Bonjour à tous, je vis en Thaïlande depuis maintenant 6 mois et le retour en France s'impose bientot a moi. Je souhaite donc faire profiter les francais de la region des T-shirts pas cher et super sympa qu'on peut trouver ici et la à Bangkok.
Je souhaite donc importer des vêtements (pas des contrefaçons du tout) du type tshirt fantaisie (i'm with stupid, I love bangkok, problem solved etc...) qui sont des tshirt qu'on peut trouver à 100b un peu partout au MBK ou a chatuchak market. Je voudrais commencer légèrement d'abord avec une centaine de pièces. Voici mon plan.
- Commander 100 shirts à 3€
- Poster les 100t-shirt par la poste par avion sous 10 jours (il semblerait que ca coute environ 100€ selon le poids etc...)
- Payer les frais de dédouanement 17%
- Payer la TVA 19.6%
- les revendre en faisant les démarches administratives nécessaires.
Mes questions sont simples :
- Dans le cas ou mon colis est contrôlé a la douane comment je fais pour payer mes frais de dédouanement + TVA ? (Dois-je payer ca a la poste en retirant mon colis ?)
- Si il n'y a aucune contrefacon Y a t-il des risques que mon colis soit bloqué qqpart ?
- Sur quelle base vont-il calculer les frais de dédouanement ? (Dois-je mettre une facture ds le colis pour prouver le prix d'achat des T-shirt ?)
- Est-il possible que mon colis arrive chez moi sans être controlé de nulle part et que je ne doive rien a personne ?
- Mon colis va t-il arriver ds mon bureau de poste a coté de chez moi ou se retrouver je ne sais ou a Paris charles de gaulle ou Bale/Mulhouse ?

A Chatuchak y as pleins d'agences DHL, TNT, UPS etc...
Arriver en France tu paye la douane selon la valeur de la marchandise (la facture)....
L'avantage c'est que ton colis arrive dans les 3 à 4 jrs et sans problèmes...
Je sais qu'à la poste ton colis sera ouvert en Thailande et en France....
J'ai un ami qui as reçus son colis par la poste et désastre lorsqu'il as récupéré son colis, certains de ses affaires était carrément détruit.....
Je préfère payé un peu plus, mais je sais que mon colis sera en toute sécurité....😉😉😉

je suis un peu étonné par tout ce projet.
Il me semble que tu dois constituer une société bref monter une société commerciale afin d'établir des factures si je ne me trompe.
Ce qui te permettra de récupérer la TVA.

tu veux faire un commerce donc c'est assimilable à une démarche commerciale il faut que tu crées une entreprise commerciale pour cela.
Tu peux commencer par le régime d'autoentrepreneur mais tu seras limité en Chiffre d'Affaire ( faire une recherche sur ce statut dans Google).
Donc tu seras contraint de créer une S.A.R.L. avec un capital de 50 000 euros ( je crois à vérifier ) et payer l'URSAF.
Voir les différents statuts d'entreprise je te conseille d'aller dans la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de ta ville ils vont te dire.

tu seras obligé d'avoir des fournisseurs ce qui évite en principe la contrefaçon.
Pour que tu vendes sur le marché français il faut que tu disposes de factures de fournisseurs sinon la Direction de Répression des Fraudes ( DRGCCF quelque chose comme cela ) va assimiler cela à du trafic de marchandises volées..

admettons que tu aies les capitaux pour monter ta société je ne pense pas que ce soit une bonne idée... à moins d'importer des vêtements originaux..
si tu veux importer des vêtements , tu seras laminé quand c'est pas écrasé par les gros comme la grande distribution ( Carrefour...) ou bien les chaînes de vêtements bon marché qu'il y a en France genre Kiabi et autres..
donc c'est vraiment pas une bonne idée ton projet..
je te conseille de faire une étude de marchée très approfondie et de ne pas faire n'importe quoi

afin de négocier des prix de gros il faut que tu crées et enregistres auprès de la chambre de commerce ton entreprise !
Mais c'est vraiment une mauvaise idée je suis persuadé qu'il y a des tas de boutiques de fringues dans les grandes villes qui s'approvisionnent en Asie du Sud-Est ainsi que les grandes chaînes de distribution

ton raisonnement est correct mais Kiabi ( par exemple) va commander des shirts à mettons 2euros et Kiabi va en commander plus de 5000 donc le fournisseur fera des ristournes à Kiabi ce qui pourra compenser éventuellement le coût du transport.
Kiabi commande des gros lots de fringues par container maritime ça coûte moins cher que toi qui commande par avion 😮 🤪

Ca m'informe donc d'une chose, si je veux vendre les T-shirts achetés je dois fournir la facture d'achat pour prouver le prix d'achat et pouvoir être taxé correctement dessus.
Je commencerai en tant qu'auto-entrepreneur effectivement juste pour voir comment se passe la vente des T-shirt et le temps de développer mon réseau et puis en parrallèle je garde mon job. J'aimerais juste tester la vente de mes tshirts et je compte pas concurrencer du tout les grosses boites qui importent d'ailleurs de tunisie.

Oui parfois ils te donnent une facture, ou bien sur le formulaire de DHL, tu met la valeur du colis....
Sur ce formulaire tu coche la case " affaires personnel"...
Dans 1er temps tu commence comme ça, il est vrai que si tu as une boite en France, tu récupère la TVA....
Et oui sans problème, je reçois mes colis de Chatuchak avec DHL....

ok mais faire très attention à la concurrence tout de même....importer des T-Shirts de Thaïlande tu est le premier à avoir cette idée-là 😉
Et puis je me répète les gros ils ont des contrats avec des fournisseurs et importer des t-shirts cela leur coûte moins cher parce qu'ils font venir cela par container tandis que toi tu vas payer les frais de livraison en avion.
Pas certain que DHL ça soit bon marché..
cette opération risque de te coûter plus que cela te rapporte

bonsoir je pense que le problème sera le même car il y a une valeur à déclarer sur les paquets concernant le montant du contenu.
Ensuite la TVA c'est en pourcentage de ce contenu.
Les frais de douanes très certainement aussi ou bien sous forme de barrême.
Donc consulter le site des douanes.
Bonjour a tous. j'aimerai trouver un transitaire de Bangkok pour l'envoie de ma marchandise. DHL devient très coûteux (envoie par avion 7000bath/25kg sans compter les charges en France...). Je cherche sur internet et je trouve de tout, mais surtout des mauvaises expériences avec beaucoup de compagnies. J'aurai juste 1 ou 2M3 maximum donc trop peu pour beaucoup de sociétés. Je souhaite être livrais directement à mon adresse non pas au port.
