Je suis a l'etranger, et je compte renvoyer mon passeport en France avec tous les documents necessaires, par la Poste, et obtenir mon visa resident en Chine.
Mon passeport, une fois en France, je desire soliciter ensuite les services d'une agence pour faire les formalites necessaires.
(Agence qui reverra ensuite tout ca a un ami en France qui lui me renvera le passeport etc en France).
Est-ce un risque important (en utilisant une compagnie tel que Fedex par exemple, pour l'envoie), est-ce avant tout legal ?
On me raconte qu'il est possible que les douaniers bloquent cet envoi, et eventuellement ensuite refusent systematiquement tous les courriers qui me sont adresses, ou que j'enverrai de Chine.
Qui peut me conseiller?

Juste pour info, il est interdit d'envoyer des passeports par courier à l'international. Et de plus tu ne peux pas avoir de visa de resident en passant par une agence comme ca.
Et comme tu n'auras pas le tampon de sortie de la chine, je te laisse imaginer ce que va faire le consulat chinois en france 😏😏😏

Pourquoi ne demandes-tu pas ton visa résident directement en Chine? C'est comme ça que font la plupart des gens, à moins que ça ait changé tout récemment.
Je te déconseille en tout cas d'envoyer ton passeport par la poste en France. Outre les dangers soulignés par nemo, il faut savoir qu'à Shanghai (comme peut-être ailleurs en Chine), il y a beaucoup de contrôle de passeports sur les étrangers en ce moment un peu partout (bureaux, domiciles, bars, restaurants...). En principe on doit avoir son passeport en permanence sur soi. Si on ne l'a pas et qu'on peut aller le chercher là où il est dans un bref délai ce n'est pas trop grave. Si en revanche le passeport est en France et qu'il faut attendre un moment avant de le récupérer, là, ça peut devenir très sportif.

Et effet il est possible que je rencontre quelques soucis.
Je suis sense sortir de Chine (rentrer en France), prendre un coup de tampon du service d immigration aux douanes, qui annule donc l'ancien visa, direction Paris, presenter les documents necessaire pour l obtention du visa Z, ensuite retourner en Chine et prendre un coup de tampon pour valider le Z en entree.
Il semblerait pourtant que dans le cas d un createur d entreprise, et donc directeur general, le gouvernement de la ville aurait autorite pour fournir et valider un visa de travail, ainsi que le permis de residence.
Repondant au principe suivant: comment un DG peut manager sa compagnie s il doit rentrer en France pour prendre des coups de tampons etc ?
Quelqu un aurait il des infos sur ce sujet ?

Comme d'autres te l'ont déja dit, tu peux avoir ton visa Z en Chine (j'avoue d'ailleurs que je me demande si tu peux l'avoir en France... pas gagné).
Il faut que tu fasses tous les papiers sur place, y compris la visite médicale (la liste des examens étant pas vraiment publiée, et les résultats à l'interprétation des médecins chinois).
J'ai eu un visa Z en 2004 (je suis rentrée en France maintenant) et tout s'est fait sur place. Il y a plein d'agences qui t'aideront, pour moins cher qu'un billet AR.

La loi chinoise a change en juillet 2007 et il est obligatoire de sortir du territoire chinois pour avoir le tampon d'entrée en Chine sur le visa Z, pour pouvoir ensuite faire la demande de permis resident.
Dans le meme cas que toi, nous n'avons pas voulu faire juste un aller-retour en france pour obtenir un coups de tampon. Voilà ce qu'on a fait, ca a marché mais le gouvernement de notre ville n'a pas été très content... : on s'est inscrit à l'ambassade de France en Chine pour obtenir des cartes consulaires qu'on peut présenter en cas de contrôle par la police par contre on ne peut pas quitter notre province sans passeport, envois des passeport en France par Fe**x à une compagnie privée qui a fait la demande de visa Z à l'Ambassade de Chine à Paris et renvois de nos passeports par Fe**x, pour avoir le tampon d'entrée sur le territoire chinois, il suffit de sortir du territoire, donc un voyage à Hong Kong peut suffir et c'est bon le visa Z est tamponné et on a pu demander notre permis résident...
Voilà, après il a fallu aller s'excuser platement auprès de l'administration chinoise pour avoir légèrement contourné le processus...
je ne peux pas vraiment conseiller cette démarche : d'une part parce qu'il y a le risque de perdre son passeport et d'autre part le gouvernement chinois n'apprécie pas trop. Peut-être que ca peut être négocier au préalable avec le gouvernement de ta ville?

Dans mon cas je suis createur d'entreprise, je tiens avant tout a ne pas trop coutourner les reglements.
