mon but est de préparer les sinh vien vietnamiens à leur arrivée en france car leur intallation en france rencontrera beaucoup d'obstacles et de tracasseries administratives ! (logement - papiers - titres de séjour- passeports)
à long terme cette activité sera mon métier à plein temps (c'est ma passion)
à Lyon je m'occupe de beaucoup d'étudiants et je connais toutes leurs difficultés et leurs besoins !
je voudrais connaitre l'opinion des vietnamiens quant à la l'utilité de mon projet !
je prépare actuellement en France (à Lyon) un diplome d'enseignement de la langue francaise à l'étranger !

Pour que des étudiants partent en France, il leur un sacré revenu financier potentiel... A moins qu'ils ne partent dans le cadre d'un échange, ton aide serait la bienvenue mais normalement, je pense que c'est l'université d'accueil qui doit maintenir la bonne mise en place de cet échange... Je serais surement présent à Phu Quoc aux alentours du 18 Janvier 2006. Duy Khoa à 10 euros par nuit et Kim Trang à 7 euros environ. J'ai l'intention de louer une voiture (si j'arrive à obtenir mon permis international à temps) avant le 12 Janvier) pour visiter le reste de l'ile et un bateau pour me balader dans les petites iles du Sud. ça dépend beaucoup de la préfecture où tu es ! Parfois on peut obtenir le jour meme. Chez moi, on m'avait au départ parlé d'un mois de délai. Mais le jour où j'ai déposé la demande, on m'a parlé ensuite de 2 semaines, alors ce sera possible pour moi. A signaler que je voudrais conduire une voiture uniquement dans l'ile de Phu Quoc, pour le reste du pays, je ne serais pas habitué avec la circulation autochtone (il y a des codes de bon aloi dont on n'est pas habitué et qui veut que seule la survie compte).
Dans le Nord, vous avez la capitale Hanoi puis la baie d'Halong et si cela vous dit la région de Sapa. En 10 jours, vous pouvez le faire.
Par contre, dans le Sud, il va falloir plus de temps et il faut choisir entre Hue et Hoi An, ou la région cotière du Centre Littoral avec Nha Trang et son golfe (Doc Let et Don Mon), puis Phan Rang avec Mui Ne ou alors Dalat, (je pense que la région des hauts plateaux du centre feront un peu double emploi avec la région de Sapa : identique dépaysement), puis vous avez carrément le Sud avec la capitale économique de SG, puis le delta du Mékong avec beaucoup de folklore (donc y compris Phu Quoc?) mais il va falloir choisir, car sinon on ne fait que surfer comme "de parfaits touristes à l'appareil de photos en bandouillère).
Si vous rentrez le 3 Février, on sera dans le meme avion pour le retour !)

si tu veux conduire il faut être résident au V.N et faire une demande de conversion de permis ça demande environs 3 semaines.

Ah que de détour dans ton périple. Peut-être c'est voulu ainsi? à moins que tu veux payer 650 euros AR avec Singapor Airlines? Je pars et reviens avec VietNam Airlines, Paris Saigon et Saigon Paris en vol sans escale.
Moi je me contente de rester dans le Sud, avec le soleil qui est de retour. Depuis plus d'une semaine, la saison des pluies est terminée et après un rafraichissement d'envion une semaine, il fait maintenant 23 - 33 ° dans le Sud et il fait 15 - 25 ° dans le Nord et 10-20 ° dans les régions de montagne du Nord), avec cependant encore des brouillards et des crachins. N'oublies pas une petite laine et un surtout un K way.

Renseignements pris auprès des gens qui ont déjà conduit des voitures avec le permis international. La réponse est qu'il n'y a aucun problème et que le permis international venant de France est valable.

Ton projet m'intéresse beaucoup. Mais si tu offres les cours gratuitement, comment vas-tu t'en sortir pour survivre là-bas? le loyer, la nourriture, le matériel... ? Tu ne peux pas obtenir tout ça gratuitement non plus. Je trouve que c'est plus sage de faire payer raisonnablement les cours. Et si beaucoup d'étudiants vont s'inscrire, tu auras besoin d'aide aussi...
Je suis intéressée à m'installer à Saigon 6 mois par an. J'aurai besoin de gagner un salaire pour payer mon séjour. Si jamais, ton projet se réalise et tu auras besoin d'une assistante, fais-moi signe... Je suis parfaitement trilingue (FR, VN et AN).

En fait, je suis quebecois et ai deja une grande experience du Vietnam ( 4 séjours, maitrise de la langue et études spécialisées en histoire du Vietnam). My name is Deborah, I’m French. I’m married and have two children. I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in psychotraumatology, and I’m also pursuing medical studies.
For some time now, I’ve been seriously considering moving to the United States. My long-term goal is to practice medicine in the U.S., with a particular interest in forensic pathology.
