je ne sais pas si je suis sur le bon site pour poser mes questions mais ne trouvant pas de réponse je me dit que quelqu'un aura peut être la gentillesse de me répondre.
Nous sommes trois amis qui veulent s'installer à phuket et reprendre un bar, nous n'avons pas l'objectif d'y faire fortune mais d'y vivre correctement.
Le problème qui se pose est faut il obligatoirement créer une société pour cela ce qui nous obligerai à devoir s'associer avec des thaïs et dans ce cas le montant minimum à apporter par personne; ou peut on monter une affaire à trois sans passer par le biaie d'une société ? Et si oui quelles sont les démarches.

salut je crois que il faut être simple .. ouvrir un bar sans expérience est perdre ses plumes automatiquement .. et devenir aigris de la thailande .. ( comme certains sur ce forum ) / es cela que tu veut ?

Reprendre un bar = le racheter à un vendeur que je suppose occidental ? ATTENTION à la recette connue : "Pigeon à la pattayaise"
3 potes qui se disent que le Soleil de Thailande permettra de mieux affronter la vie qui leur apparait trop dure en France.... En ce moment y a que ça !! Je passe sur des gens à qui on file un cheque pour quitter une entreprise et qui ont l'idée (novatrice) de monter un restaurant en Thailande, sans y etre jamais allé... A ce niveau c'est plus de l'optimisme mais de la bétise.
Sans expérience du métier ce sera assurement perdre de l'argent et s associer avec des amis (ou de la famille) est plutot contre indiqué : comme dit justement Thuan tu repartiras aigri du pays. On voit que tu n'étais pas à Phuket en janvier et février pour constater que la plupart des bars-restaurants étaient plutot vides dans une période de haute saison...
Pour les "trucs administratifs" y a plein de d'information dispo avec la fonction RECHERCHER

Il existe des bars qui marchent aussi...Et pas tant que ça à vendre...donc, statistiquement, ça peut marcher.
Pour le reste, il faut bien connaître la Thaïlande.

je préconise très très longtemps pour ce genre de négoce ..
je comprend bien que on veut quitter le navire France .. c'est Normal ..
mais il faut bien savoir ou on met les pieds .. la raison n'est pas trop d'y perdre sa culotte .. plein l'ont fait par le passé .. mais au moins au retour ils ont pu refaire leur vie .. ce qui est pas trop le cas actuellement .. donc doublement de vigilance ..
peso si on me donne gratuitement un bar je ne le prendrais pas .. il y a encore plein ce créneaux a prendre sans avoir les problèmes de fille de police de corruption . d'étrangers aussi rapace que des thaïes .. c'est difficilement gerable .....
des affaires il y en a affaire mais pour les thaïes . ne pas oublier que ils sont 60 millions .
( proverbe de un ami français qui est la depuis 40 ans . et sa marche très bien pour lui .. ) si les riches me donne 1 bath je suis pauvre si les pauvres me donne 1 bath je suis riche ........ )

Ben si un thai me demandait : tu pourrais me trouver un bar à pigalle juste pour gagner un peu d 'argent ......ben je cois que je le ferai pas parce que j 'aime bien les thais .Je lui dirais :Ecoutes commence par apprendre le français et l'argot viens passer un an à pigalle comme barman ...........🙂
D'un point de vue général pour traiter des affaires il faut au minimum connaître la langue des affaires du pays .
D'autre part je ne pense pas que les thais nous attendent pour gérer leurs bonnes affaires.
Lisez le code du commerce en français et vous verrez que ce n'est pas si clair que ça................... pour des français.😏
Donc dans votre cas prendre un avocat français qui parle thai couramment .
Petit point de détail ..................Vous serez obligé de prendre des associée majoritaires thais .
Voilà pour ma part comme simple touriste et parce que j 'aime beaucoup ce pays j apprends tout seul au fil du temps à lire et à écrire le thai juste pour essayer de pouvoir me déplacer et pouvoir discuter un peu ....c 'est quand même plus sympa non!

Personnellement, ce n'est pas le genre de commerce qui m'attire, puisqu'il génère en principe prostitution et vente d'alcool.
Il ne faut pas décourager les personnes qui veulent tenter une expérience. S'ils ne sont pas bêtes, ils en éviteront les écueils.
Mettons les en garde, ensuite...à eux de voir.
Dautre part j'ai le sentiment que les expériences des uns ne servent pas aux autres...En général, on se renseigne et on fait les mêmes erreurs!...

si tu remarque bien, a l'inverse de pas mal de monde je dis que venir s'installer en thailande est très possible .. ( la preuve c'est que il y en a de plus en plus presque 10 000 enregistrement de français a l'ambassade de France a bkk ..
simplement .. il y a des domaines qui sont plus délicats que d'autres .. et celui la est un très chaud .
la problématique est si on demande sur un forum voyage des infos est que on est une personne qui est vraiment au courant ? visiblement cette personne ne l'est pas .
d'où les mise en garde .. perso cela m'est completement égal que la personne perd sa culotte . mais il est très désagréable . de les revoir aigris racistes .. etc .
la seule expérience que j'ai dans ce domaine est une interview radio ( bbc ) . de une thaïe qui expliquait commet elle a pu revendre son bar ( soi nana ) 17 fois a 17 gogos ..
pour le reste je ne sait pas trop .. sauf un ami qui fournit de la glace .. ( celle que on met dans les whisky ) et qui se fait obligatoirement raque ter par la police .. j'en déduit que être patron de bar n'est pas la joie .......

Vu le nombre de petits business qui s'ouvrent et ferment en France, je ne sais pas si c'est franchement plus risqué en Thailande...C vrai qu'en France on aura toujours une protection en cas d'échec.

Moi dans un premier temps si tu n'as pas confiance avec les histoires de ste et de part en blanc met le baie a ton nom comme ca en cas de probleme (bien qu'il ne puisse pas y en avoir si c'est bien fait) tu vire la ste et tu en mets une autre.
Attention tres dure de travailler a deux amis mais a trois c'est encore plus dure. Mais pour un contre exemple j'ai trois amis qui ont un resto depuis des années et ca se passe tres bien.
la ste ne sert qu'a avoir les permis de travail : 3 permis = grosses charges....
Il n'y a d'homme plus complet que celui qui a beaucoup voyagé, qui a changé vingt fois la forme de sa pensée et de sa vie

pour être positif .. j'ai un copain suédois a phuket qui est la depuis bien 30 ans .. et c'est le roi de la sauce tomate pour pizza ... ça c'est un bon plan . il importe . a un garage un pic up 1 employer . un telephone . . et hop c'est une affaire qui marche ..

j'ai connu 2 blaireaux de farangs qui avaient acheté un bar soi Eric a patong, a l'époque c'était au environ de 200000 F soit grosso merdo 30 000 Euros
6 mois apres, ils étaient sur le sable par manque de sérieux, ne pensant qu'a tirer tout ce qui bougeait et a faire la chouille . pendant qu'ils n'étaient pas au bar, les filles lui taxaient les tunes et le niveau du stock conso, lui, avait fortement baissé .
ajouté a cela, le fait que les proprios des bars voisins s'étaient organisés pour qu'il ne soient pas livrer en bieres et autres ! concurence oblige !
En +, le racket existe bien, certains soi appartiennent a la mafia et bien sur ce n'est pas gratuit !
Reste que votre souhait n'a rien d'impossible, mais achat a ne pas faire sur un coup de tete et surtout pas n'importe comment !

Pour répondre à Thuam qui à tendance à juger les gens sans les connaitre.
Mes amis et moi-meme, nous nous sommes rendu déjà une dizaine de fois en deux ans en Thailande.
Pour notre manque d'expérience : J'ai travaillé de nombreuses années comme barman en France et à l'étranger.
Nous avons de part notre métier la possibilité de prendre des congés sans soldes pendant plusieurs années,
avec la sécurité de le retrouver au cas ou !
On me parle de la difficulté d'ouvrir un bar à Pigalle ! il se fait qu'un de mes amis a ouvert à pigalle et que celui-ci marche tres bien depuis des années.
Je voulais simplement par le biais de ce forum avoir quelques renseignement précis sur les démarches administratives.

Je sais tres bien que l'ouverture d'un bar à Phuket ne sera pas chose aisée mais qui ne tente rien n'a rien.
A lire vos nombreux commentaires je pense plutot que nous allons nous orienter sur l'ouverture d'un bar en Afghanistan
ou d'un centre de remise en forme a Guantanamo.😉

Pour repondre a vos questions, il faudrait un peu plus de precisions sur le genre de bar (normal ou avec services a la personne...) sur son chiffre d'affaires, etc... Vivre a trois sur une affaire demande une affaire qui tourne vraiment bien (les marges ne sont pas les memes qu'en France). Ensuite vous devrez bien entendu creer une societe, mais aui ne vous donnera pas le droit de travailler derriere le bar, comme barman par exemple, travail reserve aux thais. Pour disposer de trois permis de travail, il faudra que votre affaire soit d'une belle dimension...
Cela dit, l'autre solution adoptee par de no;breux etrangers ici, est d'etre un faux touriste. Avec les risques inherents...

En ce qui concerne vos démarches administratives, adressez-vous directement à un cabinet d'affaires sur place, seule manière de "blinder" votre dossier, vu les informations contradictoires qui circulent sur ce site...
D'autre part, les si sympathiques membres qui se targuent d' avoir " réussi" sur place m'ont bien fait comprendre précédemment ( je vais peut-être monter mon affaire aussi), qu'ils ne partageaient pas leurs infos...😄ou alors ils n'en ont pas!

Affaire compliquée mais pas impossible! J'ai un ami qui a un ami américain qui a un bar a Bangla road (dans une soi).
Il a une grande surface (bar rénové il y a peu), beaucoup de filles, une stratégie marketing, site internet etc Il s'en sort
mais ce n'est pas l'amérique (ils sont deux associés américains et une Thai). Ils sont régulièrement racketté... C'est juste normal, sachez-le!!!
Il y a aussi un autre ami qui a ouvert une guesthouse (à Phuket également) avec 5 chambres et s'en sort (après plusieurs années!) mais il est seul a gérer son affaire.
En tout cas dans la vie il faut savoir prendre des risques...Bonne chance à vous!
