J’ai une décision à prendre le plus rapidement possible concernant une proposition de stage à Tahiti d’une durée de 5 mois du 4 avril au 19 août. Sauf que, je suis seulement nourrie logé! Stage non rémunéré.. une aide de 180 euros par mois seulement pour me nourrir le soir. Je travaillerai du lundi au samedi matin inclus, avec des fois des permissions. Sachant que je dois payer le billet d’avion qui est de 2000 euros je ne me vois faire un crédit pour ça... mais j’en rêve tellement. Ma famille va peu être m’aider à financer mon billet mais bon ça me gêne ils ne sont pas riches non plus. Je vais demander une aide à mobilité internationale pour voir si je peux en bénéficier (400 euros par mois). Je voudrais savoir votre expérience pour ceux ou celles qui ont déjà fait un stage là bas? Condition de vie? Je vais devoir travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine. Est ce fatiguant ? J’ai également un mémoire à rendre fin août. Vais je avoir le temps et la forme pour le faire là bas ? Je me pose plein de questions.. l’aventure ne me fait pas peur! A part que je laisserai mon chéri 5 mois c’est dure quand même.. mais bon. Et je voudrais savoir si je peux egalement apprendre l’anglais là bas ? Ou il ne parle que français ? Désolé trop de questions mais des avis neutres peuvent m’aider. Merci beaucoup d’avance
Si tu es nourrie, tant mieux parce que 180 euros par mois, ce n'est rien. Je trouve ça très juste, tu vas pas faire grand chose avec. Quand on vit sur une île, tout est beaucoup plus cher, surtout en nourriture car importé.
Aide à mobilité internationale? Je croyais que ça concernait les stages ou les formations fait à l'étranger. Or Tahiti ça fait parti de la France.
Parler Anglais? Euh ben c'est la France quoi, donc Francais et Tahitiens. Sinon vous prenez des cours particuliers en Anglais.

180€ par moi pour manger le soir, ca se fait mais en mode etudiant, et il ne faut pas etre accros au yaourts, fromages mais plutôt au poissons, fruits et en prendre plus le midi.
Reste que c'est une experience unique de découvrir des gens qui ont une autre façon de vivre, plus sereine, plus sur le présent sans compter bien sur toute la nature environnante :-)
Je suis un peu partial car de mon coté je suis en train de rechercher un travail sur place avec surement un niveau de vie beaucoup moins élevé qu'en France mais une qualité de vie qui n'a rien à voir.
Le seul pb sur place sera les déplacements: tu auras vite envie d'aller sur d'autres iles et il te faudra trouver diverses combines (amis, stop, etc...) mais l'entraide est reelle ici.
Pour l'anglais, a part si tu travaille dans un hotel international, ici tout se fait en Francais.
Donc je dirai : fait en sorte d'avoir un maximum d'aide financières et fonces, je ne pense pas que tu le regretteras un jour.
180 euro ça fait 21000 francs pacifique pour manger tous les soirs du mois, c'est plus que juste sauf si tu manges uniquement du riz ( 1kg = 100 frs pour les moins chers) et si tu veux l'agrémenter, il ne te restera pas grand-chose pour sortir ou te déplacer en dehors de Tahiti, sans compter les achats de produits d'hygiène, un imprévu etc etc
Pour idée, le smig polynésien avoisine les 140.000 cfp
Un ticket de bus c'est selon la distance entre 200 et 500 cfp, (il me semble, à vérifier)
Un A/R en bateau sur Moorea, l'île soeur pour te dépayser, c'est 2300 cfp
Un A/R en bateau sur une des îles sous le vent, entre 25.000 et 35.000 cfp
Manger local, fruits et poissons, c'est vrai mais essentiellement dans les autres îles pas à Tahiti en milieu urbain ( sauf si tu es dans les districts et encore)
Le niveau des prix, c'est 2 à 3 x plus qu'en métropole,
Voilà, si tu es prête à vivre très chichement, fonces c'est une expérience de quelques mois seulement !
