Je recherches des retours de personnes expatries a HCM au Vietnam. C'est une zone que je connais et ou mon conjoint et moi meme avons decide de s'expatrier des le mois de Septembre.
Je suis pour ma part pour le moment en contrat VIE en Logistics et mon conjoint est ingenieur.
Nous avons deja contacte la CCI Francaise sur place dans le but d'obtenir un maximum de contacts.
Est ce que certains d'entre vous peuvent me dire ce qu'ils pensent du marche du travail sur place, dans les domaines de la supplychain (Production, consulting en logistique...etc).

Je ne vais pas être très optimiste.. l'expropriation, rapide, sans trop de préparation est une chose ardue et risquée.
Attendez peut être d'avoir des réponses - De surcroit, si l'on part au Vietnam dans le cadre d'un contrat de travail, on a des facilités... mais les visa business ont été modifiés : il est beaucoup plus difficile d'en obtenir - , On ne rentre pas au Vietnam dans une relative facilité - Même des Viet-Kieu (français d'origine vietnamienne) qui veulent revenir au pays pour y travailler rencontrent des difficultés très importantes - De plus, les salaires... sont Vietnamiens... et on est très surpris de leur modicité quelle que soit sa formation.
Renseignez vous bien, prenez des appuis solides et fermes si vous le pouvez - Quelques-uns réussissent en créant leur affaire, d'autres reviennent assez déçus.
Je vous dis bonne chance... mais ne coupez pas tous les ponts avec la France d'un coup en septembre : laissez vous le temps de vous rendre compte, d'apprécier et de décider éventuellement.

C'est toute l'Asie en général qui est plutôt fermer… Combien de pays de cette zone autorise un étranger à acheter une maison ou un terrain en nom propre ou à ouvrir une société sur place sans partenaire locaux (exception pour les sociétés offshore bien sur)?!
C'est vrai que la seul façon d'avoir un revenu confortable sur place est de se faire muter par son employeur mais y arriver sur place, sans emploi en poche, ce sera en salaire locale, même si c'est une société française implanté là-bas (tout bénéf pour eux…).

Oui, ça fait plaisir de vous lire.... on se sent moins seul à annoncer des nouvelles qui ne vont pas forcément faire plaisir.... - C'est vrai qu'on ne peut pas non plus acheter facilement : le sol appartient à .... le pays, l'autochtone, enfin à tout le monde sauf l'étranger...😉 et vu de loin souvent les amateurs à l'expatriation ne se rendent pas compte de ça.

Tout à fait d'accord.... moi je ne débats pas..... mais je pense que le protectionnisme tel qu'il est pratiqué par ces pays asiatiques... ben , ce n'est peut être pas si mauvais..... - restons politiquement corrects mais à vrai dire, comme disait feue ma mère, "chacun chez soi"... ça évite peut être une invasion non contrôlée...et non désirée...🙂 il suffit de si peu de choses pour que ça dérape et qu'après on se retrouve "ligoté" par une espèce de jurisprudence qui mettra à mal l'intégrité des autochtones...pour des temps immémoriaux...

La Loi sur la propriété a été maniée, remaniée - ce n'est plus 50 ans, mais c'est toujours de l'usage (de l'usufruit ) les viet kieu achètent, les étrangers aussi... on parle même de pouvoir revendre, hériter, et..... on a dit tout et son contraire...... - je ne perds pas de temps à rechercher pour vous rapporter tout ce que j'ai pu lire.., y compris graisser des pattes pour avoir un appart...🤪
Une chose est certaine, pas mal de Viet Kieu achètent, des conjoints de Viet kieu aussi, des Etrangers munis d'un visa très court aussi.... et j'ai toujours, en rêve, l'intention de rester dans un petit studio bien placé ici ou ailleurs....... mais franchement, ma profession initiale me dit de ne rien faire de tout ça : c'est peu sûr, surtout peu pérenne, et je pense qu'on a toutes les "chances" de ne revoir ni son argent, ni son bien immobilier, à l'issue de quelques décades.. et l'intervention d'un avocat, même un "véritable" avocat, ne changera rien au problème.. car les lois promulguées changent à la vitesse d'une girouette...- aux toutes dernières nouvelles, on pourrait acheter dans des programmes immobiliers à Sai Gon, bien précis, ...des apparts qu'on n'a jamais pu vendre auparavant...
J'ai envie... mais la peur est plus grande encore...😉

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
