Assistant Social de 29 ans, je suis actuellement en train de monter un projet de voyage pour début 2006 : passer 3 mois en solitaire entre le Brésil (Sao paulo, rio, Bahia )et l'Argentine (buenos aires )
Dans un objectif à la fois solidaire et professionnel, je cherche à entrer en contact avec des services sociaux, des travailleurs sociaux, des écoles de travail social, des associations ou encore des bénévoles oeuvrant ou ayant oeuvré sur place.
J'envisage ainsi de créer des échanges de pratiques, des rencontres, de témoigner de l'action sociale au sein de ces pays la, d'apporter quelques compétences techniques, humaines, culturelles ou matérielles, de donner de mon temps a ces structures et à ces personnes .
Je suis donc en quête d'informations, de conseils, de contacts, d'idées a méme de pouvoir m'aiguiller et de m'aider à orienter mon projet.
Je pense à envoyer du matériel sur place avant et aprés mon trip et aussi en apporter avec moi . Mais quel type de matériel envoyer ? des préservatifs ? médicaments ? stylos ? cahiers ? brosses à dents ?.... et à qui les envoyer pour étre sur que la distribution se fasse correctement ....?
dis moi, je comprends pas trop, tu montes un projet humanitaire ou tu pars a l'anventure ? parce que 3 mois ca me semble bien court !
Je suis travailleuse sociale aussi, j'aimerais beaucoup partir dans l'huma, mais je ne pense pas qu'on puisse parler d'actions sociales au Brésil ... (déjà en France on est mal barré)
Enfin, si t'as un projet concret et besoin d'un coup de main je veux bien essayer de t'aider avec mes petits moyens, mais l'Amérique du sud j'y connais pas grand chose ;)
Je suis tombé un peu par "hasard" sur ton post ce soir. Je suis moi-aussi en train de me préparer à partir. .Même destination, même idée de parcours, la vocation en moins. J'ai 40 ans, pas mal bourlingué, pas mal vécu, L'envie de me trouver ou de me retrouver, l'envie de chercher, de faire... Alors si parfois, tu imagines faire un bout de chemin avec quelqu'un... C'est volontiers que j'échangerai des idées, des rêves, des projets... bref... comme tu le sens, si tu le sens...

Pour ma part, je pense faire la traversée en bateau plutôt qu'en avion..... évidemment ça prend plus de temps ! J'ai pit'et un plan bateau a voiles de france aux antilles... je travaille aussi sur les bateaux de marchandises.... Mais si d'aventure, t'as envie de prendre l'avion, je partirai quelques semaines avant toi...!
Je veux aller voir Valparaiso et je dois faire un crochet par Buenos Aires... Pour le reste...

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
