Je viens de trouver un travail à Tanger pour septembre et j m pose plein de questions: Quelles formalités pour faire rentrer ma voiture au maroc? Comment trouver un appart pour début aout?Quelles formalités pour emmener mon chat?

Vous avez le droit de rouler avec votre voiture pendant 6 mois, après, la faire passer au poste frontalier de Ceuta pour bénéficier de 6 mois supplémentaire ou sinon, puisque vous aurez votre carte de résidente, vous aurez aussi le droit d'obtenir une plaque minéralogiques, et les papiers qui vont avec, pour véhicule de résident.
Pour le chat, tous les papiers du véto. Enfin, en ce qui concerne l'appart, si vous connaissez quelqu'un de confiance sur Tanger, dites-lui de s'en charger, sinon passez par une agence immobilière (à savoir que les prix flambent sur Tanger pendant la période de juillet-août et septembre, donc, mieux vaut se prendre à l'avance)

pour la voiture et le chat on vous a repondu je pense; mais pour l'appart je crois qu'il faut attendre jusqu'a la fin aout parceque les prix sont exorbitants avant et pendant la haute saison surtout que le ramadan tombe à mi-aoùt et la majorité des estivants vont profiter de l'avant ramadan...
et il faut avoir qlq'un en place

Ca posera pas de problèmes si j'ai une carte de résident? je me demande si une fois résidente je ne suis pas obligée de refaire immatriculer ma voiture au Maroc? et là l'autre personne a l'air de dire que cela coute très très cher!! As tu une idée du montant des taxes?

euh oui, effectivement, je connais du monde au maroc, mais pas à tanger... Tu ne penses pas qu'il sera possible de trouver une location longue durée pendant l'été?

si vous allez trouver surement; mais au prix de la haute saison c'est pour cela que je vous demande de patienter en tout cas j'ai deux nieces installées a tanger mais malheureusement elles ne parlent pas un mot en français ...si vous voulez je peux leur demander pour vous mais il faut que je sache ce que vous cherchez ...dans quelle limite de prix ...

tout d'abord c'est une super ville, vivante et animée tt le tps!
pour l'appart, les loyers sont parmi les + chers du maroc surtout pr les expats ( rien à moins de 350 euros, même un studio...) tu devras certainement passer par une agence.
pour la voiture, tu peux rentrer avec pour 6 mois, mais toi en tant que touriste, tu as droit a seulement 3 mois et tu dois quitter le territoire ( aller retour en espagne) A partir du moment où tu es résidente, tu dois fr dédouaner ta voiture, et là ca coute très cher... a moins que tu bosses ds un service francais ( ecole aefe, ambassade...), là tu peux avoir des plaques jaunes.
Pr le chat, vaccin et test antirabique+ leucose + tatouage et passeport obligatoire, surtout si tu comptes le ramener en france. Je n'emmene le mien qu'en novembre, mais à priori il peut voyager en avion comme un bagage à main (se renseigner auprès de ta compagnie)

Merci pour ta réponse, bien je suis embauchée en tant que manager dans un restaurant lounge qui va ouvrir d'ici fin octobre c'est une trés bonne opportunité mais bon ca fait un peu bizarre quand meme!! Je vais venir une semaine mi-octobre pour trouver un appartement et ensuite je renviendrait avc la voiture, les affaires et mes 2 chats je sais pas encore comment je vais les ammener (je pensais peut etre par bateau faut que je trouve la meilleure solution) voila en tout cas je suis ravie de partir, mais y a plein de choses que je sais pas encore, j'ai eu qq contacts car j'ai passé quelques jours a Tanger la semaine derniere mais personne ne dis les memes choses alors je suis un peu perdue!!! Est-ce tu as une idée du salaire qu'il faut avoir la-bas pour vivre correctement? et pour toi comment se passe ton installation? que fait-tu a Tanger? Tu as trouvé un appart dans un bon quartier? Tu t'es integrée rapidement? Désolé je pose beaucoup de questions, mais je profite un peu de ton experience!!!! merci en tout cas et a bientot j'espere.

je me demande juste combien il faut avoir de revenu pour avoir une vie correcte rien d'exceptionnel mais pour ne pas galerer sachant que je suis une femme seule que j'ai une voiture et que je vais beaucoup travailler (donc pas sortir tous les soirs) mais que je tiens a mon confort quand meme!!!! sinon, mon salaire indiqué est entendu "net" apres je vais finaliser mon contrat dans le courant du mois octobre. bref je voudrait savoir par rapport au cout de la vie a tanger a partir de combien on peut vivre normalement, pour savoir a quoi m'attendre!!!! merci d'avance....

En résumé , après tes cotisations sociales à la CFE, et les impots marocains qui montent vite à plus de 30 % de ton revenu, il devra te rester au moins 12000 à 15000 dh par mois pour mener, si tu tiens à ton confort , comme tu dis, une vie simple avec un appart juste "correct", avec une voiture.
Si c'est une voiture que tu comptes ramener de France c'est exclu ! tu ne pourras la garder sans te ruiner en dédouannement.
attention : beaucoup de jeunes sont alléchés par certains contrats, beaucoup ont des déboires, l'employeur nie sa signature , il ne fait pas les papiers Anapec (normal parcequ'il n'a pas fait les démarches préalables), au bout de 3 mois , pas de carte de résident , salaires non versés, tu repars la queue entre les jambes!! classique dans le milieu immobilier entre autres, et dans les petits centres d'appel..

je te conseillerais d'être certaine de tout ces détails avant de t'engager vers le Maroc :
- contrat signé avant ton arrivée au Maroc. Ici, les gens parlent beaucoup, énormément (trop je trouve) mais ne font rien donc méfiance... (et je sais de quoi je parle)
- contrat approuvé par l'ANAPEC pour te permettre de demander une carte de séjour (sinon tu n'auras rien, sinon le droit de dépenser ton argent ici et de repartir sans rien).
Il est vrai que ce discours peut être stricte mais le Maroc, dans toute sa beauté, n'est pas du tout le monde des Bisounours !
