Bonjour, il n'y a aucune chance d'obtenir une bourse d'étude de la part de la France ou du Mexique, a votre niveau. Si vous aviez un doctorat ce serait autre chose. Et ou comptez vous continuer vos études au Mexique? il faut savoir que les études supérieures au Mexique ne sont plus ou moins accessibles que pour une classe sociale fortunée. Mais vous connaissez déja le pays donc vous savez ou vous allez. Bonne chance.

Malheureusement cette mentalité d'assisté est bien innée chez pas mal de Français. Il faut arrêter de rêver et redescendre sur terre ;). Non, le gouvernement français (ou autre) ne va pas financer les séjours de ses ressortissants, partis à l'étranger pour convenances strictement personnelles. Alors, ceux et celles qui attendent bourses, rmi, alloc logement, assedics, cmu et consorts, il vaudrait mieux ne pas penser partir à l'étranger. Quand on s'installe à l'étranger, on prend tout le "package"', les inconvénients tout comme les avantages et on assume. Si on n'est pas prêt, et bien on reste chez soi.
Pour revenir au post d'origine, non, les contribuables français ne vont pas financer tes vacances au Mexique (ou ailleurs, du reste). Si tu n'as pas les moyens de financer toi-même tes études au Mexique et bien tu révises tes plans. A 20 ans, tu as bien le temps de faire des projets :).

Il y a de nombreux programmes d'échanges entre les grandes écoles françaises et mexicaines, et qui donnent droit à des aides.
Mais ce n'est pas votre cas.
Vous partez au Mexique, mais avez-vous pensé au visa? Un visa touristique n'est pas adapté.
De même il faut vous préoccuper de votre couverture médicale, car arrivée au Mexique, il sera là encore trop tard.
Votre fiancé Mexicain doit bien savoir tout cela, enfin je le souhaite...
Le plus simple est de vous rendre dans un consulat Mexicain en France et expliquer votre projet. N'attendez pas des dollars, mais uniquement une aide pour les démarches.
Avec un visa adéquat et si vous avez un diplome reconnu (là encore le consulat), vous pourrez vous inscrire dans une université, souvent privée et donc payante.
Pour le job, vous devriez pouvoir trouver dans les "animations" (bars, foires, concerts, expos), mais attendez-vous à un salaire mexicain.... et ce uniquement si vous etes dans une grande ville qui bouge.
AH la jeunesse insouciante...Je vous envie!
En résumé, ne mettez pas la charrue avant les boeufs... cela risque de vous couter très cher à la sortie.
