En ce moment, je me pose pas mal de questions, depuis plusieurs mois à vrai dire, depuis que je vis dans la région parisienne pour mes études et le travail maintenant, je n'arrive pas sà me projeter en avant, j'ai besoin d'autre chose et depuis plusieurs mois je pense à ça, comme une forte intuition : aller au costa-rica pour y vivre, y investir, y trouver mon chemin...
J'avoue que c'est surement flou et peu structuré mais en général j'ai tendance à tout vouloir calculer sans être à l'écoute de mes intuitions et pourtant...
Enfin voilà, j'y pense fortement, je vais y aller en août pour prendre la "tempèrature" sur place, c'est ma volonté actuelle
J'écris ce message car je crois avoir besoin d'en parler et d'être un peu rassuré...
C'est vrai que j'aimerai savoir si cette idée est folle ou s'il est vraiment possible de partir et construire là bas.
je vis au costa rica depuis bientot 4 ans ce pays est extraordinaire pour vivre il est calme la vie est un peu plus chere que partout en amerique centrale mais il y a beaucoup de choses a faire a condition bien sur de ne pas faire n importe quoi l avenir en amerique centrale est bien superieur a celui de l europe. je pense que ton idee est tres bonne j avais ressenti la meme chose que toi il y a 4 ans est voila....

Pour moi, c'est une option qui prend de plus en plus forme et qui va d'ailleurs se concrétiser dés cet été par un 1er voyage au nord du panama pour faire un tour panama-costa rica et avoir une impression locale...c un début en tout cas
On vit très bien au Costa-Rica ! Les gens sont gentils, serviables, polis. Si tu croise le regard d'une jolie fille dans la rue, tu as droit à un large sourire. Si une personne agée monte dans un bus bondé, il se trouve quelqu'un pour lui laisser sa place. Si tu es en panne, les gens t'aideront sans rien demander...

Pour ma part, c'est vrai que j'espere ne pas trop idéaliser et d'ailleurs je préfère désormais attendre d'y être pour me faire une idée.

Si je comprends bien ton rêve, il te faut aussi du vent... renseigne-toi bien pour savoir s'il vaut mieux la côte Caraïbe ou la côte Pacifique.
je projette de partir visiter le CR pour m´y installer. Je suis actuellement au nord du brésil, près de Fortaleza. Ici le kitesurf est roi, bien plus que le surf. Donc, après avoir pris de infos du CR, il me semblait que là bas le kite existait à peine... Mais ton message m´a surpris, as tu des infos sur la pratique du kite au CR?? ce sport devient un véritable créneau économique selon les spots, donc merci pour toute infos sur ce sujet au CR!!

Pipor, effectivement le kite au Brésil est tres fort, le Cr est le meilleur secret garder pour le surf! pour le kitesurf tout dépend du vent mais...c'est certain qu'il y a une petite baie ou le vent rentre bien à quelque part...je suis en train de chercher! Je suis au qc Montréal et le milieu du kite grossit à vue d'oeil ici aussi! Au plaisir ...
Je vois bien mimiandjoy le type de projet que tu as au CR. Ma soeur vient de faire pareil que toi mais au nord du brésil. Une pousada axée sur la clientèle du kite. Même si pour elle ça marche déjà bien et que mon entreprise de tourisme équestre juste ouverte a un futur assez prometeur, je vais quitter le brésil car je pense que les risques d´insécurité sont trop importants ici, même les petits villages de pêcheurs ont des vols à mains armées avec grosses violences dans ta propre maison...
Donc j´espère bien que le CR sera plus calme! 😎😎😎
Moi j´ai débuté ici il y a très peu de temps le kite et j´adore!! si jamais tu trouves un joli endroit pour pratiquer le kite n´hésites pas à me faire signe!! (même si c´est parfois le genre d´infos que l´on garde pour soit... 😛) J´y serais au CR dès mars sac à dos en visitant le pays. Acheter une maison au CR ne pose pas de problème juridique particulier, il faut juste être prudent dans le choix de l'avocado responsable de la transaction.
En ce qui concerne le financement, comme partout, payer cash permet de négocier pas mal le prix. Sinon, pour savoir comment fonctionne le crédit là-bas, je vous conseille de contacter une banque, comme la Banco Nacional de Costa Rica par exemple (leur site http://www.bncr.fi.cr/BN/index.asp?c=home)
allez tous au Costa Rica... c'est à la mode, et qui dit mode dit "arnaques, vie cher...", c marrant ceux qui sont au Costa depuis qq années finissent au Panama... 😮

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
