Ma situation sur place :
J'aurai environ un salaire de 1500€/mois. Pas de véhicule.
Je compte amener avec moi mon ordi portable, téléphone portable et appareil photo (pour ce qui est objets de "valeur").
Pour ce qui est du logement, pour un studio climatisé je dois m'attendre à quoi en terme de prix et de prestations sur Libreville ?
Est il déconseillé que je me déplace seule en ville et /ou dans la brousse ?
Au niveau de la nourriture, ya t il des choses à éviter/oublier ?!
Qu'en est il de la corruption sur place ?!
S'il y a des détails importants auxquels je ne pense pas, n'hésitez pas à les mentionner !
Et, surtout, pour ts les expats déjà installés au Gabon, ajoutez moi à vos contacts !!
Je vais t'éclairer sur tes différentes questions avec mon point de vue...
1500 € = 1 000 000 FCFA --> Si l'entreprise ne prend rien en charge laisse tomber tout de suite cette aventure...
Pas de véhicule ça sera dur mais pas la mort...
Donc je te conseille que le logement ne soit pas trop loin du boulot !
Pour en revenir au logement je dirais que ça dépend surtout du quartier...
Française seule je ne te vois pas louer un studio vers les Rio, Gare Routière, Derrière La Prison, Dragon etc...
Donc plutôt dans une zone plus cher !
Pour information je louais à un moment un appartement (très pratique car j'avais le gardien et l'eau prit dans le loyer), à 430 000 FCFA pour 2 chambres, 1 salon, 1 cuisine, 1 WC, 1 douche très bien situé ! Mais avec tes 1 000 000 je ne vois pas comment tu peux t'en sortir franchement !
En journée aucun problème tu peux te balader seule que ça soit en ville ou en brousse, la nuit faut faire attention et être vigilant, surtout éviter certains quartiers !
Au niveau de la nourriture tout se mange, je dirais attention si tu désires de goûter le singe care il y'a encore un peu de fièvre ébola qui circule vers le Congo !
Par contre tu vas te régaler avec les autres plats...
En fait mon salaire serait de 2200 € net par mois MAIS j'ai un emprunt a rembourser en France de 500€/ mois .... ce qui me fait un revenu disponible d'environ 1500€ !
Honnetement je pensais que ca passait largement avec 1500€ mais en lisant sur des forums par ci par la je me suis vite rendue compte que la vie n'etait pas donnée !!
Quel dommage .... j'espere qd meme reussir à négocier le logement pour découvrir ce magnifique pays et ses alentours !!
Je pense qu'une négociation sur le logement est indispensable pour que tes fins de mois ne soit pas tendues voir si tu peux une prime de transport sachant que tu n'auras pas de voiture...
Cela ne sera pas grand chose mais c'est toujours ça de gagner et de montrer que tu n'es pas un mouton !
Même un gabonais(se) seul(e) avec un revenu au dessus de la moyenne n'irais vivre à RIO ou GARE routière ..c'est pareille avec 1500 euros on opte plus ^pour vivre dans paris que en banlieue type sarcelle .
Sans voiture c'est claire que ce ne guère confortable aussi comme Destru autant pour toi que le logement soit près de la maison . Après ça dépend des trajets .
Pour le Logement bouche à oreille dans le milieu expatrié cependant tu peux joindre l agence immobilière AICI au 720080 /81
Qui peuvent dans leurs parc te trouver un super studio dans une zone clean .
Sortir seul la nuit est à proscrire ...parole de bon gabonais de 27 ans il faut toujours être accompagné ..les journées sont plutôt calmes , les nuits aussi tant qu'on est accompagné et qu'on traine pas dans des lieux réputé dangereux ..mais bon ce n'est pas le kosovo n'ont plus encore moins la gare du nord on ne se fait pas caillasser a tt les coins de rue ?
Et puis je compte sur tes futurs collègues pour te dir de leur point de vue tout ce qui est IN ou OUT à LBV

Je confirme, je rentre de 3 ans d'expatriation au gabon.
Avec 1500 € ca sera dur, particulierement sans voiture et sans logement.
Si tu vis un peu local, pour la nouriture, tu t'en sortira, pour le reste, je pense vraiment que tu aura du mal a profiter du pays ou les sorties en brousses sont particulierements cheres.
Autre chose dont il faut tenir compte, les liaisons aeriennes avec l'europe sont particulierement cheres, ton employeur a t'il prevu de les prendre en charge?
Reste que la communauté expat est assez sollidaire et que tu te feras vite des amis.

😉 Bonjour, je vais essayer de répondre a tes questions
1500 euros équivant approximativement a 1 millions de fcfa, par mois, c'est pas mal.
Toutefois, le fait que tu n'ai pas de véhicule peut facilement se résoudre, tu peux en louer ou tout simplement en acheter.
Préfére plutot les véhicules types 4x4 en raison du mauvais état des routes.
En ce qui concerne ton pc et appareil photo, je ne vois pas quel probléme cela peut poser hormis peut etre si tu tombes sur des douaniers "manges-mil". Pour ton téléphone, tu devras acheter une puce celtel ou autre sur place.
Pour ce qui est de l'hébergement, tu trouveras facilement des maisons a louer à 300.000 fcfa (458 euros)
Au niveau de la nourriture, c'est un peu comme partout dans le monde, fait un minimum attention mais surtout goute, teste, la nourriture gabonaise est excellente et il ne faut pas s'arreter uniquement aux centre commerciaux touristique mais la visite et l'appréciation du pays passe par la découverte de celui-ci.
Tu as pas mal de petit resto (dans le quartier Louis, vers le bord de mer etc.....) et de bars sympas.
Si tu dois te promener la nuit, fait attention a éviter d'emmener des objets de valeurs car il faut dire que la criminalité bien qu'ayant baisser est toujours présente, ceci dit cela dépend dans quel quartier tu es.
Pour finir, oui il y a de la corruption, je les appelle les "mange-mils", mais tu verras, tu t'y feras et elle n'est pas galopante.
Au début tu glissera un billet de 1000 ou 2000 fcfa et puis cela ira
Me concernant, je suis franco-gabonaise et je vais réguliérement au gabon pour y avoir créer ma société (tous les 4 mois) et je dois te dire que ce pays est magnifique et les gens trés acceuillants si on fait l'effort d'aller vers eux.

Petite précision, géographiquement parlant il s'agit de l'Afrique équatoriale, en effet la ligne de l'équateur passe entre les villes de Libreville et de Port-Gentil et on est très loin du Sahara.

salut dabord tous depends du passeport que vous possedez et de votre pays de depart pour la durer du visa mais je pense que cela sera de 30 jours , pour le logement il est possible d en trouver a se prix mais pas facile et il faut surtout pas oublie que les charges (eau + electricite) ne sont pas inclus dans les loyer , le boulot cela pourrai si vous avez un bon bagage intelectuel (diplome ; cv et tous se qui concerne votre ancien emploie
