Je sais qu'il est encore vraiment trop tôt pour cueillir de petits fruits au Québec mais je suis à la recherche d'informations pertinantes pour savoir comment ca fonctionne le monde de la cueillette au Québec. -😉Je voulais savoir si les cultivateurs paient désormais au salaire minimum ou à la quantité récoltée... Je suis un étudiant, et assez travaillant. Je me demandais quel peut etre le salaire moyen pour un cueilleur de fraises, framboises et bleuets. C'est ce que j'ai l'intention de faire l'été prochain.
😊Aussi, j'aimerais convertir ma mini-van en ''roulotte''. Est-ce que les cultivateurs québecois offrent des accomodement comme la douche, ou du moins l'eau courrante!

Au début du printemps tu peut feuilleté les journeaux dans les petites annonces et tu en trouveras plein ou inscrit toi a emploie quebec le plus pret de chez toi et tu mention pour ceuillette étudiant.

Ils en a un tas au quebec tout dépend dans quel secteur qui t interesse (Ville)
En moyenne les petits fruits c est au casseau que tu est payé ou au panier dans certains cas.
Et ensuite tu peut faire la ceuillette des concombres c le plus payant mais tres physique.
Si non tu peut toujours travailler sur les fermes pour le foin et ceuillette des roches au printemps et par lasuites le blé dinde.
Tas plusieurs possibilité car informe toi a emploie quebec étudiant et tu trouveras.

Si tu es vraiment intéressé par la cueillette de fruits, ce n'est pas compliqué. Ils engagent tellement de gens et il y a tellement d'emplois....
Le fait est que ce n'est pas si payant, il faut que tu travailles vraiment fort, La paie dépend du nombre de paniers rammassés.
Comme le disait un autre, si tu es bien travaillant et que tu veux faire de la belle argent, planter des arbres dans le nord est très avantageux.
Cependant, si tu veux rencontrer du monde et être un peu plus relax, les petits fruits sont un bon emploi.
Je me demande cependant si tu as une expérience en tourisme ou quoi que ce soit, parce que je te proposerais de postuler pour travailler en hotellerie ou en restauration. Ce n'est pas trop dur, tu es logé et nourrit et tu fais un peu d'argent en plus d'etre avec le public. C'est ben moins chiant que de se faire manger par les mouches!!!
En tout cas, les conditions de travail sont mieux en hotellerie qu'en cueillette.... je te dirais soit tu plantes des arbres et tu travailles fort pour la peine, soit tu vas en hotellerie. Les petits fruits ne sont pas vraiment rentables pour le cueilleur.
Je veux pas peter votre balloone, mais ils engagent de moins en moins au Québec pour la cueillette des petits fruits. Je viens de la région de Québec, et je connais plusieurs producteurs qui n'engagent plus aucun employé locaux. Niet -- Tout le monde vient du Mexique et est payé au salaire minium. C'est la passe de cash pour eux.
Ils ont arreté d'embaucher des étudiants québecois, pcq'ils sont pas assez fiable (absences, démission fréquentes, retards...) et surtout parce qu'ils sont pas mal moins efficace que les mexicain.
Moi, je partirais pour le Nord ou encore je passerais à la restauration.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
