mon projet est interressant, le seul problème s'est que tout seul je ne peux y arriver, le salaire des employés est da 150 euros par moi en moyenne selon qualification.
pour savoir le budget, il faut faire une étude de marché et la je n'ai pas encore commencé😐 car seul je peux rien faire, enfin je suis handi, mais trés autonomeje me débrouille seul aux quotidiens, mais pour faire toute les démarches concernant le projet il me faut quelqu'un.

Le vrai défi d'un projet comme le tien, ça n'est pas l'administration mauricienne, qui au passage est relativement efficace....je dirais plutot que le soucis est de trouver des informations quantitatives sur lesquelles fondées tes hypothèses d'investissement... Les banques ici comme ailleurs sont à la recherche de Business Plan et d'études de marché bien ficelés et le marché du tourisme handi à Maurice est totalement inconnu des acteurs locaux...Je le sais car j'avais également entrepris 2, 3 petites recherches à ce sujet il y a quelques temps. Tout est donc a créer...mais bon, avec du boulot, de la méthode et un zest de malice, tout est possible ici... Enfin, félicitations pour cette idée.. parlons-en en privé si ça t'intéresse à l'adresse que je t'ai indiqué ci-dessus.

C'est un projet très intéressant. Je me permets quelques questions dont l'intérêt est de t'amener peut-être à voir ton projet sous un autre angle ou de t'ouvrir de nouvelles pistes.
As tu vérifié auprès d'Air Mauritius, d'Air France et de l'aéroport international de l'Ile Maurice les conditions d'accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ? As tu trouvé un ou des clubs de plongée sous-marine ayant des moniteurs CMAS compétent dans la handi-plongée ? (pour ton info, il y a une section handi-plongée à Pontault-Combault pas loin de chez toi). As-tu contacté des kinésithérapeuthes susceptibles de s'associer avec toi ? En Belgique, l'état paie les kinésithérapeuthes pour qu'ils partent exercer ailleurs. Il y a peut-être là une piste à explorer dans ta recherche. As-tu sollicité l'AGEFIPH pour le montage de ton dossier ? Une de leurs missions est l'accompagnement des projets d'entreprises.

en début d'année j'ai passé deux moi a la réunion et 15 jours a maurice et j'en est profité pour aller consulter un avocat conseillé par mes amis,

le chili génial, en plus j'ai eu la chance d'aller rejoindre mon pote d'enfance et ns ns sommes bien éclater 😉
le pays est très grand, ensemble ns avons fais tous le nord, de santiago du chili jusq'au pérou, soit 5600 km de voiture,
le nord du chili est très chaud, mais très aride et bcp de désert, les gens très gentils, le poisson du régal et le vin que du bonheur 😄
je ne suis pas allé dans le sud car il fait trop froid 🤪 et je ne supporte plus le froid 😮
voila, plein de choses a raconter mais bcp trop long 😛

je suppose que tu es la personne avec qui j'avais discuté il y a plus d'1 an, de l'eau a coulé et je me suis investi à Maurice mais je repars en Farnce à la fin du mois et j'ai tout arrêté ici. C'est dommage mais sois trés trés prudent, il y a beaucoup d'arnaqueurs surtout chez les européens, tout le monde essaie de rouler tout le monde, je suis extrémement déçu et dégouté de se que j'ai pu voir par contre les mauriciens sont sympas, si tu as besoin de renseignements et que je peux t'aider n'hésites pas

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
