Pourriez-vous me donner une idée des prix de location pour une petite maison aux alentours de Mahommedia.
Je vis seule avec mes 2 filles âgées de 13 et 5 ans. Nous sommes toutes les 3 très exitées par cette nouvelle perspective de vie et de rencontre!

Les "alentours" de Mohammedia, ne sont pas vraiment le lieu de résidence de 3 européennes seules, si tu cherches un quartier "vivable" pour Européen, le loyer d'une demi maison, dépasse les 3500 dh, une vraie villa indépendante, meme petite près de 8000, et plus cher en se rapprochant de Casa.
Mais à Mohammedia, comment vont faire tes filles pour leur scolarité ??
As tu d'ailleurs inclus dans ton budget les frais de cette scolarité, hors de prix !

Benslimane se trouve a environ 60 km de mohamedia mai l inconvenian c est qu il y a ni train ni ligne de bus frequente si vou avez pa une voiture personnel ca vou posera un probleme
il y a des bon logement a benslimanepour 2000 dh vou pouvez avoir un f 3
a mohamedia pour 2500ou 3000 dh
vous savez les marocains on des logements corect et vivable el comme l oublie certan imbecile au maroc il existe plu de quartier pour europen et quartier pour indigene il exite des quartiers pour diferant budjet comme en france et partou

Le "certan imbecile" a conseillé à ces 3 femmes seules, un quartier "vivable pour des européens", donc un quartier habité par une classe moyenne marocaine et non pas un ghetto.
Le "certan imbécile" n'est pas sur que notre amie soit prète à sacrifier l'avenir de ses enfants en les envoyant dans des écoles privées marocaines, garderies pour riches, en annulant les possibilités de reintégration dans un cursus normal en France.

je sais pas si c'est representatif ou pas, mais j'ai une amie tunisienne qui vit dans le quartier Sablettes (une belle plage de Mohammedia) elle loue une petite maison meublée a l'année comprenant 4 chambres une jolie cour, et une super grande terrasse pour 350 euros par mois. En plus elle est a meme pas 300m de la plage, avant dans le meme quartier elle louait un F3 a 300euros et ma soeur ya un an une jolie maisonnette de 3 chambres avec ptit bout de jardin a 500euros par mois... Bon par contre, au loin on entend un tout ptit peu le "bruit de la plage" et de ses cafés/clubs mais bon c'est que pendant l'été et ca empeche pas de dormir, et aussi elle se plaint du prix des "hanouts" (magasins) du quartier, mais bon rien ne l'empeche de faire ses courses ailleurs.

L'imbécile n'a jamais dit que les médinas n'étaient pas sures, il suggère que des quartiers sont plus adaptées à la vie d'une famille féminine européenne, que d'autres moins chers, plus excentrés.
L'imbécile pense que cette VFiste n'a pas envie de sacrifier l'éducation de ses filles, et pense peut etre qu'elles réintégreront une scolarité normale en France, ce qui est impossible si elle les inscrit dans les écoles privées marocaines.
L'imbécile, connait aussi certaines aspirations que peuvent avoir des européens, mais qui t'échappent totalement.
L'imbécile a aussi constaté que les quelques médecins marocains dont tu nous cause, et qui oeuvrent dans les CHUs de France sont issus intégralement du système éducatif francais, de la primaire à la médecine, et d'ailleurs qu'aucun ne souhaite revenir travailler au pays.
Mais, heureusement pour l'imbécile, que l'imbécile a des amis marocains qui ne professent pas ton racisme, ton angélisme militant, et qui sont objectifs sur les faiblesses du pays, comme tout pays en a !.
Et si, comme l'imbécile a cru comprendre dans tes sous entendus, tu as un comité de soutien actif, l'imbécile s'en tape.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
