J'ai vraiment envie de faire de l'aide humanitaire, je suis éducatrice spécialisée et j'ai déjà voyagé à quelques reprises dans les pays d'Amérique Latine, mais voilà que j'ai envie de faire plus, d'aider mon prochain et de m'investir à fond dans un projet !
Je ne sais pas vraiment comment m'y prendre par contre, je voudrais partir en groupe ou avec une associtation, mais j'ai plein de questions qui me bourdonnent l'esprit, quand nous partons avec une association sommes-nous hébergés à nos frais? Devons-nous payer le billet d'avion ou c'est couvert ? Sommes-nous engagés dans un tel projet par nos qualifications, devons-nous parler la langue du pays? Comme je parle espagnol relativement bien, es-ce que c'est mieux de me diriger vers des pays latins.
J'ai besoin de conseils de gens qui ont déjà fait de l'aide humanitaire, de site à visiter qui pourrait répondre à mes besoins

Si tu parles et ecris assez facilement l'espagnol comme tu le dis....
Un projet qui ne demande pas de grandes qualifications:
P.A.G. pour projet d'accompagnement Guatémala. En quoi ça consiste: accompagner les villageois(mayas) dans les régions éloignées et pillées par la guérilla pendant 30 ans....tu leurs sers de "caution" ***et rédige le rapport de ce qui aura été découverrt lors des fouilles: cadavres, ossements, armes etc....toutes preuves servant à incriminer et retracer les coupables....
Dans les montagnes de la sierra de los cuchimatanes à des années lumiere des "tout inclus" tu dormiras chez l'habitant sur une natte posée sur un plancher de terre battue dans un bon sleeping bag pcq les nuits sont tres fraiches.Tu devras payer tes repas(8$/jour) et tu as intéret à aimer les fêves noires, le maĩs et le pollo...
Séjour minimum de 3 mois. Billet avion à tes frais bien sur. Aucune rénumération( on parle d'Humanitaire avec un grand H ).
Il est nécessaire d'être en bonne condition physique. On part tres tôt le matin(4h30) pour revenir le soir a la tombée de la nuit. Marche parfois de 30 à40 km/ jour.....tu auras peine à suivre les petites mayas !!!
PAG à Montréal donne une formation de base et est tres sélectif.ils ont un site web facile à trouver et une permanance à montréal.
***Que veut dire "caution" ? Apres 30 de guérilla le président Arzu a signé un traité de paix avec la guérilla guatémaltèque mais justice n, a pa été rendue pour autant. Le travail de recherche s, est mis en branle avec l, aide de la MINUAR(nations unies tout a fait inefficace....) et surtout des ONG américaines et européennes. Pour juger il faut prouver....les para-militaires sont encore présents au guatémala et ne veulent a aucun prix être jugé d, ou leur "animosité" vers ceux qui cherchent justice...Le fait d'être un(e) blanc(he) étranger(e) garanti assez bien la libre circulation ainsi que la libre-recherche(!) effectuée par les populations mayas locales.A ma connaissance jamais un "garant" n, a été molesté.
Il faut aussi, si nécessaire, accompagner des témoins a Guatémala ciudad pour témoigner devant le juge .
Tu es jeune....moi j, ai passé l'âge, je n, ai plus la force physique d'accomplir de telles missions . PAG existe aussi en France et probablement ailleurs.
Il y a beaucoup de programmes pour les jeunes pour aller faire de l'humanitaire. Selon le programme choisi, tu dois faire une collecte de fonds d'un montant précis, mais tout est inclus. Tu vis la plupart du temps dans une famille, tu "travailles" (bénévolement) pour des organismes du pays, etc. Présentement Québec Sans Frontieres est en recrutement. Je te conseille d'aller faire un tour sur leur site web.
Sinon, le mieux c'est d'ouvrir la liste de tous les organismes humanitaires du Québec et voir lequel te plait et les stages offerts. Ca demande un peu de recherche, mais tu trouveras probablement qqch qui te convient:

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
