J'ai un projet professionnel qui est le suivant : travailler pendant un an ou deux en Italie afin de perfectionner la langue et découvrir la culture du pays et ses gens.
Je dispose de bonnes connaissances en italien. Je n'ai aucun problème à le comprendre, à l'écrire ; pour le parler, j'ai juste besoin de le pratiquer régulièrement mais en toute objectivité, je fais plus que de bien m'en sortir.
Je cherche dans l'informatique et en Italie, du boulot il y en a dans mon domaine : tous les jours, je vois passer énormément d'annonces.
J'ai donc postulé en envoyant CV et "lettera di presentazione" avec la fameuse "autorizzazione di trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi della legge 196/03" ; j'ai même téléphoné ! Aucune de mes candidatures n'a abouti !
Pourtant, j'ai deux ans d'expérience, j'ai déjà une expérience à l'international (5 ans en Allemagne), je parle couramment Allemand, Anglais, Français bien évidemment mais également Italien (on va dire, niveau intermédiaire) et j'ai des connaissances de base en Portugais.
L'étranger ne me fait pas peur, le travail non plus.
Toutes ces qualités, à savoir les langues et mon expérience, je les ai mises en avant. J'ai beau avoir posté mon CV en italien sur des JobBoards, j'ai quand même réussi à être contacté par des entreprises ... françaises ! J'ai même passé des entretiens. C'est donc que mon profil intéresse !
Pourtant, aucun recruteur italien ne m'a contacté. Il y a forcément un truc que je fais mal ou un truc qui cloche et qui est susceptible de freiner un recruteur italien ; quelqu'un saurait me dire quoi exactement ?
S'il y a des gens qui travaillent en Italie, comment ont-ils fait et quelles sont les erreurs classiques des Français lorsqu'ils postulent ?
Peut etre une probleme d'incomprehension! Je m'explique, en Italie les salaires d'informaticiens sont assez bas compares aux salaires francais (ou allemands, suisses, belges, ...). Ils sont beaucoup à considerer ces pays comme des pays de cocagne par rapport au leur. Ils ont du mal a comprendre pourquoi tu ferais le chemin inverse de celui qu'ils voudraient faire! Ils se peut qu'ils pensent "de toute maniere quand il verra la proposition financiere, il renoncera!"
Peut etre qu'en mettant bien en avant ton projet ... sans donner l'impression que tu veux venir faire un ou deux ans de vacances!
Et une societe Francaise ou Allemande avec une antenne en Italie? Ou contacter une societe Italienne avec une antenne en France ou Allemagne?
quand on demande à un français quel est son salaire , il regarde au bas de sa feuille de paye : net perçu ; mais c'est pas tout pour lui
après il faut payer les impots sur le revenu , la taxe d'habitation , la taxe foncière ( ça ne concerne que la moitié des français , mais ça concernait plus de 80% des italiens quand elle existait en italie) , la mutuelle (inutile en italie)
quand un italien regarde au bas de sa feuille tout ça est payé , ce qui est écrit c'est tout pour lui , et il a un 13e et pour beaucoup un 14e mois

Maitairoa : effectivement, c'est un problème de ne pas être sur place pour chercher ; j'avais déjà été confronté à ce problème lors de ma première tentative il y a trois ans. Ceci dit, je n'avais aucune expérience et mon italien était moins bon également. Entre temps, j'ai acquis de l'expérience et j'ai continué à bosser mon italien.
Du fait que des Français aient réussi à trouver un travail en Italie, je me suis dit que la distance ne doit pas être un problème bloquant et que donc il doit y avoir une chose qui cloche dans mes candidatures.
Michel1963 : par rapport à ton message, j'ai bien mis dans ma "lettera di presentazione" que je souhaitais venir en Italie pour perfectionner la langue et découvrir leur culture. Mais justement, n'est-ce pas un peu maladroit ? Ne serait-ce pas mieux de ne pas évoquer ce sujet de telle sorte que le recruteur ne se rende pas tout de suite compte que je ne suis pas italien ? Surtout que j'ai un patronyme à consonance italienne !
Pour la petite histoire, à propos du "un ou deux ans de vacances", ça me fait bien rager car je pense à tous ces "veinards" de Français qui ont réussi à partir là-bas et qui, une fois sur place, ne demandent qu'à rentrer ! Les "veinards" que j'évoque sont ceux et seulement ceux, quoiqu'ils sont nombreux, qui partent là-bas dans le seul but de travailler moins alors que la réalité, dont je suis bien conscient et qui ne me fait pas peur, c'est qu'on y travaille beaucoup plus qu'en France. Le souci, c'est que je n'arrive pas à percer ...
Quant à une société française avec des filiales là-bas, j'ai également postulé. Pour le moment, une seule piste mais c'est un peu léger ... Sinon, pas de retour pour le moment.
J'ai oublié de préciser que je cherche surtout en Italie du Nord : Turin , Milan, Vérone, Padoue, Bologne principalement.
C'est principalement là que sont concentrés les emplois dans mon secteur d'activité, même si l'on trouve également sur Gênes, Parme, Florence, Pise et Rome.
Quant au salaire, s'il me suffit pour vivre décemment et mettre des sous de côté, sans pour autant mener la grande vie, ça me convient très bien même si je dois casser un peu par rapport à mon salaire actuel.

En France, on a également ce phénomène de piston, copinage ou simple cooptation.
Mais il est vrai qu'en Italie, dans mon domaine, ce sont plutôt les PME qui dominent le marché contrairement à la France et pour rejoindre la réponse de Maitairoa, sûrement ont-elles plus facile à embaucher quelqu'un sur place que de faire venir un étranger.
Si demain je démissionne de mon boulot, je revends mon appartement et part m'installer en Italie pour essayer de trouver sur place, je prends un gros risque financier d'après toi qui semble bien connaitre l'Italie ?
voudrait mieux faire le contraire, vendre après avoir trouvé qq chose en Italie où la crise du boulot se fait sentir; attention que le salaire moyen est de 1200 euros/mois, d'accord si on est salarié c'est net d'impots, mais les locations d'appart sont élevées (comptez 500 euros pour la location d'une simple chambre à Rome! donc pour un studio voire un 2 pièces...)
