Coucou à tous, voilà maintenant presque 1 mois que je suis membre de VF, j'ai d'abord demandé des infos sur les îles (polynésie ou autres) j'ai lu vos commentaires (très intéressants), établi mes priorités qui sont : SOLEIL, GENTILLESSE DES HABITANTS, MER, STRUCTURES SCOLAIRES, pour 1 enfant de 16 ans, avec un petit plus pour des conditions de vie pas trop trop dures et bien sûr possibilités de trouver du boulot🤪 je parle français, espagnol and a little english...... Bref, j'ai besoin de votre avis, est-ce que je recherche la lune???😕 est-ce qu'il est encore possible de vivre ailleurs qu'en france, je suis consciente qu'ici on a plein de choses, cultures, boulot mais aussi stress, indifférence totale, bref on ne vit pas, on suit la meute, alors si vous vivez ou avez vécu dans un pays qui vous a paru ETRE LE BON, merci de me venir en aide, le continent a peu d'importance si le pays qui s'y trouve est "un petit paradis", merci d'avance à tous . Le pays idéal.... ben en voilà une question... je n'en ai aucune idée... toutefois, si l'on "décortique" ton cas, voilà ce qui peut en ressortir.... vu que tu es française, à mon avis le plus simple serait pour toi d'aller à la Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyanne, les DOM-TOM quoi, ? Vous les français, vous avez beaucoup de chances à ce niveau là !!! Profitez !!!
Ensuite, qui dit soleil et mer, dit aussi (souvent) vivre du tourisme, donc pas forcément moins stressant. Quant à l'indifférence, si tu arrives dans un "bled" ou tu ne connais absolument personne, je ne sais pas si les gens vont systèmatiquement te saluer et te demander si tout va bien aujourd'hui...
La question se pose, dans quelle branche est ce que tu veut travailler? Quelle qualifications as tu?

Moi je suis dans le meme demarches, et pour l'instant le Tahiti est ma premiere choix.
Meme en etant francais, y'a des demarches a faire, car c'est une Teritoire, et non un departement.
En ce moment je tourne un peu en rond, mais ca va se demeler rapidement (j'espere!)
Tahiti me pareit un bonne tremplein, aprés je verais bien.

Merci Lemon, mais apparemment les dom-tom ne seraient pas le pied (voir le sujet sur le forum) pour avoir vécu à la Réunion 5 ans je te confirme que, du moins pour moi le paradis n'est pas là, tu me demandes dans quelle branche je bosse, le commercial essentiellement (immobilier, formation) mais j'ai aussi bossé dans l'humanitaire, je n'y retourne pas parce que les salaires suffisent à peine à faire vivre 1 pers dans le pays affecté (dans les 4 à 5oo €/mois) hors je dois scolariser mon fils et à l'étranger c'est payant!!
Pour toi renseigne-toi bien avant de partir surtout pour tahiti (voyage très cher) Felix-Roger y est et il est sur le forum demande lui des tuyaux. Jete souhaite de toute façon pleins de bonnes choses où que tu ailles. Fanny

Je suis exactement dans le même cas que toi. Nous avons une fille de16 ans qui entre en 1ère L cette année et nous avons décidé de nous barrer... de France, trop de stress, de taxes, d'emmerdeurs et de difficultés administratives. En plus, et chose importante impossible de se faire de l'argent en travaillant. Ailleurs c'est possible, je le sais. Bon nous avons éliminé en premier lieu les DOM TOM, les emmerd avec le soleil en + mais les emmerd quand même car ça reste la France. Eliminé aussi les pays à trop fort risque de palu car j'aimerais que ma fille vive encore longtemps. Nous connaissons déjà la Bolivie, le Pérou, l'Argentine, l'Uruguay, le Venezuela etc. Nous avons sélectionné pour l'instant, pas dans l'ordre :
Bolivie : Santa Cruz ou Sucre exclusivement (nous connaissons très bien la Bolivie)
Equateur : exclusivement Quito et les Galapagos
Vanuatu : mais risque de cyclones et de tsunami
Australie
New Zélande
De toutes façons, nous partons 1 an à partir d'octobre faire tous ces pays avec notre fille qui va étudier pendant ce temps par correspondance et tâter le terrain pour voir où nous nous installerons.
En ce qui me concerne, je parle couramment espagnol et anglais, mon mari est anglais et je peux travailler en secrétariat, communication, prof de français LE etc.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
