Voici quelques nouvelles pour ceux qui n'ont pas encore réagit au nouveau code de la route marocain.
Comme Raoulx l'a déjà mentionné, ce nouveau code implique quelques changements touchant les résidents français du Maroc. ( pour les autres européens - Suisses, Belges etc ... = je ne sais pas..)
Voici un papier récupéré ce matin au Consulat d'Agadir . ( photo )
Donc obligation :
- Soit de passer le permis marocain.
- Soit de procéder à l'échange du permis français pour un permis marocain.
Sachant que, dans ce dernier cas, il est possible de rouler en France ( Europe ) pendant une période de 6 mois et que, en cas d'un retour définitif en métropole, l'ancien permis français pourra être récupéré en échange du marocain.
PS / Effectivement, quelques " frémissements " sont constatés suite à ce nouveau code. Aujourd'hui, il y avait foule au centre de contrôle technique des véhicules où c'est plutôt désert en temps normal ....

Tout le monde s'en tamponnait et je n'ai jamais connu d'Europeen résident (à part ceux qui ont passé le permis au Maroc) en règle à ce sujet!
Seules les compagnies d'assurance qui en profitaient parfois pour se défausser en cas d'accident , semblaient connaitre la règle.
j'ai passé mon permis à Rabat en 2002 c'était fun pas encore le systèmes avec ordi à la fin de la conduite je savais pas passer la 2 nd juste faire marche avant , marche arrière et me garer ;
j'ai changé mon permis Maroc en permis France , c''est écris dessus ou je l'ai passé Temara Maroc , si je reviens vivre au Maroc me demande si sa compte avec ce truc qu'ils ont pondu ;
C est une regle international, lorqu´on habite un pays il avoir le permis de ce pays, cela ne veut pas dire passer le permis mais le changer. Pour ton cas par ex: si tu reside au Maroc il faut le changer.
C logique: le flic ou le gendarme doit pouvoir le permis du pays.
Ceci etait valable avant la moudaouana, juste les autorités ne s´occupe de details
c'est pas possible d'avoir 2 permis ? un français et un Marocain ? si je vais la ou j'ai récupérer mon permis marocain en 2002 il peuvent me le refaire ?

En ce qui te concerne, comme tu n'est pas résident, tu n'as pas le droit au permis marocain...
Tu écris : " j'ai changé mon permis Maroc en permis France " . Ce qui laisse supposer que tu étais résident lorsque tu l'a passé à Témara.....Si tu as échangé ton permis marocain contre un Français, tu l'a fait en France et non au Maroc donc tu n'as PLUS de permis marocain.Les préfectures françaises préviennent l'administration marocaine de l'échange.
Si tu t'amuses à déclarer, dans l'hypothèse d'un retour au Maroc, une fausse " perte " de ton permis
" marocain ", dis toi bien que les autorités Marocaines savent que tu l'a rendu en France contre un permis français...
a mon avis: declarer la perte du permis marocain, ils sont pas sensés savoir qu'on l'a echangé en france
quand on echange un permis, on demande l'info pour confirmer l'echange donc les 2 pays sont au courant de l'échange.
Donc il faut l'échanger dans le pays de residence et au final on n'a qu'un seul permis. Pour en avoir 2 il aurait fallu ne pas l'échanger mais d'obtenir un nouveau permis.

Lorsque vous demandez de changer votre permis français contre un marocain, il faut fournir la photocopie de votre permis au Consulat de France qui se charge de demander à la préfecture d'émission du dit permis un certificat d'authenticité..
C'est muni de ce certificat que les autorités Marocaines vous établissent un permis marocain...
Donc côté français ou marocain, tout le monde est au courant de l'échange...
( pour un retour en France et un échange de permis marocain contre un français, c'est encore les 2 administrations qui gèrent l'affaire..)
Il parait donc impossible de déclarer " perdu " un permis que vous n'aviez plus....
La seule possibilité d'avoir les 2 permis est de passer l'examen marocain tout en gardant le Français...
( je parle bien sûr pour les RESIDENTS ...)

De toute façon, n'étant pas résident, je ne vois pas en quoi cela te concerne.

- obtenu en 1999 a agadir en tant que marocain et non pas etranger residant
- demande normale de certificat de residence au consulat de france de la meme ville
france prefecture la meme année:
- imprimé d'echange du permis
- 300 francs francais
- permis marocain
- 2 photos
- certificat de residence du consulat
- photocopie carte d'identité francaise
15 jours apres on m'envoie a mon adresse en france mon permis F celui que j'ai actuelement
heu... petite interrogation tout de même: avec un permis international obtenu auprès de ma préfecture en france, je vais quand même devoir échanger mon permis quand j'aurais ma carte de résident ici au maroc?
j'ai juste qq problèmes de "communication" avec le poste de police s'occupant de ma paperasse, je les évite autant que possible!

un permis international , seul, n'a aucune valeur, ce n'est qu'une traduction officielle de permis rose , qui doit etre présenté à chaque requète.....
Pour faire simple, et pour éviter les problèmes de "communcation" comme tu dis , il vaut mieux ne pas en faire mention à la police.
Le permis international n'existe que pour circuler dans des pays qui ne reconnaissent pas le permis français.
Ce qui n'est pas le cas du Maroc. Donc totalement inutile ici.
De plus sa validité ne peut excéder 3 ans.
Un résident français au Maroc doit donc :
- Soit passer le permis de conduire marocain s'il désire garder son permis français.
- Soit procéder à l'échange de son permis français contre un permis marocain
( celui-ci pouvant être utilisé pendant 6 mois sur tous les territoires de l'U.E.)
Dans tous les cas, au cours d'un contrôle de résidents par des autorités marocaines, le seul permis reconnu est le marocain.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
