J'ai lu pas mal de post à ce sujet mais j'esseye vraiment d'avoir le plus d'infos.
J'ai pour projet avec un ami malgache(vivant en metropole) de monter une base nautique sur mada d'ici N+2.
Travaillant actuellement dans une base de location de bateaux dans le sud de la france, et ayant vecu quelques années à La réunion, j'ai des connaissances du nautisme et des contraites liées à vivre sur une ile(même si la situation de la Run n'est pas la même que Mada).
Mes questions:
La situation politique actuelle de Mada peut permettre de monter un buisness sans souci?Quels sont les coins côtiers de l'île ou il y a plus d'hotel implanté?La population locale peut elle être intéressé par de telles activités(kayak, jet ski, semi rigides, ....?Existe il aussi le systeme SA, SARL, EURL, ....?Les demarches de création d'entreprises sont parait il encore plus complexe qu'en metropole; vrai?Par hasard savez vous s'il est possible d'exploiter légalement une portion de plage ou cela se fait il un peu de facon "freestyle" ?Il y a t il des aides locales pour la création d'entreprise?Il y a t il une securité sociale locale?Ma fiancée (réunionnaise) serait elle succeptible de trouver du travail en communication, PAO sur l'île?

comme dit souvent sur ce forum, il est indispensable de venir ici plusieurs semaines pour se rendre compte de la situation et "sentir" le pays. Ce serait dommage de monter tout un projet en amont et d'être décu ou découragé une fois sur place.
Vu le faible nombre de touristes, les zones porteuses pour cette activité sont Nosy Be, Diego, et Sainte-Marie à des degrés différents. Les coins les plus achalandés sont bien sur les plus concurrentiels.
La situation politique ne gêne pas l'installation d'investisseurs, au contraire.
La population locale susceptible d'être intéressée concerne très très peu de gens.
Statut juridique équivalent à la France, pas plus compliqué.
Pas de location de plage.
Pas de sécu, CFE plus mutuelle ou assurance privée, 1800 euros/année.
Aide locale ? Viens voir !!😎
Ton amie peut trouver du boulot en PAO, mais au tarif malgache, à moins d'être très pointue dans sa spécialité.
Encore une fois, tout ça ne sert à rien sans être venu sur l'île.

D'accord avec tous ceux qui disent qu'il faut venir plusieurs mois à mada ( à diverses saison éventuellement ), voir ce qui se passe, le problème de prise en charge santé, conditions de vie pour décider de s'implanter .
En effet faire un circuit à mada est merveilleux mais pour y vivre c'est peut etre autre chose et tout le monde n'est pas prèt à accepter les modes de vie

En decembre je vais à La Réunion (belle famille oblige!) 1 mois; j'esseyerais donc de venir sur Mada pour avoir un premier apercu.
Les quelques difficulté de conditions de vie ne me font pas trop peur d'autant plus qu'on aura la famille de mon collaborateur malagache sur place.
Reste donc à faire quelques pti sejour sur lile, prendre encore plein d'avis, paufiner tt ca, ..En core bcp de boulot c sur mais c motivant!
Il a bo être gasy mais malheureusement il a presque tjs vecu en Metropole.Certes il y va pas mal de fois pour voir sa famille mais cela ne suffit pas pour avoir un avis actuel sur la situation.

venir quelques jours à Madagasikara est insuffissant pour evaluer les possibilités d'investissement....et surtout, ne faire confiance à personne pour des investissements même pas à la famille de votre meilleur ami. je sais que l'on ecoute pas les conseils, surtout glanés sur un forum de voyage;
de plus, nombre important de rêveurs s'imagine pouvoir s'installer sur Mada facilement,
le premier handicap : vous êtes vazaha.... puis, vous ne connaissez rien au pays, à la langue,
si vous avez de gros moyens, essayez, mais si vos moyens sont le fruit de votre travail et que vous n'avez que cela....restez bien au chaud any andafy et venez visiter le pays en touriste
les conditions de vie ne vous font pas peur car vous ne les soupsonnez même pas. rien n'est pareil à la france, et l'étranger c'est vous... ce n'est pas la reunion.demandez au resident sur place les risques et les difficultés de votre choix.
mais je crois votre projet hors des realités du pays ce qui n'empeche pas de le paufiner et de le mettre en adequation avec la realité... venez passer 2/3 mois et après vous aurez tout compris.

Effectivement , il faut venir voir , comprendre la situation économique et .....renoncer a des projets un peu trop surfaits . les Malgaches ont besoin surtout de stabilité sérieuse , de soins médicaux , de travail et de salaires nettement revalorisés plutot que penser a faire du ski nautique.
