Je me permets de te donner une première piste de réflexion : ce ne sont pas les orphelinats qui ont le plus de besoins. Bien d'autres populations vulnérables existent, et sont tellement moins sous le feu de "la générosité" qu'elles en sont encore plus oubliées et donc plus vulnérables. Et donc plus dans le besoin...
Mères-célibataires, handicapés (mentaux - physiques), apatrides, populations déplacées, etc. tant de raisons d'être à la rue et souvent invisibles du "grand public".
Educatrice spécialisée en France depuis 20 ans, j'ai fait en 2013 un stage de 3 mois de coordinatrice de projet, dans un centre d'accueil et de formation pour des "enfants en situation difficile" (notamment "enfants des rues") au Maroc. J'ai pu observer ce qui fonctionnait ou pas. L'équipe mesurait aussi les erreurs de stratégie (là où on croit résoudre des problèmes, on en crée d'autres, parfois plus importants !)

Nous avons créé en France, depuis 2010, une association qui agit au Burkina Faso (principalement dans l'Education). Nous avons un système de parrainages scolaires très intéressant, car calculé au plus juste.
Cette année grâce à la construction de notre propre école primaire à Bobo-Dioulasso, nous recherchons encore 42 parrains/marraines qui soient prêts à parrainer "scolairement" 1 élève (45€ par an) voire plusieurs (150€ seulement les 5 élèves parrainés !)
Nous serions donc ravis de monter un partenariat avec ton association pour faciliter notre communication et développer nos actions de parrainages et autres actions (actions de sensibilisation, aide à la création d'entreprise etc.)

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
