je cherche depuis quelques temps sur ce forum des témoignages des gens ayant parti aux usa pour y rester (travailler) mais j'ai pas vraiment trouver des réponses à mes questions, j'aurai probablement un visa de 3 mois, ma question est la suivante; est ce que du moment qu'on trouve un job stable on peut rester dans ce pays? ou alors il faut que l'employeur nous fait un contrat un peu à part (beaucoup de démarche administratif?).
je me rappel avoir regardé une émission à la télé sur des français ayant émigré ailleurs (canada, hongkong) et ils sont tous parti avec un visa de tourisme et y sont resté après avoir décroché un job.
sinon avez vous d'autres tuyaux?
une dernière question, savez vous quel est la ville où il y a un minimum de concurrence (au niveau emploi) aux states?

Il y a déjà plusieurs discussions à ce sujet sur le forum dont tu trouveras les réponses (voir plus bas dans cette page). En résumé, non tu ne peux pas venir comme touriste et rester sur place pour travailler, si tu trouves un employeur tu dois revenir en France pour obtenir le visa approprié à l'ambassade. Les entreprises ne sont pas autorisées à employer un étranger sauf si la personne possède des compétences particulières difficiles à trouver aux États-Unis. Dans la grande majorité des cas, il faut des diplômes supérieurs et l'entreprise doit débourser des sommes importantes pour les formalités administratives.

en effet, j'ai trouvé pas mal de réponses du genre; il faut faire un job extraordinaire ou alors avoir 150 000 Dollar pour y rester, mais je connais pas mal de gars qui sont parti aux usa et qu'ils ont même pas fait des études.

Oui bien sûr, si tu trouves un emploi tu peux (en fais tu dois lol) revenir dans ton pays pour les démarches administratives. Sache par contre qu'il s'agira d'un visa temporaire (H1B ou autre) pour une période spécifique et un employeur précis car pour résider de façon permanente il faut une green card et c'est beaucoup plus complexe comme démarche.

Soit qu'ils travaillent illégalement, soit qu'ils ont des compétences particulières et recherchées (ex: pâtisseries françaises, hôtelier multilingue, etc.) qui sont des emplois demandant peu ou pas d'études mais de l'expérience prouvée. Ou bien qu'ils ont de la famille aux États-Unis qui les ont sponsorisé (regroupement familial).
Attention: je vois que tu es possiblement Marocain, il te faudra un visa touriste pour entrer aux États-Unis...c'est pas gagné! Si tu ne démontres pas tes attaches avec le Maroc le visa ne te sera pas délivré...

Il est théoriquement interdit de chercher du travail durant la période où l'on se trouve aux USA grâce à un visa touriste...
Maintenant le FBI ne va pas vous suivre à la trace pour voir ce que vous faites de vos journées mais évitez d'arriver à l'aéroport avec des CV plein votre valise et de déclarer au premier agent d'immigration "Hi Men, I'm here to look for a job, can you help me ?"

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland?
