Je pense qu'il faut choisir une "entreprise" du coin où est la maison, Bangkok étant une mégalopole (un pôle pour les mégalos 😉), c'est indispensable sauf si le boulot peut être fait en un jour !
Un des bons moyens pour trouver quelqu'un, c'est de demander à un magasin de fournitures de bâtiment, ou -mieux- à vos voisins sur place.

Il faut faire bien attention à ne pas trop payer d'avance, car on court le risque sérieux de voir disparaître les ouvriers ... vers un chantier plus "juteux".
Payer le strict minimum pour les matériaux, et échelonner d'un commun accord (un paiement ou deux par semaine selon l'avancement) tout en gardant un stimulant à la terminaison des travaux.

C'est bien, ma femme elle s'est "fait avoir" une fois et elle était furieuse (je ne l'ai que très peu vu comme çà en 30 ans), sans doute autant contre elle-même que contre l'indélicat !
Il faut aussi un peu "surveiller" les travaux, j'avais une salle-de-bains à refaire, les piliers porteurs (béton) du bâtiment étaient en saillie et obligeaient à plein de petites découpes de carreaux, le type s'est pointé avec son marteau pneumatique pour araser les saillies !

C'est bien prévue de surveiller en allant sur place de temps en temps, mais on ne peut être tout le temps là c'est aussi pour ça qu'on aimerai trouver quelqu'un digne de confiance, ça doit bien exister...

Je suis spécialisé en travaux de rénovation complets (eléctricité, plomberie, agencement, installations des salles de bains, cuisines, carrelage, peintute, sols, etc.)
J'ai tout l'equipment pro. necessaire et j'ai fait des chantiers pour particuliers au Canada, USA, Autriche, Turquie, ainssi que pour divers institutions comme CEA Saclay.
Un bon chantier merite le deplacement.
