J'envisage en 2013 de prendre ma retraite au PEROU. Je disposerais d'environ 800€ de pension. Je pense que cela sera mieux qu'ici en matiere de pouvoir d'achat.
Je pense surtout m'etablir a AREQUIPA. A quels prix peut-on louer un appartement avec 2 chambres,3 chambres aussi. Trouve t-on facilement ?
J'imagine qu'il doit y avoir des centres de soin. Comment cela fonctionnet-il?
Les formalités pour le visa s'ont-elles compliquées?

Pour pouvoir rester légalement au Pérou, il te faut obtenir le Carné de Extranjeria, délivré par la Direction des Migrations, sinon, tu seras considéré comme touriste, avec un droit de séjour de 3 à 6 mois, et qui ne te permet pas de travailler.
Les retraités peuvent obtenir ce Carné de Extranjeria, mais ils doivent démontrer qu’ils vont vivre de leurs rentes et que leurs rentrées d’argent mensuelles sont supérieures à 1000 dollars mensuel.
Avec 800 euros mensuels, tu seras juste juste à la limite, dépendant du taux de change du dollar …. Donc ton cas sera limite, et il est difficile de savoir s’il sera accepté ou non…
Concernant la santé, il y a des centres de santé de quartier, des hôpitaux publics, et des cliniques privées. De manière générale, ne t’attend pas à la même qualité de soins qu’en France. Ici, avant de te soigner, on te demande si tu as des sous. Si tu n’as pas de quoi payer, tant pis pour toi, on ne te soigne pas …
Il existe également des assurances privées, plus ou moins chères et plus ou moins bonnes. Le système de SECU est (quasi) inexistant, et tu ne peux pas compter là-dessus.

Autre question, après 2 ans au Pérou avec un carné d'Extranjeria, il est théoriquement possible de demander la nationalité péruvienne. On vient de me dire (source extra-officielle) qu'il faut en plus pouvoir prouver que l'on gagne plus de 10 fois l'IUT péruvien annuellement (soit environ 36000 soles), ce qui revient à un salaire mensuel d'environ 1000 dollars... salaire que très très peu de péruviens gagnent ... et que moi-même je suis très loin de gagner ...

Pour ceux qui sont au Pérou sous le régime immigrant et qui voudraient demander leur nationalité péruvienne après 2 ans au Pérou avec leur carnet d'extranjeria, il faut en effet démontrer que l'on gagne un salaire annuel supérieur à 10 UIT, soit environ 1000 dollars US par mois.
Par contre, pour ceux qui sont au Pérou, mariés avec un(e) péruvien(ne), et qui souhaiteraient demander leur nationalité, cela est possible après 2 ans dans le pays, sans interruption de plus de 3 mois consécutifs ou 6 mois cumulés, avec le carnet d'extranjeria, sans avoir à démontrer un quelconque pouvoir économique ...
Ouf ... je me sens plus tranquille, quelques mois de plus, et je pourrai moi aussi adopter la nationalité péruvienne - avec tous ses droits et tous ses devoirs, sauf celui d'être Président de la République ... bon, ce n'était pas non plus dans mes plans...
Vous avez raison, vous vivrez confortablement avec 800€ au Pérou. Pour les apparts, les prix sont assez variables, en fonction de la qualité de l'immeuble, et si vous cherchez un appart meublé ou non. Comptez dans les 200-300€. Les formalités pour le visa sont un peu fastidieuses, mais avec un peu de patience on y arrive; l'autre solution est de faire appel à un avocat, ou il y a également une agence française à Lima qui peut s'en occuper, www.lima-weekend.com

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
