salut, outre la réalité de ce qu dit jipi, je te conseille d'y aller en tant que touriste, de voir, parler avec les differents opérateurs, et de voir les modalités avec les autorités, j'ai connu des jeunes venus s'installer, qui ont achetés des machines a coudre, embauchés du personnel, et commencé à travailler, et sans raison apparente, ont ete expulsés, en laissant leur matériel sur place, ils ont tout perdu. a Madagascar, le visa n'est jamais définitif, un mot déplacé envers une autorité, une idée politique et c'est l'expulsion, ce qui vient d'arriver à des ecclésiastiques qui faisaient beaucoup de bien installés à Mada depuis des 10 aines d'années....
alors il faut etre prudent et bien ficeler son projet.

Un projet d ecotourisme et de solidarité : une ONG ou une entreprise ? en effet, si tu viens pour monter une ONG, a mon avis, cela ne risque pas de poser de pb meme si c est jamais evident, si par contre c est un projet plus ambitieux et a usage "lucratif" (meme si ce n est pas pour faire fortune). Prudence, prudence.
Le contexte n est tjrs pas favorable aux investisseurs en particulier quand ils sont petits, grosses grosses difficultes administratives en perspective (visa, bail terrain...). Grosso modo et quand on vient d arriver, il faut un associé malgache et c est souvent la que cela peche.
En outre la vis se resserre chaque année plus et on peut pas dire que l administration soit franchement french-friendly, quand bien meme les investisseurs sont encore majoritairement francais a Mada.
Comme disait les autres, je te conseille plutot de passer un long moment a Mada histoire de rencontrer des personnes qui ont franchi le temps et de déterminer si le projet peut tenir la route. Les francais sont nombreux la bas, en particulier dans le tourisme, mais souvent marié(e)s a des malgaches ou tt au moins a Mada depuis un bon bout de temps. Je pense particulierement au campement a Ialatsara pres d Ambohimahasoa a 60 bornes de Fianarantsoa (car dans l esprit cela s approche de votre projet) mais il y a des tas d autres petites entreprises ou assoc dans le style (Coeur malgache a Fianar), des tas de gens a Tulear, Morondava, Ifaty, Anakao etc etc... bref y en a quand meme plein donc y a moyen.
Mais il y a aussi plein d histoires de cata memorables : visa supprimé ou non renouvellé sans explication, mise en taule (cf Mme Barday dont on a pas mal entendu parler), vol par l associé bref j ai pas mal bougé et je trouve qu a Mada l environnement des affaires est vraiment un des plus difficiles a apprécier car grosso modo t es jamais vraiment en sécurité (d un point de vue biz bien entendu).

un autre chose se mefier des vazahas ( blancs majoritairement français) qui vont vouloir te refiler un projet une entreprise un etablissement hotelier la c est "tres grand danger d arnaque" car ils se sont fait eu meme souvent "enfle" par une autre vazaha
dans le fameux ecotourisme je connais qqes structures qui sont de vrais pompes frics et qui n ont rien d equitable
a mada c est le malheureusement bcp plus d embrouilles que de siituation claire qui existe quand meme mais tres rare!! (de plus elles sont rarement a vendre)
de plus il faut savoir pour ta gouverne qu a mada la "jalousie" est un vrai fleau meme les gasy le reconnaisent aisement
voila je te souhaite de realiser ton projet mais je pense que connaissant mada depuis 1964 je ne vaux pas jouer a tout le monde il est beau et il est gentil

Salut moi c'est jahena.Je viens d' arriver sur ce site car après multes réflexions j' ai moi aussi l' intention d' aller vivre à Madagascar ( Fort Dauphin) afin de monter un projet dans l' écotourisme.Mais pour le moment ce n' est qu' un projet car je n' y suis jamais aller.J' ai des amis qui y vont très souvent et qui ont des petites entreprises implantées là- bas qui m' ont suggéré de réfléchir à un projet.
Je suis originaire de l' île de la Réunion et je vis depuis 13 ans en Métropole mais mon attirance pour madagascar estde plus en plus grandissante.
Cependant, je me pose pleins de questions moi aussi au niveau administratif, installation, intégration etc...De plus, j' attend un bébé et je voudrais me rassurer aussi pour son éducation là-bas.
As-tu déjà finaliser ton projet et surtout as-tu décidé d' une date pour aller quand même voir cette belle île?

Je finis mes etudes (finance et international business management) en Mai aux Etats-Unis et je veux creer mon entreprise a madagascar. Apparemment vous vous etes bien renseigner sur les demarches administratives. Dans quel domaine pensez-vous investir? et quand pensez vous vous rendre sur place? Je suis revenu il y a peu d'un voyage pendant lequel j'ai habité un plus d'un an à Madagascar pour travailler dans une ONG de droit malgache faisant de l'ecotourisme.
Je connais bien le pays, la langue, et pour les problèmes administratif, de visa aussi. Pour mon visa que je devais sans cesse renouveler tout les mois en moyenne, j'ai réussi à faire connaissance avec une personne de l'administration qui m'a fourni un certificat de résidence pour une centaine d'euros.
Sinon voila, je cherche aussi à monter un produit d'écotourisme à Mada mais je sais pas trop par où commencer les démarches de l'avant projet...
En revanche si vous avez l'intention de monter un projet à Madagascar cela me ferait plaisir d'y participer et je sais que une fois sur place dans le pays je pourrai bien aider. J'ai un très bon réseau dans le pays, je sais travailler avec les populations locale et je connais bien la mentalité.
Je cherche à m'immerger dans un projet comme tel et vivre à Madagascar ce beau pays si touchant.
