quels tuyaux me conseiller vous afin d'activer mon projet......est ce vraiment possible de pouvoir y vivre ???bref...autant de question qui me trotte en tête mais en même temps une envie et surtout un motivation d'y partir depuis un an .

Je vous conseillerais de commencer par lire les déjà très nombreuses discussions sur le sujet, et pas seulement sur ce forum.
Travail : quelles compétences avez-vous que les Marocains n'ont pas ? Un employeur marocain doit prouver qu'il n'a pas trouvé de Marocain, avant de pouvoir embaucher un étranger.
Le SMIC est à environ 250 €.
Vie quotidienne : elle n'a pas grand-chose à voir avec les séjours de vacances.
Enfants : faites des recherches sur le coût des écoles privées.
Sécu sociale : voyez le site de la CFE (caisse des français à l'étranger).
Il est généralement fortement conseillé de venir y vivre quelques mois avant d'envisager une installation à long terme.
Voilà quelques pistes essentielles de réflexion et de recherches. Il y en a d'autres.
Je vois que vous avez beaucoup d'information par à port à la vie au Maroc.et c'est ce dont j'ai besoin :)
On est un couple mixte franco-tunisien. on compte venir avant de s'y installer définitivement, afin de voir un peu comment ça ce passe coté: loyer, vie quotidienne, les endroits les plus favorable pour être lier à la nature sans être loin de tout ce qui est facilitateur de vie: souk, aéroport international, hôpital, centre de sport, .......et les loisirs. 30 min à 1h avec une voiture.
normalement on y sera en novembre pour 2 semaine pour l'instant.
si vous avez des idées pour l'endroit idéal ou même des tuyaux, je serai très reconnaissante .

Difficile de vous dire quel serait "l'endroit idéal" pour vous installer. Et je ne sais pas très bien ce que vous appelez "être lié à la nature".
Les grandes villes offrent plus d'opportunités de travail que le monde rural, a priori. Mais tout dépend du domaine professionnel que vous comptez tenter. Habiter en rural proche d'une grande ville, ça peut être galère (circulation). Pas de lieu idéal pour "être lié à la nature sans être loin de tout".
Loyers : pour l'équivalent d'un T3, ça va de 1500-2000 dh (en milieu rural) à 10000 dh (à Casa par ex).
L'alimentaire est moins cher qu'en France. Le gaz et l'électricité aussi. Mais proportionnellement aux salaires marocains, le rapport est approximativement le même qu'en France.
Le plus difficile pour s'installer et vivre au Maroc, c'st le fait que tout se passe en réseau. A commencer par les relations familiales.
Par ailleurs, sans emploi (contrat de travail ou affaire professionnelle), un étranger ne peut pas rester vivre au Maroc (3 mois maximum).
Loisirs : la culture marocaine ne propose pas les mêmes loisirs qu'en Europe. Il faut être dans les grandes villes pour pouvoir fréquenter cinéma, bibliothèque, piscine et autres.
Visiblement, vous ne connaissez pas du tout le Maroc. Je vous conseille d'y venir au moins un mois avant de vous projeter sur une installation à long terme.
Un bon moyen de prendre la mesure des difficultés : cherchez les infos sur place dans les administrations concernant la législation pour vivre en tant qu'étranger au Maroc. ça vous donnera déjà très une bonne idée de ce qui vous attend.
Le seul point : plus le lieu est touristique et urbain, plus vous trouverez des loisirs type européens. Evitez donc toute la partie Est (de Oujda à Zagora) et sud (de Merzouga au Sahara occidental).
Autour des grandes villes du reste du pays, vous aurez un confort correct (mais tout est relatif). Et partout vous pourrez être liés à la nature.
Aéroports : les plus actifs vers et de l'étranger sont Marrakech (en 1er), Casa, Fés, Agadir....
en fait on a visité casa en hiver l'année dernière, c'été pas mal mais pas de repère vraiment pour poser des questions et avoir les bonnes réponses :).
J'espère que votre projet de vous installer au MAROC à abouti....si oui j'aimerai avoir votre ressenti car je projette également de m'y installer d'ici la rentrée septembre 2014/2015 pour la scolarité de mes 2 enfants.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
