Bonjour à tous , je comptes prochainement partir à madagascar pour connaitre le pays car j' ai l'intention d'y vivre si le pays me plait vraiment mais avant de partir , j'aurai svp quelques questions
je vois sur le forum que le smic est à environ 50 euros , est toujours le cas en 2011 ?
peut-on monter une entreprise ( cyber café n petit hotel... ) et à quel cout et surtout puis je en tant que francais monter me propre entreprise et dois la déclarer et à qui ?
pour le logement , quel est le cout dune maison , est plus simple de louer ?
pour s'installer a mada , quel est le visa a demander ( temps du sejour max ) ?
et comment cela se passe pour le transport ? peut on acheter un vehicule et à quel prx ou est il plus simple de se déplacer en taxi ou bus ?
Il y a un bruit qui court depuis de nombreuses années a Mada ;vous partez milliardaire , vous revenez millionnaire et oui, ce n'est pas le moment de monter une affaire il faut attendre les élections Présidentielles , beaucoup revendent des affaires BIDON A T T E N T I O N
la premiere des choses avant de trop rêver est de venir en touriste passer 2 ou 3 mois pour voir.
y travailler ? que voulez vous faire ? vous voulez gagner 60/80 euros par mois ? si vous n'etes pas expat envoyé par une entreprise française ça va être dur...
louer une maison confortable c'est entre 250 et 400 euros selon l'endroit et le confort + l'électricité, le telephone, le gaz etc.... acheter un véhicule est possible si vous en avez les moyens mais on peut aussi acheter des 4 L pour 200 euros.... pas terrible. l'essence est a 1 euro le litre....
sachez aussi que pour avoir un titre , de séjour, il faudra donner des garanties financières . Il faut avant de partir obtenir un visa de 1 mois renouvelable que vous irez demander au consulat ou ambassade chez vous. ensuite vous devrez le faire prolonger en arrivant au ministere de l'interieur a Tana. avec les papiers de création d'entreprise si c'est ce que vous voulez faire, un bulletin N°3 extrait du casier judiciaire en France, et la preuve de vos revenus ou avoirs.
il est possible a la societé générale a paris d'ouvrir un compte a mada, BFV sans cheq uier ni carte que vous devrez demander sur place. par contre vous pourrez y faire un ou des virements permanents. Mais attendez d'abord d'etre sur d'y rester....
le cout de la vie a mada est d'environ 50 a 80 euros pour les malgaches, pour un européen, impossible il faut minimum 1200 euros et ce n'est pas terrible.
oui vous pouvez monter une entreprise, que vous soyez Français ou pas ne changera rien, vous serez toujours un étranger... vous devrez passer par les autorités pour les autorisations et création et impots.
pour vous y installer j'ai dit plus haut ce qu'il fallait... reste a savoir quelles sont vos qualifications et vos moyens pour en dire plus .
pour un visa touriste le temps de séjour maxi est de 90 jours. apres vous devez quitter le pays et y revenir...
La notion de SMIC n'a pas, à MADAGASCAR, la même signification qu'en FRANCE.
D'une part parce qu'elle ne s'applique qu'au secteur "formel" - l'importance du secteur "informel" est considérable à MADAGASCAR - et, d'autre part, parce que c'est un indicateur qui est difficilement transposable aux étrangers - en tant que niveau de vie -.
Il faut, en premier lieu, savoir que la plupart ds familles malgaches a pour habitude de mettre en commun ses revenus et de "partager" les charges majeures - loyer, nourriture, ..... -.
En second lieu, nombre de familles malgaches sont également "soutenues" financièrement par des membres rsidant et/ou travaillant à l'étranger et qui, tous les mois, leur envoient de l'argent pour "faire bouillir la marmite".
Il est donc totalement illusoire de penser qu'en étranger va pouvoir "s'en sortir" en gagnant le SMIC malgache. Je dirais plutôt qu'il faut, au minimum, l'équivalent du SMIC français.

Mais il est vrai qu'a Mada on ne fait pas des affaires, seuls les grands investisseurs en font et ceux qui travaillent ici pour des entreprises européennes ont un salaire .si vous avez un mail envoyez le en M.P. si possible.
