Bonjour, nous avons des projets d'expatriation pour le Maroc, Casablaca pour l'année 2008 (pour environ trois ans). Nous avons deux enfants de trois et sept ans que nous allons inscrire en école française.
Comme je suis mon mari (ingénieur) je vais devoir démissionner.
J'aurais plusieurs questions : est ce que les expatriés perdent leur droit à la CAF ? Nous avons également le projet de faire un troisième enfant, comment cela se passe til pour le conge parentale ?
Actuellement je suis assistante maternelle, pensez vous qu'au Maroc je pourrais éventuellement travailler dans une crèche ?
si tu travail pour une boite française ici au maroc tu gardes la CAF mais autrement il te faudra te payer la CFE Caisse des Français à L'Etrangé dans se cas tu perds tout pour ton troisième enfants
travailler dans une crèche ici c'est a dire dans le privée, tu vas faire beaucoup d'heure pour être payé trrès peux le tout sans être déclarée, il faut que tu fasse une demande à l'école française ou les places sont cher
Dans le cadre d'une expatriation de courte durée, la boite de ton mari doit normalement lui laisser le bénéfice des prestations sociales françaises : soit en lui fournissant par le biais d'assurances privées l'équivalent au Maroc, soit, ce qui est le plus fréquent, en l'inscrivant à la caisse des français de l'étranger, où lui et sa famille gardent le bénéfice de toutes les prestations françaises. Cela doit faire partie de la négociation de départ, comme dans votre cas, la prise en charge éventuelles des écoles privées à Casa.
En revanche pour ton boulot dans une crèche, oublie.
1- la notion de crèche n'est pas trop répandue au Maroc, c'est plutôt la famille qui prend en charge, les nounous, tantes, etc
2- petite enfance milieu normal : il faut parler arabe / Petite enfance milieu favorisé : restent à la maison
3- et le "salaire" serait une misère.
Tu peux essayer soit de travailler en bénévole dans une association s'occupant de l'enfance, soit avec des enfants plus âgés, dans des boites privées.

Si je perd tous mes droits : assédics, congé maternité, paje... + les frais d'inscriptions de l'école c'est clair que financièrement on devra faire de gros sacrifices mais d'un autre côté ça sera une très bonne expérience pour nous d'autant plus que nous voulons faire vivre à nos enfants d'autres horizons...
Nous allons nous renseigner et mon mari va négocier son départ un maximum.

La prise en charge du déménagement
Le transport des animaux de compagnie
Les éventuelles primes d'installation du logement
Les frais de voyage de prise de contact
Et surtout :
Le salaire et ses modalités de versement
sa procédure de revalorisation
Les conditions du retour (presque le plus important !!)
L'aide et l'assistance aux démarches administratives (carte de résident, bail, cartes grises, assurances, ...).
J'en oublie surement ! mes anciens contrats sont archivés.
Ceci est valable pour tous pays, pas seulement le Maroc
Effectivement je confirme, il faut tout (vraiment tout) négocier avant le départ, surtout si tu perds ton travail.
Cela dépend aussi de l'entreprise pour laquelle travaille ton mari. S'ils ont l'habitude de gérer des expatriés, ils ont surement une charte d'expatriation. C'était le cas pour mon mari, et il y avait une aide prévue pour le conjoint démissionnaire.
Pour les prestations sociales, on les perds en quittant la France. En contrepartie, il y a bien d'autres avantages à vivre au Maroc, et pas seulement financiers !
Concernant le travail, c'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de crèches ici. Ce n'est de toute façon pas facile de trouver un travail, et encore moins un travail bien rémunéré.
Mais c'est peut-être l'occasion pour toi de changer d'orientation professionnelle ? Moi, c'est ce que j'ai fait.

Pour nous l'acclimatation s'est très bien passée. Le Maroc est très agréable à vivre, et les Marocains sympas. Il fait souvent beau, les fruits et légumes sont extras, il est facile de trouver une employée de maison et il y a plein de tourisme à faire. Bref, la qualité de vie est géniale !
Par contre, travailler ici est plus difficile car les façons de faire sont différentes, et ce n'est pas toujours facile de s'adapter...
Côté école je ne pourrai pas t'aider car notre fils a 6 mois (il est né à Casablanca d'ailleurs).
Sinon, nous avons commencé à parler du Maroc 2 mois avant que mon mari ne parte, ce qui est très court. Le temps que je démissionne et m'occupe du déménagement (toute seule, sympa !!), je l'ai rejoint 3 mois après.
D'ailleurs, je te conseille de bien vérifier que l'entreprise de ton mari prend en charge le déménagement car ça coute très cher !! Et n'hésite pas à prendre la prestation complète : les déménageurs font les cartons en une journée quand toi ça te prendrait 15 jours...
Pour ouvrir ta boutique, il faudrait te mettre en contact avec des gens qui en ont l'expérience car au niveau des démarches administratives, ça doit être coton. Ce serait une boutique de quoi ?

Pour la naissance de ton bébé à Casa, ça c'est bien passé côté suivi et accouchement ?... De mon côté peut être un troisiéme enfant en 2008 mais je souhaiterai qu'il naisse ici à Paris.

Ton idée de boutique est intéressante. Ici, il y a des enseignes (Bébé 9 et Prémaman), mais c'est excessivement cher... En ce moment je cherche une chaise haute, et c'est deux fois plus cher qu'en France !!
Sinon, pas de pb pour le suivi de grossesse et l'accouchement, il y a de très bonnes cliniques privées à Casa. Je pourrai te donner les bonnes adresses.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
