Des français vivant en Thaïlande pourraient-ils m'éclairer sur les prix de location de maisons, qui semblent être extrêmement variables sur Internet. Me conseiller certains sites ou agences, sérieux ?

* bon il y a le prix pour les gogos blancs de 30 a 90 000 bath pour une maison en ville de 200 m2
la même maison (différente en style et ameublement)... de 20.000 a 40.0000
une maison comme la mienne ( centre ville Bangkok) 250 m2 en ville de 10.000 a 20.000
donc cela comme en France dépend de l'emplacement, de la qualité et de l’aménagement, donc de l'offre et de la demande... mais en plus les affaires faite par des non thai..compagnies ext ^x le prix par 2 ou 3 avec un bon argumentaire..
donc regarder par vous mem dans les rues la ou il n y a pas d’étrangers mais des thais riches ( a 20 metre de ma maison une concession ferrari.., carrfefour, et golf..
... les prix sont très très bas..500 euros, ma maison centre ville de Bangkok 4 pièces , garage a coté des grandes surfaces, Metro huay kwang..

bonjour je préconise un tour de thailande .. et choisir son coin .. car vu la diversité des personnes .. il est très difficile de donner un conseille objectif ..
il y a les rats des villes ( comme moi ) les rats des trous perdu .. les rats piliers de bars .. etc ..
Mais cela ne veut pas dire que les uns sont plus heureux que les autres ..
Maison ....... c'est un peut pareille il ya de tout .. de la maisonnette a 150 euros .. a des XXXXX le mieux est de chercher sur place .. on trouve de tres bons plans .. il faut savoir que dans la majoritee des cas le farangs est bien vu pour un propriétaire .. une des raisons est que on a en général plus de respect des biens des autres .. ce qui me fait dire ne pas hésiter a marchander ..........
petit conseille de vieux singes a qui on n’apprend pas la grimace😉 .. ton post va exciter les petits malins qui vont te faire des proposition .. sous le signe ..

Comme le dit Thuan, tout dépend de vos goûts... Ville ou campagne, mer ou "montagne" ? Le budget est plus important en bord de mer... Mais la solution, c'est la location bien entendu. Qui vous permet de bouger si vous ne trouvez ps votre bonheur tout de suite. pour les conditions pour le visa "retraité" si vous avez plus de cinquante ans, voir les nombreux posts à ce sujet....

ou pour commencer...avoir un visa business pour commencer et louer a son nom le local et mettre un thaï comme manager..en locations...pas y travailler et voir visa celons les différents types de visa..
qui tous ce résume a prouver que vous avez les moyens de vivre en Thaïlande

Impossible de vous répondre sur le fait que l'on peut en vivre ou pas...Seule solution : être aussi rigoureux qu'en France dans le budget prévisionnel..Pour le visa, compagnie puis poste de manager ou dans votre cas, visa retraité (50 ans) qui interdit normalement de travailler (mais pas de faire de la compta dans votre chambre😏)
