Bonjour, avec mon ami nous avons decidé d'aller s'installer en martinique en 2008. Nous souhaitions ouvrir un commerce et pour cela j'ai besoin de conseils... Avez vous ou etes vous commercant ou gérant d'un commerce, pour nous aider. Il nous faut une ville qui bouge qui soit animée passante et tres touristique ma belle mere m a parlé des trois ilets ( elle dis que c'est le saint tropez de la martinique) qu'il y a tout le temps du monde et que c'est tres visité. Nous vendons des produits petits et moyens prix et il nous faut brasser beaucoup de monde pour gagner notre vie. D'autre part je 'interroge sur le fait d 'ouvrir mon commerce à fort de france car il y a environs 92 000 habitants contre 5500 au trois ilets... c'est un détaille mais qui a son importance et je m'interroge... Une autre question existe t-il des périodes "estivales" ou l'activité est plus importante ? ( comme en corse par exemple en juillet aout l'activité est au sommet ) s'installer ok mais il faudrait pas se tromper. merci a tous ceux qui nous aiderons

Je pense en effet que pour votre type de marchandise les communes fortement touristiques sont ce qu'il y a de mieux : Sainte Anne, Trois ilets...
Certes Fort de France rassemble une grande part de la population de l'ile mais vous n'y trouverez que très peu de touristes mis à part dans le centre ville qu'ils se contenteront de traverser à la va vite.
Por ce qui est de la saison touristique il y en a certes toute l'année mais avec des hautes saisons Juillet/Aout plus en juillet qu'en aout d'ailleurs. Les mois de décembre et de février sont pas mal aussi. Mais retenez que le tourisme bat de l'aile en Martinique.

De grandes enseignes il n'y en a pas vraiment, par contre de nombreux petits magasins souvenirs, concentrés sur une petite surface.

la martinique, beau pays mais pour le petit commerce, cela est un peu dur.
les martiniquais en general aime acheter des les grande enseignes.
il exite la marque TILO, qui est un peu partout sur l'ile, et qui est connu pour les souvenirs.
les trois ilets sont un lieu de passage toute l'annee.mais la meilleur facon de se faire connaitre là bas reste la pub, sur une ile votre budget pour faire connaitre votre shop, sera enorme, affiche sur le bord de route, magazins, radio, flayer...
le choix(lieu) de la boutique sera essentielle.prevoir un terre plein devant de facon aux automobilistes de stationner est primordiale làbas.
j'aime beaucoup le pointe nord de l'le Tartanne vers trinite, je trouve plus agreable et un peu petit village.
on peut y faire d'autre activite pour faire entre de l'argent(chambre d'hotes, vente de maillots sur la plage à 5min, ou de gateaux, articles de surf, le choix est vaste et beaucoup de metropolitain tres bien acceuilli par là
pour fdf, les touristes y vont peu, tres laid, mais ville tres commercante, toute l'ile s'y deplace pour faire le moindre achat.pour moi cette ville est plus stressante que Paris, des heures de bouchons le matin pour partir bosser et le soir veritable casse tete, l'avantage les bateaux from miami qui font escales 1a 2 fois par semaines avec de nombreux touristes

Je vis en Martinique, mes parents y sont commerçants. Aux Trois Ilets ce n'est pas la peine d'ouvrir quelque chose de touristique des touristes y en a pas beaucoup déjà qu'avant le cyclone y en avait pas beaucoup alors là encore moins. Les 3 Ilets ne sont plus ce qu'ils sont avant c'était animé - du monde y allait mais ce n'est plus le cas. Fort-de-France est l'idéal encore faut il être placé dans la bonne rue - Depuis quelques temps beaucoup de magasins ferment là bas je te l'assure.
