Bonjour a tout le monde,
Ma femme et moi nous nous installerons a Dakar dans deux ou trois semaines. Nou aimerions nou informer sur ces sujest suivants:
- Un apartement: Nous cherchons un apartement, on n'est pas sure si c'est mieux de louer un apart meublee ou non-meublee, ca depend si c'est facile au Senegal de trouver des meubles a bon prix et de bonnes qualitee.
Nou aimerions aussi savoir comment obtenir cette location, si quelqu'un connait une agence fiable. Nous cherchons surtout dans les zones Fann, Point E, Corniche Ouest et Mermoz.
- Apprendre le Wolof: Les instituts qui enseignent le Wolof. On connait que l'institut francaise donne quelque cours, mais on veux aussi voir la possibilitee de prendre des cours prives en grouppes si quelqu'un connait de bons instituteurs.
- La vie Sportive, intellectuelle et culturelle: A part ce qui sont recommendes par le guide routard et le lonely planet, si vous connaisser des endroits hors des sentiers battus.
Aussi des gyms privees.
- Des liste en ligne d'expatries: Je sais que dans plusieurs pauys il y'a des liste en ligne d'expatries, a part ce forum, connaissez vous ce genres de truc?
Ayant habité dakar, (OUAKAM, en face l'aéoroport), la vie est assez chére aussi prévoyez large pour la location, l'électricité, l'eau etc...
Pour la caution (2 mois en général), on ne la récupére jamais... a savoir au départ ! Vide ou meublé, tout dépend de la durée de votre séjour : on trouve des meubles de qualité ou locaux sans problémes... prévoyez du temps pour vous installer car la circulation y est horrible... pensez aussi clim ou ventilos... ça change le montant de la location... et changez les serures, ça simplifie plein de choses...
a éviter (et ça sent le vécu !!) : un logement dans une grande villa avec des voisins nombreux et bruyants...
j'avais cherché des adresses d'agences sur le web, ça donne des idées de prix, mais elles ne sont pas à jour, aussi il faut regarder sur place ou dans le petit journal gratuit...
aprés des années d'Afrique, je n'ai vraiment pas envie de revenir a Dakar... 🙁 la sortie a l'aéroport vous donnera un avant gout !! Bon séjour...
salut Mr Mongy , vous pouvez trouver un bon appartement , 200euros à 300euros sans meubles .les meubles ne sont pas chers au senegal
mais il faut faire attention avec les courtiers , beaucoups d entres eux sont des arnaqueurs .
de 2 à 3 mois vous allez parle wolof : au senegal tout le monde parle wolof , dans les marches , les taxis , les boutiques , dans les rues
je crois bien que c est pas necesaire de prendre un instituteur , vous pouvez bien apprendre le wolof dans le quartier ou dans la rue .parceque les senegalais sont genereux et sympats
on vous filé quelques sites et ce serait d y jeter quelques coup d'oeils! une chose est à ne pas oublier est que les prix sur les sites devancent la plupart du temps le prix normal !en tout cas , j ai un proprio super sympa qui vous fournira un appart qui conviendra à votre gout et cela depend maintenant de vous : si vous le voulez meublé ou pas ??? mon proprio est un type super sympa qui m a bien aidé depuis que je me suis installé au Senegal!! c 'est a vous de voire maintenant !! en tout cas , n hesitez pas a me contacter au cas vous seriez interessé par mon offre !! on email est calmoss@live.fr

en ce qui concerne le wolof: vous n avez pas de souci à vous faire et ce serait vraiment inutile que vous cherchez à faire des cours privés. le wolof s apprend vite , il suffit de s 'efforcer de converser avec les sénégalais et ca passe rapidement !! bien sur le senegalais sont sympa mais nombreuses sont les personnes malhonnètes !!
les gym privés , y en a bien sur !! demandez et vous serez servi !!

Pour les cours de wolof, pourquoi pas demander demander a un etudiant du coin ??
Ca lui fait un petit revenu de temps en temps, et je suis sure que c'est bien plus sympa que d'aller a l'institut francais..

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
