Bonjours à tous, comme beaucoup de membres de ce site, nous souhaitons immigrer au Quebec.
Nous somme un couple marié avec une fille de 7 ans et 2 chiens.
Nous avons l'opportunité de reprendre une auberge dans un site trés touristique et pour l'instant nous avons fait aucune démarches pour les visas.
Sur se site nous avons appris que 70% des touristes sont des québécois et préfèrent les locations de chalets et les hotels.
Alors mes questions sont:si vous, québécois, aimaient séjouner dans aubergepourquoi il y a autant de gîtes, d'auberges à vendrepeut on réellement vivre correctement de cette activité sachant que cette auberge est ouverte toute l'année, peut on commencer l'activité avec un visa de touriste et une fois installer faire les démarches pour un visas d'entrepreneur.
Je recherche tout témoignage d'expatriés français effectuant cette activité professionnelles.
Ça serait plus simple si vous précisiez l'endroit de l'auberge en question...
En ce qui concerne votre question sur le nombre d'auberges et gîtes à vendre, le ralentissement économique y est pour quelque chose, même si les prix de l'immobilier continue d'augmenter dans les grandes villes, le secteur des auberges tend à ralentir.

Si vous êtes businessman vous leur demanderez de vous fournir leur bilan financier des deux dernieres années. Bilan vérifié par un comptable agréé.....ensuite vous jugerez! Vous leur demanderez également leur permission pour avoir accès à leur compte TVQ à Québec. S'il y a réticences dans les deux cas....allez voir plus loin......🙂

TVQ : taxe de vente du Québec (actuellement de 7, 5% )
Ce montant vous permettrait de vérifier le chiffre d'affaire mensuel déclaré et de le comparer avec le bilan financier.....ainsi que de la valeur nette du commerce en déduisant les frais déductibles, des frais payés...
Autrement dit une façon d, établir le rendement net par rapport au bilan brut.
S'il y a beaucoup de Québécois, vous aurez plus de chances de développer la clientèle étrangère qui tend à rester plus longtemps.
Les Québécois apprécient également beaucoup voyager mais font de plus courts séjours.
S'il y en a autant à vendre, je dirais que c'est en partie aussi parce que beaucoup rêvent d'acheter une auberge et déchantent au bout de quelques années... J'ai eu des amis qui l'ont fait et ils ont renoncé à la partie Auberge pour ne garder que le restaurant, ils trouvaient que c'était trop dur de tenir les deux et que les employés sont de plus en plus difficiles à conserver. C'est aussi une réalité québécoise, le secteur du tourisme est en pénurie actuellement. De l'extérieur, je dirais qu'ils sont généralement sous-payés pour les responsabilités et les exigences de ce type d'emploi mais le secteur n'a pas encore fait les ajustements nécessaires parce que les marges bénéficiaires sont actuellement faibles.
J'estime qu'il y a de la place pour réussir si on fait preuve d'imagination : il faut se distinguer de ce que les autres offrent, faire des partenariats pour offrir quelque chose de plus lors du séjour, avoir une belle visibilité web, etc.
Par contre un établissement pour retraités autonomes serait plus en demande mais est encore très exigeant en terme de normes, permis, et demandera sûrement d'importants aménagements de sécurité et autre pour y répondre.
Et je suis bien d'accord avec notre "retraité", la vérification comptable est un bon moyen de valider la valeur de l'auberge. Certains
trichent un peu en ne déclarant pas tous les revenus pour payer moins d'impôt et de taxes, par contre ça nuit à la valeur marchande lors de la revente...
J'oubliais, je serais très surprise que vous soyiez en loi d'acheter/opérer une entreprise avec un visa de touriste... Informez-vous auprès de l'immigration...
Un tel forum n'est pas du tout l'endroit pour obtenir des renseignements fiables pour un problème aussi important. Ce qui est certain, c'est que jamais vous ne pourriez exploiter une affaire commerciale en n'étant que détenteurs de visas touristiques : ce serait complètement illégal et vous risqueriez la déportation.
Il me semble que la meilleure manière de procéder serait tout d'abord de venir faire de la prospection sur place au Québec pour voir si une telle opportunité pourrait vous être avantageuse : le domaine de l'hôtellerie, de la restauration ou des "couettes et café", s'il peut être très rentable, peut aussi présenter de sérieux désavantages et--si on mise sur une "affaire" qui n'en est pas une...peut être catastrophique sur le plan financier (sans compter le plan psychologique!).
Il faut aussi tenir compte du fait que pour obtenir un visa d'immigrant (aller sur le site immigration Canada, qui est très bien fait et où on peut obtenir une foule de renseignements), il faut au minimum deux ans. Il est possible, au cas où vous vouliez immigrer au Québec pour y faire un "investissement", vous bénéficiez d'un statut préférenciel, mais cela, il faudrait le voir avec les services d'immigration du Québec en france. Ces gens là sont très compétents et pourront vous aiguiller, de manière à ce que vous ne preniez pas de décision hâtive ou que vous viendriez à regretter par la suite. Alors, prudence... Sans reprendre ce que d'autres t'ont déjà fort bien dit, la première démarche est en effet d'obtenir vos visas de résidents permanents. Les deux années de procédure vous laisserons le temps de venir à quelques reprises au Québec. Un circuit de 10 jours avec nuitée dans un gîte ou auberge différent chaque jour vous donnera l'occasion de voir de prêt comment vivent vos hôtes. Il suffira d'engager la conversation pendant le "petit-déjeuner". Personnellement j'ai pu constater que dans beaucoup de cas (gite de petite taille 4/6 chambres) un des deux avaient un job à l"'extérieur". J'ai aussi vu le cas de gîtes accueillant des personnes retraitées (en plus de leur clientèle tourisme) mais là, c'est un sacré travail.
Mon conseil, c'est qu'il est donc à exclure de vous lancer dans un engagement financier quelconque sans avoir obtenu vos visas et sans avoir eu une expérience de vie et de travail au Québec.
Je parle en connaissance de cause. je suis Français, immigrant au Québec et je travaille dans l'hôtellerie-restauration, avec comme projet de lancer quand l'occasion se présentera ma propre affaire.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
