Cependant , un problème se pose . Je dépasse désormais les 6 mois de séjour au Maroc sur les 12 derniers mois, j'envisage de demander la carte de résident , mais seulement quand j'aurai réglé des problèmes administratifs en France
J'ai bien compris , il me semble, la loi marocaine, cependant , les avis divergent , puisque chacun sait que la loi est la bas appliquée à géometrie variable

Au-delà de trois mois, il est conseillé de prendre l’attache du service de l’immigration marocain et de solliciter une prolongation qui ne pourra pas excéder trois mois.
En cas de situation illégale au regard de l’autorisation de séjour, une amende, ainsi qu’une mesure d’expulsion assortie d’une interdiction de séjour, sont appliquées.

Ficelez un projet de création d'entreprise de conseil par exemple, et demandez votre carte de séjour. vous aurez pour 200 € pour les formalités de création chez un comptable Monsieur tout le monde, je ne parle pas des comptables qui exercent dans une villa avec vue sur mer!😄

Je le fais depuis trois ans, sans problèmes, comme les deux tiers des français résidents à Marrakech, selon la presse locale.
Parmi les solution que je pratique, un week-end à Séville ou un autre à Alicante avec rayan air à 20-50 euros aller retour, à programmer un à deux mois à l'avance si je ne suis pas de retour en France.
Rester plus que trois mois vous exposerait à des risques inutiles. Vivre dans un pays comme le Maroc, il n'y a pas trop de restrictions.
Il faut respectez les règlementations locales : elles ne sont pas si nombreuses.
Si non, optez pour la carte et comme il a dit le précédent intervenant, pour peu de frais.

Vous pouvez séjourner 3 mois consécutifs au Maroc.
Au delà il vous faut :
- soit demander une carte de résident ( quand même la solution la plus logique, la plus pratique et la plus économique qui vous avez votre activité ici )
- soit ressortir du territoire et rentrer à nouveau pour 3 mois.
En ce qui concerne cette dernière solution, beaucoup d'étrangers l'utilisent, pour le moment sans aucun souci.
Et vivent ainsi quasiment toute l'année au Maroc, hormis les 4 allers-retours obligatoires.
Ne vous avisez pas, par contre, de dépasser ces 3 mois : vous serez interdit de retour de la durée de votre dépassement !

je n'ai pas dit que tu l'as fait mais j'ai dit que c'est illegal aux yeux de la loi marocaine. c'est vérifié par la paf marocaine.
moi aussi ca m'est arrivé une fois; et le policier m'a demandé la raison des visites, et apres explication il m'a laissé passer en disant que je ne devais pas dépasser
- la prolongation de l'autorisation de séjour au delà des 3 mois, sans sortie du territoire, pas toujours accordée ... et si elle l'est ne pourra de toute façon excéder les 6 mois.
- le renouvellement des périodes de séjour de 3 mois qui elle se font après sortie , simplement en revenant sur le territoire marocain après un aller-retour dans un pays voisin ! et qui, pour le moment, sont monnaie courante et ne posent aucune difficulté.
Seuls les aller-retour dans la journée dans les territoires espagnols de Ceuta et Mellila, commencent à être refusés.
Mais je suis d'accord avec toi : la demande de carte de résident est la solution quand même la plus logique ...

Quand je sors la boutade de "ce n'est pas une voiture!" c'est la régle appliquée à l'entrée et sortie des véhicules. Yolande a raison! je connais beaucoup d'étrangers qui pratique le va et vient discontinue entre le maroc et l'espagne.
Ce que cette personne expose c'est le fait, qu'en principe, tu ne peux demeurer plus de 6 mois, 180 jours précisément (même non consécutifs) sur le sol marocain si tu n'es pas résident.
Par exemple, tu ressors tous les trois mois et tu ne restes que 7 jours hors du Maroc. Donc cela fait 28 jours hors du territoire marocain, soit plus de dix mois de présence au Maroc.

Ce sont les fameux 180 jours "réglementaires" fiscalement...
Au-delà des ces 180, si l'on souhaite avoir un foyer fiscal quelque part😉, il faut trancher: soit la France et donc résider moins de ce temps au Maroc, ou autres, soit le Maroc et donc y résider au moins ce nombre de jours.
En partant du principe que la France, exemple que je connais, et le Maroc exigent un foyer fiscal...
Maintenant je ne peux te donner le texte de référence, qui existe, je me souviens l'avoir lu..., mais je n'ai pas le "courage" de le chercher.
Tu as raison pour la règle fiscale, mais je crois que c'est plus compliqué que cela, il faut résider plus de 180 jours mais aussi avoir la majorité des ses sources de revenus ici, pour être résident fiscal marocain.( à faire préciser )

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
