Pour la petite histoire je suis d'origine marocaine mais j'ai toujours vécu en France, mon ami lui n'est jamais allé au maroc, il est patissier et en fait on envisage soit de trouver un poste dans une boulangerie francaise ou éventuellement de monter notre affaire. Quelles sont les demarches? Y at-il du potentiel de faire de la patisserie francaise au maroc? Combien faut-il prétendre avoir pour réaliser ce projet? Quelles sont les villes intéressantes pour tout ca? Merci d'avance

Si la dame a la nationalité française (je dis bien SI), alors elle peut très bien vivre au Maroc avec son compagnon français sans être inquiétée. Il suffit d'avoir un compte commun approvisionné de France et le reste ne regarde pas les autorités.
Elle a dit qu'elle était "d'origine" marocaine, nuance, elle n'a pas écrit nationalité marocaine ! Ton affirmation est plausible si elle EST marocaine, ce qui ne semble pas le cas, à moins que la personne concernée le précise de façon plus explicite !

pour ton projet, il est tout à fait réalisable et avec un grand pourcentage de réussite.
commence d'abord par une prospection du terrain, va aussi au CRI(centre régional d'investissement de la ville choisie) et pose toutes les questions que tu veux.
coté difficulté que tu vas rencontrer:chereté du bail si tu en trouves dans les grandes villes .

Tu dis être musulmane donc tu dois bien savoir qu'une musulmane ne peut épouser qu'un musulman et qu'elle n'a pas le droit de vivre sans être mariée avec un homme, le concubinage n'étant pas reconnu. En conséquence ce n'est pas au Maroc que tu pourras enfreindre cela donc si vraiment vous avez envie de vous installer et exercer au Maroc, il faut que ton copain commence par se convertir puis vous marier et ensuite venir au Maroc. ce sera à mon avis la meilleure solution pour être dans les règles et assurer la réussite de votre entreprise car il est certain que cette activité marchera.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
