Je suis en Inde depuis 1 mois et demi, et je voulais donner une adresse d'un dispensaire de Mere Theresa a Delhi, car avant de partir, je cherchais une adresse a Delhi, mais ne trouvais qu'a Kolkotta.et le hasard a fait que j ai rencontre une italienne ayant bosser ds un dispensaire De Mother Theresa a Delhi, et juste en face d'ou je loge, chaque fois que je viens ici!!!!
Ca se situe ds le quartier hyper tranquille de Majnu Ka Tilla(quartier des refugies tibetains).Si vs venez la, demandez The Missionary of Charity, Mother Theresa.Si vs voulez une piaule pas chere(150 rps ou 3 euros), allez a la Potala House(ils vous indiqueront le dispensaire, et font des prix pour les benevoles!!)

Quel "hasard que tu parles de ce dispensaire à Dehli. L'année dernière je voulais partir au dispensaire de Kolkatta, mais les choses on fait que ça c'est déroulé autrement pour moi. Est ce que "n'importe qui " peut apporter son aide? Je veut dire on ne nous demande pas des qualifications spécifiques? Je sais qu'à Kolkatta on doit s'engager pour 1 an d'après ce que j'avais lu sur le site. Est ce pareil pour Delhi? Je suis saisonnière et cet hiver je souhaiterai donner un coup de main comme je peux.
Il n y a aucune qualification requise pour travailler chez Mere Theresa, et aucun engagement.Tu peux y rester une semaine ou 10 ans....Meme a Kolkotta, !
Le travail consiste a aider les personnes, les laver, les aider a manger, distribuer les repas....je t en dirais plus quand j aurais commence.Je pense que tu n est obliger de rien, (c a dire si tu as du mal a faire la toilette a qqu' un).

La maman d'une soeur de la Charité, habitant à Paris, peut renseigner les jeunes qui désirent partir avec les Missionnaires de La Charité de Mère Teresa.
Elle m'a dit que les soeurs n'ont besoins de personne à Calcutta, elle recommande Madras ou Dehli.

Est il vrai que l on peut arriver en Inde dans un dispensaire de Mere Theresa, sans faire partie d un projet humanitaire. J ai essaye de trouver des missions, je parle courament anglais, mais je n en trouve pas a long terme. On m a dit qu il etait possible d arriver la bas, d aider sur place. J ai les moyens de payer un aller retour et peux venir pour un an.
Par contre, crois tu que ce soit vraiment utile de "debarquer" ou crois tu que si on a pas de competence particuliere (medecin...), on ne peut pas les aider, et on risque de "trainer dans les pattes" des medecins et autres benevoles qualifies, sans pouvoir rien faire.

I’m planning to spend two months in Morocco from January 19, 2027, to March 13, 2027. I’ll be traveling in a truck, so I’ll be mobile.
I’d love to offer my time as a volunteer to perform a show that’s suitable for all audiences (kids and adults) in village squares. I’d also like to visit hospitals and orphanages as a clown.
My route will start in Nador, then head down to Merzouga, before making my way to the coast either above or below Agadir. Toward the end of my trip, I’ll return to Zagora and Merzouga before leaving from either Nador or Tangier.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
