Création d'une école maternelle Française située à Las Vegas, dans le Sud-Ouest des États-Unis. Nous recherchons un Professeur des Écoles, qui agira également en temps que directeur, pour travailler en équipe avec pour but le bien être des enfants et des éducateurs et le succès de notre école.

Pour postuler, vous devez:
- Etre Français ou parler couramment le français
- Posséder un diplôme de Professeur des Écoles, ou équivalent
- Avoir une expérience dans l'enseignement d'au moins 3 ans, et avoir eu l'occasion de travailler avec de jeunes enfants
- Être dynamique, agréable, motivé, autonome, avoir du sang-froid et avoir une grande capacité d'adaptation.
- Être capable de communiquer clairement par écrit et par oral, en Français et en Anglais
- Avoir une bonne expérience de l'outil informatique (Pac Office - mail)
- Avoir un certificat de secouriste (cela peut se passer sur place si nécessaire)
- Être flexible avec les horaires de travail, notamment pour assister à la fermeture de l’école en fin de journée.
Le candidat idéal est quelqu'un de Français appartenant au le monde de l'éducation enfantine avec un coté entrepreneur (fonctionnaire s'abstenir). Cette personne sera épaulée au quotidien par un établissement français, renommé, déjà en place aux USA.

Prenez-vous en compte la présence d'un conjoint et si oui sous quel type de visa (possibilité de travailler?)

Vos questions sont très intéressants et je voudrais y répondre. Mais la vérité est que je ne connais pas la réponse à votres questions. Je fais partie d'un groupe d'individus qui aident a l'ouverture de l'école à Las Vegas. Je ne suis pas le propriétaire ou fondateur de l'école ou de la personne qui embauche. Je suis un parent qui a posté l'annonce avec l'espoir de trouver une personne qualifiée pour l'école.
Je sais que les fondateurs de l'école sont à la recherche d'une personne qui est prêt à faire le travail d'un professeur et directeur. Nous aurons environ 10 étudiants qui seront inscrits une fois l'école est en mesure d'ouvrir à l'automne. L'école est une start-up et comme tel il ya des obligations pour satisfaire les besoins du système et la clientèle aussi. Et si cette personne est le bon candidat, cette personne continuera d'être le directeur et de recueillir les avantages inhérents à la fonction une fois que l'ecole aura plus d'eleves.
Le succès de cette école dépendra de la qualité et de la volonté de ce candidat pour y arriver. L'école portera le soutien pour aider cette personne à réussir.
En ce qui concerne le salaire et benefices encore une fois, je ne sais pas et le candidat devra contacter les fondateurs pour en savoir plus.
Je ne sais pas où vous avez obtenu le salaire de $57.000 par an. Comme avocat d'immigration aux USA, je peux vous dire que si l'école ammene quelqu'un de l'étranger comme H-1B ou même visa J1 , l'école doit offrir un salaire au moins égal au salaire en vigueur

Donc en fait, cette start-up recherche un investisseur...Le ou les propriétaires cherchent un associé pour se partager les profits. C'est ce que ça semble, car reporter le succès d'une business sur une seule personne (le directeur) signifie que le bénéfice doit être partagé.

Merci de votre réponse. Votre première annonce étai vague, et la règle du forum veut que les réponses concernant tous les lecteurs potentiels soit postée sur le forum public.
Le salaire de $51,000 est celui pour un enseignant qualifié, pas pour un ATSEM (les salaires que vous proposez ainsi que le titre cité correspondent aux ATSEM françaises, cad personnel d'école maternelle) ou les assistantes maternelles ("service de garde" hors enseignement public ou obligatoire).
Si vous recherchez quelqu'un avec des qualifications d'ATSEM, assistante maternelle, etc, le salaire est bien sûr moindre, mais la probabilité que la personne parle anglais diminue.
Un enseignant français de maternelle a bac+5 (Master's Degree), une spécialisation qui en fait l'un des meilleurs au monde sur la petite enfance, et a obtenu un concours (compétition) relativement difficile; cet enseignant s'attend donc à percevoir le salaire correspondant à ces qualifications.
Il y a déjà pénurie d'enseignants en France donc pour trouver quelqu'un prêt à s'expatrier à Las Vegas, il faut proposer des conditions intéressantes (salaires, benefits, situation du conjoint). Je ne dis pas cela pour critiquer car je pense que cela peut être une bonne opportunité, mais il va sans doute être nécessaire que vous modifiez les conditions de l'annonce et de l'embauche si vous voulez trouver quelqu'un.
Je sais que les 3 ans d'expérience d'enseignement sont requises par l'immigration, mais pour ces salaires et ce statut vérifiez ce qui compte comme "enseignement" car vous pourriez trouver des jeunes diplômés licence anglais-FLE mais ils auraient sûrement uniquement l'expérience de colos/centres aérés.
Je ne pense pas que l'école est à la recherche d'un investisseur. Sinon, ils auraient dit cela dans leur announce. Les fondateurs ont déjà une école française à San Diego qui est homologuee par le ministère de l'éducation Francaise.
S'il ya un candidat qui est prêt à investir, il / elle peut toujours faire cette offre au fondateurs.
Les salaires que j'ai énumérés précédemment sont le minimum requis par l'immigration aux Etats-Unis. L'école a LV est à la recherche d'etre homologue, donc dans ce cas, ils devront offrir des salaires comme en France sinon ils pourrons pas etre homologue... je suppose.
Pour que l'etat de NV nous donne l'autorisation d'ouvrir l'ecole, nous avons besoin de quelqu'un qui a étudié l'éducation de la petite enfance au cours d'un semestre. Diplômes étrangers seront évaluées pour voir si elles répondent à cette exigence. L'école m'a donné ce titre (professor d'ecole) et l'annonce en pensant aux exigences que le Nevada nous demande.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Hi, I’m a self-employed physiotherapist in France, and as my wife (a nurse) and I look into working abroad in about two years, I’ve been offered an equivalence to become a respiratory physiotherapist in Switzerland. Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
