J'ai été visité un hôpital publique algérien.C'est la cata effectivement quand j'ai discuté avec les jeunes.Tous ou presque veulent se tirer...J'avais l'impression d'une prison à ciel ouverte!🤪
Ce qui est assez marrant c'est de discuté avec des personnes.Qui ont grandit et travaillé au bled.Et qui désormais bossent en France c'est pas le même discours que ces gens qui sont né en France.Et qui vont au bled depuis leurs enfances que l'été les poches bien pleines.
Encore dernièrement des gamines d'origines marocaines au parc à enfants disaient que la France c'est pourrie.Qu'au bled il y a du melon et des pastèques etc.Donc c'est difficile de leur faire comprendre et l'herbe est toujours plus verte qu'ailleurs!
La plupart qui partent reviennent déçu après quelques années ou au pire.Reviennent en France bosser et zone au bled...Je connais un algérien il a tous bouffé ces sous et divorce.Pour finalement revenir ici, bredouille...😐

L'immobilier privatif est d'ailleurs quasiment au même prix que celui de Belgique, pour un niveau de vie de 7 à 10 fois inférieur. Faites le calcul et vous comprendrez mieux la crise du logement à laquelle est confronté le pays, avec une population ayant presque quadruplé en une cinquantaine d'années. Pour ces quelques raisons, nous avons décidé de nous porter acquéreurs d'un appartement vendu sur plan en cours de construction auprès d'un promoteur immobilier.
J'ai constaté qu'il ne cesse d'augmenter d'année en année, et que certains produits non-subsidiés sont au prix coûtant de l'Europe. Un produit considéré luxueux tel que le chocolat, par exemple, affiche des prix rédhibitoires. Quant à des produits ou services de base, tels que le pain, les journaux, les courses en taxi, ils ont varié à la hausse selon des proportions allant sur deux-trois ans de 50 à 200 %.
Vous considérez l’Algérie comme un pays qui risque une crise alimentaire. Pourquoi ?
Si on considère la facture des produits alimentaires sans cesse croissante, et tenant compte de la diminution des recettes des hydrocarbures (effets cumulés : diminution de la production et des prix) qui nous permet d’acheter de quoi manger, la réponse sera affirmative. De tous les pays du Maghreb, nous sommes le seul à ne pas avoir assuré notre sécurité alimentaire, malgré l’avantage de la rente pétrolière. Il se trouve que nous ne sommes pas capables de nous autosuffire en produits de base qui menacent directement notre survie. Si on ne considère que quatre éléments vitaux, céréales, lait, légumes secs et pomme de terre, nous voyons que nous sommes fortement tributaires de l’étranger.
La démographie continue de galoper en Algérie, et il n’est pas besoin d’être expert pour l’affirmer ou pour demander l’ouverture d’un débat autour de ses répercutions sur l’économie du pays, déjà, mise à mal par cette chute inexorable du prix du baril de pétrole.

Hier j'étais ma cardiologue (pas pour moi).Elle me disait qu'il n'y en avait plus car les politiques avaient diminués leurs nombres (accès aux examens).Il y a 30 ans et que sa fille qui suivait des études de médecine n'allait pas exercer en France.Son mari est chirurgien.Et elle me disait que la médecine en France se portait de plus en plus mal.Après on a parlé du RSI et urssaf!Une catastrophe... D'ailleurs je voulais remonter une boîte après réflexion je prépare aussi mon expatriation.
J'ai l'impression que de plus en gens se barrent!🙁 Cela a commencé avec l'affaire Depardieu ensuite je vois les retraités et maintenant je vais sur les forums pas mal de familles et jeunes.

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
