Les frais d'hébergement, de restaurations, seraient à ma charge et toutes les adresses de ceux ci doivent etre correctes.

j'ai finalement trouvé un riad aux portes de la médina sur marrakech dans une résidence privée avec piscine pour 66000€, malheureusement ce type de produits n'existe pas sur essaouira car je souhaite aussi investir là bas (je créée une société de gestion immo )

c'est le plus gros promoteur du maroc et il a des exo sur impôts ça lui permet de casser les prix du marchés.

une fois ce bien acheté on pourrait créer un partenariat pour la location
à essaouira il faut aller dans le coin des artisans vers la prison pour acheter de l'artisanat bcp moins cher que dans la médina
si tu vas dans une rue transversale tu trouveras un jeune qui fait du fer forgé à vraiment pas cher

a vrai dire je n'y suis allée qu'une fois et j'ai adoré c'est pourquoi je me suis un peu passionnée pour cette ville donc pour ce qui est des riads je ne saurais pas te renseigner mais vérifie bien que le logement est titré et pourquoi ne pas attendre les constructions dans le cadre du programme mogador pour investir puisqu'ils vont créer des logements dans une station balnéaire
je suis allée 3 fois à essaouira et j'avais comme demarche d'acheter un appartement, j'ai donc fait beaucoup de recherche sur internet. même si les prix sont ceux des agences pour le choix je vous conseille www.karimo.net ou encore www.immobilier-maroc.com ou encore www.immobilier-pro-maroc.com.
pour répondre à votre question, à 7 km il y a en effet un programme dans ce que l'on appelle la nouvelle ville.
personnellement je trouve qu'elle n'a pas le même cachet que essaouira. La bas il y a un programme de logement social et un programme classique. pour les riads vous les trouverez dans la médina mais pas pour 66000 euros à moins qu'il y ai beaucoup beaucoup de travaux.

5 grands projets touristiques sont en cours de création avec des unités hotelières mais aussi des programmes neufs avec piscine pour la plupart qui seront revendus
Mogador est situé à quelques km d'essaouira, je n'ai pas pls d'infos mais l'investisseur a prévu une ouverture en 2007.
Comme il n'existe pas encore de programmes neufs avec piscine sur essaouira je suppose qu'il devrait y en avoir
J'aimerai effectivement trouver un bien plutot dans la ville d'Essaouira qu'aux alentours.
