Comme je l'ai déjà dit dans un autre message, je suis à la Réunion et souvent on me demande pour les emplois.
Alors je vais donner quelques conseils.
Certes, il y a l'ANPE pour les offres d'emploi, mais ici, le bouche à oreille marche mieux. Et puis à l'Anpe, il y a tout juste une centaine d'annonces, c'est rare quand il y en a plus malheureusement.
Si vous êtes chômeur, vous devez faire le changement d'adresse via pole emploi et c'est une sorte de réinscription ici. c'est rapide.
De plus, pensez à consulter le site Clicanoo qui est une très bonne référence pour tout ce qui concerne l'île : actualités, balades, immobilier, histoire et offres d'emploi.
Par exemple, vous avez ce type d'annonce que moi j'ai lu dans le quotidien de l'île mais qui est aussi sur internet.

MISSIONS
Placée sous l'autorité du Directeur de la Solidarité, de la Formation et de l'Epanouissement, vous aurez pour mission la mise en oeuvre du projet d'établissement et serez notamment chargée :
• D'assurer la responsabilité de la gestion administrative, financière et éducative de la structure ;
• D'animer et organiser l'accueil des enfants ;
• D'encadrer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (environ 37 agents).
PROFIL ET QUALITES REQUIS
• Puéricultrice ou infirmière diplômée d'état + 5 ans d'exercice ;
• Sens de l'organisation et de l'animation ;
• Aptitude à l'encadrement et à la gestion ;
• Capacité d'écoute ;
• Dynamisme ;
• Sens du service public ;
• Sens aigu de la communication.
Noter aussi, si vous êtes auto-entrepreneur (mon mari l'est), vous êtes obligé de faire changer votre entreprise d'adresse. ce n'est pas très compliqué, tout se fait par internet mais cela veut dire que vous stopper votre activité en métropole pour réouvrir une entreprise ici. Nouveau numéro de siret..... voilà pour info au cas où.
Pour les logements, c'est compliqué et je m'en rends compte actuellement vu que j'en cherche un. Je cherche dans l'EST (st-benoît, st-andré, ste-suzanne...) et il faut compter pour un T2 dans les 520 à 580 € par une agence. Et les agences sont exigeantes comme jamais vu ! En métropole, j'aurais déjà eu un appartement, ici je galère.
Les agences les plus connus et sites de recherche : OFIM, IMMO974, seloger, LOGER (PRMI)
Pour le logement social si vous y avez le droit : SHLMR, SIDR, SEMAC, faire demande de dossiers.
A savoir que si vous devez vous rendre à la CAF pour aide au logement. Votre dossier doit être transférer de la métropole à la Réunion et ça prend du temps (vous changez de n° allocataire). Qu'il faut camper dès 6h le matin pour avoir la chance de rentrer dans la CAF qui ouvre à 7h30 en règle générale.
Idem pour la plupart des centres administratifs comme la préfecture ou sous-préfecture pour les cartes grises.
Quand on s'installe tout est question d'organisation. Si vous avez un compte en banque à la poste, pensez à faire le nécessaire (retirer argent) avant le 5 de chaque mois et après le 15. C'est le moment où tombe le RMI (pas de RSA ici !!!!) et les primes et il faut compter 1h environ d'attente (avec de la chance) à la poste.
Pour les autres banques, pensez que vos chèques métros ne sont pris presque nul part (rarement chez le médecin, presque jamais chez le commerçant) et qu'ils ne faut pas les déposer à la banque comme vous avez l'habitude de la faire, il faut un bordereau spécial sinon votre chèque va se balader (comme le mien actuellement) entre une banque et l'autre 🤪
Sachez aussi que d'appeler d'un mobile avec votre forfait métro depuis la Réunion, à la famille en métropole, les deux paient. Et si vous avez un forfait bloqué genre 1h, ça fait 40 min ici (pour un forfait pris en métropole). Donc pensez à vite clôturer votre forfait métro et en prendre un sur place.
L'essence est à 0, 98 centimes si ça vous intéresse 😛 et on vous sert ! le luxe ^^

Je dois ajouter au niveau conseil et j'avoue, je n'osais pas le dire mais une personne m'en a fait la remarque en privée et je la remercie, parce qu'il faut dire la vérité aussi : "la vie ici c'est pas que le soleil et les cocotiers".
Je veux bien donner des conseils et aider pour venir s'installer à la Réunion, mais il faut savoir que la mentalité est différente de la métropole et que ça peut être dur de s'y faire.
C'est vrai, il faut prévenir, alors attention la Réunion c'est pas le paradis ! Les gens sont comme le volcan, imprévisible.
En tout cas, moi j'y suis pour quelques temps donc si je peux aider :)

A là, c'est un peu de la mauvaise foi tout de même. J'ai donné une annonce et des conseils, je dis bien qu'à l'anpe y' peu d'annonces et dans le journal aussi mais il y en a quand même, tout dépend de ce que l'on souhaite faire et que l'on est prêt à faire.
Après faut pas toujours attendre que tout tombe du ciel, les emplois ça se créent aussi si on est motivé.
Vivre à la Réunion, c'est dur, mais c'est pas impossible fort heureusement.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
