ils insistent avec ce truc de certificat d'hebergement, elle n'a qu'a dire qu'elle s'en va au cameroun ou senegal.
Mais normalement, il ne te pose aucune question.
Plus bien sur, elle doit avoir avec elle, le montant a payer pour avoir le passeport.
Le temps d'attente est relatif, entre une semaine et un mois.

Pour ce qui est du visa, on ne se pose plus la question, car nous avons l'intention de nous marier.
Sauf que j'arrive a trouver des renseignements mais certains sont contradictoires !

il faut deja faire un distingo entre un mariage au gabon et l'autre en france.
disons que les chances d'obtenir un visa mariage pour la france est tres faible.
Donc pour faire un mariage labas, il faudra prendre contact avec le consulat pour deposer une demande de ccm (tu aurais aussi un interview avec ta financé).
Prevoit 2 mois pour obtenir le ccm qui te permettra ensuite de te marier au gabon

Il faut aller à la mairie du domicile en France pour demander ce qu'il faut comme papiers pour la publication des bancs.
La publication des bancs, c'est une publication à la mairie du domicile du futur marié qui reste affichée pendant 10 jours en attendant qu'une personne vienne s'opposer à ton mariage, une fois passé le délai de 10 jours sans que personne ne se manifeste, la mairie délivre un certif de capacité à mariage valable un an.
Ta future conjointe doit également afficher les bans à la mairie de son domicile au Gabon pour avoir également un certif de capacité à mariage qui va lui permettre de se marier à la mairie en France, si elle obtient son visa.
