alors les renseignements que tu demandes, déja pour les Algeriens on a le droit de rester 3 mois sur le territoire tunisiens sans rien, ça peut aider pour regler ses soucies,
pour les carte de séjour ou residence il faut avoir un simple contrat de travaille avec un compte baquaire ouvert en tunisie et se presenter au commisariat ou la personne habite avec un contrat de location c plus simple et aussi 2 timbres de 10 DT et des photos et tout le necessaires.,
pour les personne qui ne travaille pas faut avoir un contrat de location plus un justificatif de versement dans un compte banquaire chake mois, c a dire prouver qu'on peut subvenir a ses besions sois meme.
voila moi je te proposerais a tes copains de venir sur place et de chercher un boulot pendant les 3 mois ou il peut séjourner et faire ses papiers c'est plus simple qu'on est sur place.
Voila pour le travaille c'est la ou peut etre y aura un soucie vus que pour travailler il faut une carte de séjour ou une résidence, mais pour faire sa carte de séjour on te demandera une attestation de travaille.... je sais c rigolo!!lol mais ça c'est l'administration.

Etant donné que vous ete tunisienne, une fois marier votre époux a le plein droit de résider travailler et obtenir même la nationalité tunisienne après plus de 10 ans de résidence.
Les résidents algériens sont les seul a pouvoir obtenir une résidence prolonger quand ils sont en règle en Tunisie une carte de séjour de 10 ans leur sont délivrer.Donc pour vous seul l’acte de mariage suffit pour pouvoir vous unir ici en Tunisie

ben pour la nationalité, c pas vrais, d ke vous etes marier il a le droit de la demander aprés 2 ans de mariage et de residence en Tunisie, refaire toi au code de la nationalité tunisien c plus imple que de voir a gauche et a droite, en ce qui concerne ne pas savoir ou vous aller habiter ça c autre chose et ici on pourra pas t'aider.
enfin si tu veux mon avis, marie toi et reste en Tunisie, je suis Algerienne et je vis en Algerie ayant 29 ans je peux te dire qu'ici c'est pas un pays pour les femmes.
et autre chose, les hommes sont imprevisibles( et les lois ici sont trés trés differentes de chez vous conceranant la femme) donc vaut mieux etre chez soit.

merci bcp pr la reponce, apres avoir bcp pensé jai decidé de ns separer malgré notre grand amour, il avait une famille tres severe dominatrice en plus il ne peut pas kitter sans travail la bas et venir ici pr chercher un autre ki nes pas assuré chui daccord avc lui car c pa facile pr lui de trouver un travail a tunis alors ke son travail la bas est stabilisé de ma coté je px pas vivre la bas! c tres different wi, a tunis les femmes sont favorisés et bien protégés...................je sens tres mal a cause de cette separation mais voila les conditions de la vie m'ont pas aider de tt 🙁c pas le lieu ou je vais poser mes blessures mais voila on s'aime bcp on partage les memes idees on se respecte mais dommage!!!! merci encore a tous

Au fait moi aussi je me pose la question, vu que j'ai été contacté par un centre d'appel qui ont une convention avec le maroc et l'algérie pour recruter mais il me faut la carte de séjour, je ne sais pas ou je dois faire la demande, ici au maroc auprés de l'ambassade tunisienne à rabat, ou me rendre directement en tunisie pour faire la demande mais est ce que le centre aprés avoir passer l'entretien, pourront me donner un contrat de travail à légaliser ou bien je dois faire une demande pour une carte provisoire

je suppose que les demarches pour les marocains et les Algeriens sont les memes en Tunisie mais vaut mieux te renseigner quand tu te rendras la ba aux commisariat le plus proche, car en generale si t'as un contrat de travail y a pas de soucie c'est juste que ça prends un peu de temps, il te faut un contrat de location, et ouvrir un compte sur place la ba pour prouver que tu peux subvenir a tes besion, le seul soucie d'en j'ai entendue parler mais je ne peux pas te le confirmer c'est que kand tu rends dans un commisariat on te demande le contrat de travail, mais au boulot on va te demande si t'as une carte de séjkour pour pouvoir travaillé!!lol c pas logique je sais mais bon l'administration c partout pareille je crois!!lol, mais comme la boite elle t'a contacté je crois qu'ils savent gerer ça, sinon tu pourras voir les details sur le premier post que j'ai mis en haut, si t'as beion d'autre infos pas de cousie,

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
