bonjour, je vis à saint denis, je suis certaine que tu trouveras du travail mais inutile de démarcher de métropole: ça ne sert à rien, il faut être sur place mais du boulot y en a lorsqu'on a un niveau BTS. Le coût de la vie est similaire à celui de la métropole bien que tous ici se plaignent... voiture : impératif! les transports en commun sont très aléatoires ; Ne pas confondre la Réunion et les Caraïbes: rien à voir: environ 30km de lagon ( pas top) assez pauvre; ce qui est beau c'est ce qu'on appelle " les hauts", la montagne quoi! superbe! les loyers sont assez élevés: saint denis même prix que Lyon, Paris, sauf si tu peux accéder à un logement défiscalisé bien moins cher, les loyers en dehors de saint Denis sont moins chers. Sinon la Réunion est très " européanisée" et il faut quelques fois se pincer fort pour se dire qu'on est dans l'océan indien... quand aux voyages en dehors de l'île: les vols sont chers mais l'île est bien desservie. D'après toi est ce qu'il ya des opportunités pour trouver du travail mais plus dans le sud (saint pierre, st leu, etc...)? Nous avons une seat ibiza de 1999, pense tu que ca valle le coup de la rapatrier ou est ce qu'il vaut mieu en acheter une sur place? Est ce que ca vaut le coup d'acheter une moto de type 125 cm²? bonjour, pour la voiture: combien te prend le transitaire? attention au passage en roro ( sur le pont) quelques fois des ennuis, au frais de transitaire il faut ajouter les taxes de port ( cheres), nous avons racheté une toyota essence( 60000km) 3000 euros ( on peut trouver à moins mais... )et une c2 diesel ( 30000KM) 7500 e pour te donner une idée, nous avions amené une moto: impeccable ici sauf saison des pluies: impossible! pour le boulot saint denis est le plus offrant ( c'est la plus grande ville) mais tout à fait possible sur st Pierre, l'ami de ma fille a trouvé très vite avec BTS vente et ma fille ( bts assistante trilingue) a préféré bénéficier d'une formation AFPA complémentaire de 3 mois ( financée par les ASSEDIC) et travaille depuis; si vous devez passer votre voiture autant prendre un container de 20m3 y mettre voiture et meubles + électro-ménager, ( attention: on lit quelques fois sur le net qu'il faut avoir de l'électro-ménager tropicalisé: faux, rien n'est tropicalisé c'est comme en métropole) il faut compter 4000 e + les taxes du port.
si vous êtes mariés ou pacsés et que l'un de vous a un emploi à la Réunion, l'autre peut bénéficier des ASSEDIC pour " suivi de conjoint" à voir... cordialement

bonjour, je ne connais pas trop le milieu de la cuisine mais je peux me renseigner; par expérience inutile de chercher du boulot de métropole, les employeurs potentiels ne répondent pas souvent, il faut prospecter sur place ou si pas possible envoyer des mails ou teléphoner mais la lettre de candidature spontanée ne marche pas; il y a du boulot à la Réunion, quoiqu'en restauration il y a surtout profusion de restauration rapide type snacking, pour les logements même réponse qe pour les autres: loyers équivalents aux grandes villes de métropole dans le Nord, moins chers dans l'ouest et le sud, si tes revenus te le permettent tu peux avoir accès à des logements défiscalisés, généralement neufs, cuisine équipées, un F2 entre 500 et 6oo e avec terrasse à st denis; beaucoup d'offre de co location dans les annonces du jeudi aussi, si je peux t'aider, pas de problème cordialement

On m'a dit aussi de prospecter sur place donc je vais suivre ton conseil. Cependant, si tu connais des noms de restos sympas où tu aimes aller, je suis intéressé de les connaître. En ce qui concerne le logement, je serai intéressé par une collocation. Est-ce sur clicanoo que les annonces sont les plus intéressantes?
Et sinon, quel région de la Réunion tu préféres pour vivre, travailler?

bonsoir, pour les annonces de coloc il y a le site orange reunion les" annonces paï "mais c'est pareil que le boulot vaut mieux être sur place; j'enseigne à sainte marie, donc j'habite saint denis qui est une ville plaisante mais un peu pépère et il n'y a pas de vie nocturne très enthousiasmante, donc question sorties vaut mieux l'ouest et les " zoreilles lands", les loyers y sont moins chers qu'à saint denis et il y a les plages même si le lagon n'a rien de gigantesque ni magique, c'est sympa quand même, pas le temps ce soir mais demain je te ferai une liste des restaus sympas que je connais, je demanderai aussi des tuyaux à des copains cordialement

il est vrai que je verrai le travail et le logement sur place. je n'ai pas de préférence mais je recherche une ville sympa où je peux travailler dans un bon resto et vivre si possible près de la mer pour continuer à pratiquer la plongée en apnée (sport que je pratique en bretagne). je ne recherche pas les coins touristiques, ni à faire la fête.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
